Sales, service and spare parts for the Volkswagen car. They provide acceptable service with the price tag of Volkswagen obviously plus additional East Malaysia charges without a doubt. The only down side of this place is that it is located too far from any civilization. Difficult to chill and while waiting for the car to be ready for collection, especially if you sending your car for a major servicing. Other than that everything just perfect.

Would highly recommend this place for your volkswagen car service, friendly staffs and very efficient with the service/repairs

From the time we (my wife and Ibought our Tiguan last year until our first car service this year, the communication with Kota Bumi has been fantastic.I would like to specially thank Norharen for going out of her way to help us secure corporate discount for our car.For our recent car service, Carl provided us with a courtesy car for us to use while the car is being serviced in the workshop. He also came personally to collect our Tiguan and send it back to us.This is by far, the best car service we’ve had in all my years of owning a car.All in all, Kota Bumi is simply AWESOME!!!

Very Personalised Service given. They took the time to ask every aspect of the car to see other potential issues. After servicing, they will take me to the car to check the repair and even showed me the parts replaced. There was one time whereby my car broke down about 10km from the service centre. I called them and within 30 mins they sent down a mechanic & After Service Representative to check on my car & waited for the Tow Truck and sent back to the Service Centre on my behalf !!! Thats what I called Service!!!
