Amazing food, great service. More expensive than many places in Berlin, but well worth the money! Loved it!

I had dinner with a friend of mine at the vox restaurant on the evening of August 26, 2022. I was simply amazed by the professionalism of the restaurant manager, by the super kind and helpful waiters. Quality food and it feels in the mouth. At the bar, however, we met a Spanish waiter, I would like him to be given a raise for the great availability and professionalism he has dedicated to us. Really satisfied.

The bar staff was very friendly and helpful, and even exchanged a cocktail that was not to our taste for a different one. Thats great service! Besides some classic cocktails, a variety of their own is on offer.

Great meal, drinks, and service. Best service I have had during my three week trip through Europe. Sushi was very good.

Delightful atmosphere, nice staff, nice sushi, but we overate it a bit. They have an exquisite wine selection and the food is well-prepared and served. Service is excellent. Got so full of sushi that we could not even eat a birthday desert afterwards, well be back for the desert :)Pleasant place to be back to in the future.

sushi was delicious, however the lunch menu should be bigger/more variety and it was odd that the waiter had problems with speaking German in the German capital

Way to expensive

It is difficult to find a decent restaurant in the neighbourhood of Potsdamer Platz, the cinemas and the Philharmonie, meaning one that is not a touristic one or a fast food chain. Vox is decent but far from cheap as it is situated inside a 5-star hotel. We go there for the really fresh and tasty Sushi.

Can’t complain about food, bcs it was very delicious. Everything that we took, even from kids menu was made professionally and very tasty. But service was to slow and they mixed up our order, so we needed to wait even more.If you have time and passion than you won’t be disappointed.Enjoy;)

I wasn’t in the mood for sushi - so I went for alternatives. Great move.Food was impeccably prepared. Chestnut soup was - basically - a triumph!!Filet was a perfect medium rare. Mash was Joel Robuchon worthy …. If u get my drift.Other than having to show my entire personal medical records at the door - this place is a winner!!

Very Nice staff, But the food isn’t high quality. I tried the pasta, burger, curry wurst, sushi and noodle soup. (Because I lived in Hyatt, I needed food)

25 Euro are way too much for 2 overcooked beef medallions. Very disappointing, would have given 1 star, but the service was friendly and earned the 2nd star.

Very nice place. Simple food menu but tasty and well done.Service is good and the staff is nice and helpful.I went for lunch, it was very nice to have a talk, not noisy at all.I recommend for business lunch or just even to relax and have a drink there.

Unfortunately a huge disappointment. We came for the sushi and expected innovative, flavourful creations, but the menu was very basic and the quality of food below average. Price/value weren’t matching; a bottle of water is 10€ btw. Service was slow and friendly, but the fact that the special of the day (steakwas only and explicitly recommended towards the man was more than a faux pas.

Due to Corona, some of dishes seem missing. Very friendly and professional service. Beef tartare and Truffle puree were the best of all. The rest of dishes are quite ordinary to me though.

Quite excellent selection of whiskeys from all corners of Scotland and the World. Nevermind if this is the the biggest selection of whiskeys in Berlin as claimed, they most certainly have some pretty obscure rarities that await discovery.Service is top notch and the selection of other spirits isnt to shabby either.

Best Bar with nice service inside the Grand Hyatt Berlin.

Discovered this place yesterday with Discoeat. We had a fantastic evening! The terrace is super nice on a warm summer evening and the service was excellent as well. Prices are obviously a bit on the higher end but the food is also very high quality. Dont be scared that its part of the Hyatt hotel. You actually dont need to walk through the hotel so definitely a nice place for a date or special occasion

Great breakfast spread and very good crew

They serve my favourite lobster cream soup and a wonderful sashimi plate with fresh wasabi. The cocktails are just delicious and all your wishes will be fulfilled.

Missed some rice based food from back home, so i ate here. Pretty authentic, but more than anything, they have good food and give you plenty of it. Almost got full on just the salad :p Great dining experience!

I just wanted to say what a great time colleagues and I had there. Everyone has commented on what a great the food is. It all made for a very special night to remember. I will definitely come again and recommend you to friends for their special occasions.

Very high quality food and wine. Excellent service. Of course, it is expensive which youll have to expect (€65 for steak, sparking water and a glass of wine). Great place for client entertaining.

We went in on a Sunday for breakfast as there wasnt much else open. The food available was mostly OK at the buffet, however at 38 euros for the buffet was a significant disappointment. The worst part was the host who seemed to dislike that we were not guests at the Hotel. We eventually, got a seat, started to eat and the host returned asking how we were going to pay for the meal. Seriously? The other patrons stopped talking and we were suddenly the focus of attention. We have credit cards and plenty of cash. We were dressed casually, but nicely. I thought I was going to need to show proof of payment. Never ever have I been so embarrassed or treated so badly. Theres a McDonalds across the street. I get better service at far better prices.

Well, this one is tough to rate. I joined the Hyatt Gourmet Club which gave me 50% on the bill when I brought someone else along. Therefore I have been in several Hyatt owned restaurants in Germany and Im afraid the Berlin one is the worse. In fact, its not really bad - its just that you would expect more looking at the prices and the location. Their service is ok at best and suffers from the place always being crowded. The Sushi is pretty good and fresh but nothing special. For that prize you can get more and better Sushi in Berlin. Their normal dishes are interesting and often special but again are nothing special - just really ordinary. It was fine to eat there one year several times, but Im good after that.

Best whiskey sours in Berlin. Made with fresh ingredients and no syrups. Other half tried the elderflower fizz and mojito cocktails and also really enjoyed them.Be prepared to wait for drinks when it gets busy if ordering cocktails only but if you switch to something else youll be ok.Really nice relaxed setting with friendly staff.Highly recommend it.
