VisitScotland Fort William iCentre in Fort William

There was no help from the staff. They didnt have any information for trips etc the worse tourist centra we have ever been to. Dont waste your time going tbere

Walking in without any expectations, we were rewarded with an incredibly helpful iCentre staff who helped us with our entire itinerary for the rest of our travels around Scotland quite effortlessly. I can wholeheartedly recommend you a visit to the iCentres for any Scotland Visit. Will definitely consult you next time upon my first day of arrival, might have saved me a lot of research time and effort upfront:Thank you!

Filled with useful information. Lots of unique souvenirs. Came for souvenirs mostly to be honest. No restroom on site but there is a public one close by (50p).

Lovely town and a great base to explore the Lochs and Highlands. Lots of places to eat but you may need to book.

Closed an hour earlier than advertised.

Love Fort William. Only complaint was Ladies public toilets were out of action so had to use the Gents 50p just a bit steep !!

A MASSIVE thank you to Benoit who helped us so much finding and booking a place to stay (Camusdarach was such a nice camping site, we loved it). After our visit at the iCentre we had absolutely all the info we needed (Bus & train schedules and prices, plansand on top of that he came to find me at the train station to bring me my passport that Ive had forgotten at the iCentre. Still impressed by such dedication. Thanks again !

The journey through Glen Coe to get to Fort William is superb so worth the trip just for that. Fort Will am is quite small but worth a visit.

Wonderful service and stopped us sleeping in the car!IMPOSSIBLE to find anywhere same day but the lovely young lady did it - then we came back later in the day and another lady got us rooms in Inverness and St Andrews - service impossible to beat - crazy amount of tourists - the only ones who could find us somewhere (not on the big sitesThankyou so much you averted a disaster!

Fortwilliam is one of my favourite places from Ben Nevis to the Lough shore . A stroll down through the town going in to the shops. A guiet pint a meal or just a coffee . Worth a visit you wont be disappointed. Stay in the hostel, hotel, B+B caravan or tent.

lots of details on places in the west side of scotland.

A really busy information centre so time with the staff can be quite limited, but good information on what to see and do in the area. You can buy your bus and ferry tickets here which is great during the summer when it gets super busy.
