Outstanding view of Florence!.. Just be aware that this view have a price :)

The toulet next to the bar is free to entry by customers. Beer and the wine’s price is same as everywhere. They also bring chips and nuts treat. The stuff are nice and helpful. View is amazing day and night, all the florence below.

With the view on offer here, you know youre going to be paying a lot for the drinks, and theyre upfront about it. Id argue its worth it to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy watching the sun go down over Florence. I cant speak about the food but the beer was good, ambience pleasant and the view alone worth 5 stars

Warning: very expensive tourist trap. We paid around € 18 for 2 sodas and a bottle of beer. The staff wasnt very nice at all and service was slow. Not really great value for money. Walk up one more staircase and get the better view and cheap drinks and food from the foodtruck thats there. Take a seat on the staircase and enjoy the view with a cold Peroni that doesnt cost € 7,50 for 40cl like at the bar, but € 5 for 66cl at the truck.Edit: Ill make it 2 stars for that reply, thats brilliant. Lol.

Great location with a beautiful view. Good food with reasonable prices. Excellent service - I lost my wallet around the area recently while I was visiting the Piazzale and it was found by the bar manager, and he went out of his way to get in touch with me to return it.

The position is simply stunning and the service was quite quick, the beer was good and the lady waiter was friendly. The prices are 2-3€ more for a drink even compared to a kiosk nearby.7.5€ for 40cl beer or 9€ for a Spritz is too much, but if you want to chill after the climb on a great location, it is worth paying more.

View is amazing, we spend nice time there. Perfect place for drink but not for food… Terrible pizza, just take an aperol spritz.

Its a shame that so many of the poor reviews for this restaurant end up going against the piazzale instead. Its overpriced and exceptionally poor service but the view is stunning. Youre better off buying a drink from a street vendor and relaxing on the steps. If you are really dying to eat by this view its your only option, just dont have any expectations for the price.

Horrible drinks. Youll pay 9 euros for a spritz and to add insult to the injury they will fill it with ice top to bottom.

This bar gets 5 stars for the view, but minus 3 stars for the service. We sat and enjoyed the amazing view, but it took over half an hour before anyone came to take our order, this on a day when the place was less than half full.It took another half hour for our drinks to arrive. We were about to just leave when the drinks arrived.I understand that the pace of life in Italy is slower than in the UK, but half an hour to order and another half an hour for drinks is just not right.But hey, if you arent in a rush and you want to sit and relax and enjoy some amazing views, this is the place for you.

Bar with best view in Florence. Staf was fast and very friendly, but even if you have to wait few minutes dont be angry, enjoy view and great music from very experience DJ. Prices are little higher than other bars, but I am sure that reason for it is location (not only for guests, but equaly for bar owner who have to pay much more for this location). Shortly great place to enyoj and take some rest after long walk.

Great views of the city and wonderful people watching! I was here on a Sunday afternoon, which is a busy time. The drinks seemed rather expensive for Tuscany (€7 / glassalthough they would be par for the course for a restaurant in the States.I enjoyed just sitting and enjoying the sun, but if youre looking for quick service, dont come here. There were two waiters that I saw for 25 tables, and the service reflected that. I had to ask for my check multiple times.That said, the staff was friendly and humored my bad Italian! The view was fantastic, and the weather was amazing!

Bar overlooking the piazzale Michelangelo with the most beautiful view of Florence, open from morning until late evening perfect for cocktail hour dinner and after dinner drinks.

Went to the counter and brought and paid for a beer and bottle of water. We told the waiter who served us that we will pay now and sit outside. Went and sat with my wife at one of their outside settings to wich a different waiter came and told us we cannot sit there because we paid for takeaway. Astonished we moved on, read other tourist reviews of this restaurant and realised we shouldnt have stepped foot in this place in the first place

5 stars for the view and the friendly staff. The drinks are a bit overpriced but worth the view.Perfect if you want to rest and have a nice view after a long walk to the piazza.

I had the worst mojito of my life here. We tried to send it back and get a beer instead but they refused. The view is great though, but just get a beer if you come here.

The only thing special is the location. However, the service is notas good as it should be.

Gorgeous view of the city. Mediocre food but pretty bad service. The staff was rude and not attentive. It was a really hot day and the drinks were not cold other than a coca cola or fanta. The milk shakes had no ice in it and was just cream and flavor. No ice cream. Skip the food. Really not worth it. Just grab a bottled drink and enjoy the view if you do want to go here.

Our waiter was absolutely atrocious and, despite asking, forgot to come to our table so many times that I had to get up and find him to pay. Food was horrific and overpriced (even for the location); drinks were ok. Avoid this place like the plague...eat/drink elsewhere before or after going to the plaza.

Beautiful view. Suggest going a little before sunset and sitting outside. Food is reasonable. Service is excellent, very friendly and all the staff who waited on us spoke enough English that we could communicate easily. Very reasonably priced with a short (maybe 5 or 6wine menu and otherwise full bar. Small menu but worth the view. We ate here twice and if we had found this earlier we would have come every night while in Florence for the great service and amazing view. As the name suggests it is more of a bar with a typical bar menu, they came with chips to our table. Not a fancy place, if you are looking for that there are plenty of restaurants around at the top as well. We wanted quick, tasty and reasonable and we got that here.

Fantastic little bar. Friendly staff, reasonably priced food and drinks and the best view of the city. I recommend relaxing there as the sun sets.
