Beautiful place I must say. Would love to go there once again.

Although the location is good do not recommend others for booking this place as the service is poor, in buffet the food is not enough for all, they dont serve any drinking water even in rooms as well.. you really need to carry water or pay extra for water every time. The check out process is too slow..

I had the best time there. But there are a couple things that werent quite right about the lodge when we visited.1. Our food took well over 2 hrs to get prepared and served. They only had pizza available , and it was lack lustre, cheese was non existent, and the mushrooms were canned so soggy and tasteless. Yall can do wayyy better VWL!2. Service was poor. It was a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant wasnt busy with people. We figured that only one of the attendants was an actual professional, the others were trainees.Despite all that, i really enjoyed everything else about VWL, the views most especially. When you go there, do miss to go to the smoking zone and view the park from there. *chefs kiss.

Its just amazingly wild, a breath of fresh air, away from traffic, no TV so you can creatively think without media interference.A view of the elephant among other wild animals at close quarters...I could hear the lion roar ...😜🤔but i was securely on z roof top room....Very hospitable and courteous staff....The ice cream was always a pleasant way to keep smiling 😊🤗

The lodge has a big advantage in viewing wild life. From a common terrace and restaurant a guest can see eephants, zebras, giraffes, waterbucks, hippos and implas . Meals are good , the accommodation is good . Conference facilities are also available

I recommend this place. One can see elephants 🐘, a resident hippo.Nice to have my dinner 🍽️.

Extremely peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Beautifully appointed rooms with balconies or covered porches for wildlife/scenery viewing (gorgeous sunrises). Excellent food and views of wildlife (hippo, elephants, various birdsfrom the outdoor dining veranda adjacent to the onsite watering hole. Convenient access to Tsavo (~5 minutes or so). Very friendly and helpful staff. Onsite gym and half hour or hour long massages available for a very reasonable price. Limited Wi-Fi is available in the bar area only. Credit cards accepted. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I was invited by some friends staying at the hotel for sundowner drinks and pizza. Its about 20 minutes from Voi Town part of it on murram Road. The hotel has an offer of cocktails and pizza on Saturdays, which brings in quite a crowd.Upon arrival, you are expected to sign in at the reception, which I thought was a great security check. As I walked to the deck, I was welcomed to a herd of elephants drinking from the man-made waterpan. Maaann... I was in awe. Never had I seen elephants that close. Kenya is so beautiful. 😍It was great just to sit at the deck with our cocktails and watch the different animals come by for some water. We also sighted different birds including a tiny owl, that flew away just before we could snap it for evidential photography.

Situated in Tsavo East National par, it is best placed to give you a taste of luxury in the wild. Their amenities to the staff to the service is commendable. Since is is nearing a national park, warning signs are properly placed to avoid any dangerous encounter with the animals. Overall it is an amazing place to spend

Receptionist was unprofessional and The restaurant supervisor was too aggressive and unprofessional.She was a lady on 19th June. Imagine we drove 3hours to just go and have a drink taking snaps of our amazing nature and wildlife drinking water but the supervisor chased us away and we had to go to lions hill safari lodge which was superb experience. Kindly work on your hospitality you have a great location. Thank you.

Loved visiting the 🐘 elephants much more, a great place to visit with your kids too and has very tasty food services.

I loved it hear, you can actually have meals as you watch elephants a few meters away. It is very Serene.Staff is excellent, very helpful and quite on point.They however need to change up their breakfast menu. Its the same every day. But all the same very delicious.Pizza bar needs to be open past 7pm. Please...

Nice view. Peaceful place to relax and watching the animals coming to drink some water. Very much cooperative staffs.

I loved the fact that the elephants were coming to where I was and not the vice versa that really made my life

A lovely place, with great viewpoint to watch the wild animals quench their thirst.

Very much down to a normal "Wildlife" lodge with a "new" wing & a separate swimming area facilities. Also all meals are good enough to satisfy "hunger" only !!!

Lots of Sighting from the restaurant and observation point by the water hole.Missed Henry the hippo full Sighting but saw red elephants, baboons, antelopes, different birds and insects, giraffes, waterbucks, forest hogs, serval cat and python. Hillary and team offered a perfect service. Thank you Lilian for remembering our preferences. 👍🏾

Shower needs improvement. Rooms also need maintenance. However location is magnificent

The location is great. The water hole attracts our precious wildlife especially elephants who visit for a swim and quench their thirst....and theres a resident hippo. The lodge is an excellent place for people who want to connect with nature. The sounds of birds and elephants splashing water and trumpeting is just therapeutic. Just arm yourself with insects repellents coz of the mosquitoes and bugs. Would recommend 👌. And keep up for providing water to our wildlife. Thats really sweet.

The service was horrendous. The waiters were uncooperative and almost downright hostile. Would not recommend. We couldnt even get an alarcarte meal since they only serve "snacks" unless its buffet. Get this, full buffet 2000/= fries alarcarte which they refused to make, 1500/= after we insisted.

Very bad experience. Full of insects everywhere. Orful cleanliness, bed bugs, didnt clean every day.The organizational is poor. Our rooms werent ready at the arrival.The system to check the drinks doesnt work.

I loved the ambience just right after signing in at the gate, cool and clean environment, friendly staff. The place is so big, I wasnt able to see everywhere but I just love the fact that you have a very amazing view of animals as you have your meal/drink, so beautiful. Btw you can find any kinda drink at their bar, as for meals they serve at specific times so if you miss you the timing, you can always order for snacks 😋

Was there during a motorsport event and I had a wonderful time. The wildlife and scenery is simply breathtaking.Sizeable rooms as well. Great experience.

Definitely a place you want to visit if you are a lover of wildlife. It is situated in Tsavo East National Park, just a few Kilometres from Voi Town. You can watch wildlife as you enjoy your favourite meal at the Lodge or better still go for a game drive. The latter is the best option if you want to see Lions and other animals that are not easy to see in the open.

I did visit voi wildlife lodge with family and it was an amazing experience..from the food,rooms and staff..For me what stood out was the customer service..we forgot something that hadnt even realised we had forgot until we were called by the staff asking where it can be delivered...it was delivered in our office in nairobi at no cost!

Its peaceful. The food fresh. Great hospitality. The water-hole attracts so many Elephants, water birds, gazelles e.t.c We loved it!

I went there. Good food. 90% wheelchair accessible. Fantastic and helpful staff. Good place to hold large events. Very natural surroundings and close to the Tsavo National Park. Game drives can be arranged for you at dawn. Ambience can be improved.

The place is very serene. The elephants visit the watering hole every other day. The food is world class and the rooms are too good. The walkways/jogging tracks are all well done.

Love love loved it ....The ambience is perfect ... it is such a calm beautiful place . The service is top notch beautiful view and great bonding with wildlife . The place is awsum for a chilled out gateaway . You can also hold functions eg weddings and have a small hangout wiyh Harry the Hippopotamus .

Perfect and serene. As you relax and have a drink, elephants visit the watering hole just 4-5meters away.Food was awesome too ... catered for special meals.That was 2 years ago!We were lucky to visit this amazing place again...and it was fantastic!Just sitting and relaxing on the view point near the watering hole was quite a treat..there were elephants visiting, a resident hippo..who entertained all especially its lack of tolerance towards the elephants who may have accidentally stepped onto it, and the amazing bird life..it is a birdwatchers heaven! And saw a pride of lions too...some distance away though!Staff were efficient and friendly. All our dietary needs were catered for. Rooms were clean and managed daily..more if requested. Pools were clean as well and warm. Reasonable in cost. Covid measures undertaken and played out too. Well worth the trip any time.

Been there twice and have not been disappointed .The elephant watering point is well lit at night . You shall enjoy your drink as you watch the animals playing in the pool a few meters away. Rooms are a little basic though for the amount you pay for.

Lovely place at the edge of tsavo park. A watering hole by the deck where animals come. You get close range view of the wildlife from the deck while enjoying your meals or sipping your drink. Great staff. Great service. Great local cuisine, a change from the continental cuisine that is so common in most of the hotels and lodges around the country. A serene place to unwind and relax.

The drive to the hotel was quite long but worth it. We were welcomed well by the staff and shown around the place. There are electrical fences around the lodge for good reason. At the end of the restaurant is a great lounge area with a pond in the park that is a favorite watering hole for the wildlife. Be on the look out for the amazing elephants. They seem to love taking photos. Food can be ordered from the kitchen or the bar where snacks are served. However, most foods are served at lunch based on whats on the menu. There are very nice suites with awesome views of the national park. Dont forget to cool of in one of their swimming pools on one of the hot days.

A nice place to be close to nature especially in the evenings when the elephants visit the water pan. Hippos and antelopes also come close from time to time. The place also features a restaurant, a spa and swimming pools. Great photo shoot location, kind staff. The food may be a bit pricey and there are no restrictions for smokers.

Poor customer service. Poorly planned staff. Food would oftentimes run out and they would not replace it. Hotel rooms are dismal - they are dirty (including the supposedly "clean" towels). The place is run down to be honest - not somewhere youd want to visit on holiday EVER! Their only saving grace is their beautiful view of the elephants and the park.

Definitely an oasis where to relax after a safari day. thanks to the water right in front of the restaurant area you can enjoy the visit of different animals which makes the stay at Voi WL unique.The rooms are clean as well as all the facilities.The staff is very welcoming and friendly.There is a very nice atmosphere
