Vincent's Italian Restaurant in Marietta

The zucchini fries were a nice treat. We had the chicken franchese and chicken piccata. The portion of the pasta was good but the portion of the chicken we felt could have had an extra piece and would have made it much better for the price. The music and ambiance was nice went well together but the floors were slippery and a bit scary to walk on. Over all good. Dont have high heels when visiting.

Celebrated my birthday with nine friends. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Great food and excellent service. I enjoyed the salad along with my clams linguine. We will be returning soon to try some more Italian selections.

My husband and I came into the restaurant at 330 pm and saw a few patrons eating but there was not a single employee to be seen. The phone was ringing and still no one came to seat us so we had to leave. We were very let down because of all the good reviews we have seen in regards to the food. We waited for what we felt was enough time for someone, a waiter or a host to come tend to the people eating and the phone ringing but no one came and we ended up leaving to eat somewhere else.

What a great place... first, a shout out to the staff. Initially, our workplace party of 11 decided to have a holiday meal and were turned away at the door. After a discussion with the manager, she figured out how to accommodate us. She really went above and beyond and after a short wait had us all seated together.The rolls, salad, and appetizers were en pointe as usual. Our server was exceptional. Not only did he check on us, but the manager and even the hostess stopped by to make sure we were ok.Everyone of our party ordered something different, and no one left disappointed or hungry, there were quite a few boxes headed out with us.My apologies to the staff for not mentioning them by name, but Im sure no matter who helped us the result would have been the same.Great food, great service, and happy customers.I was already going back, but now, most of my co-workers have a new favorite restaurant.

"Pasta Your Way" unless you want half with 1 sauce & half with another, then theres a $2 upcharge? Took 30 minutes to bring out soup, over an hour for everything else, & they were not busy. This place used to have great food. Not sure what the sausage tasted like. Nobody in our party of 7 was satisfied.

First visit, very good. Wife got the fiocchi and I got the lobster mac...she looked hers and I loved mine. large portions and includes a salad you would have to pay for at other places.. by that I mean it was full size.anyway, we just moved to the area and this is now on our go to list...

I had the delightful experience of having Mary as my server while visiting this restaurant. She was attentive, but not overbearing. At the end of the meal she gave us the check. I signed the receipt and may I say, her pen was THE BEST I have ever encountered in a restaurant. It was purple (my favorite colorand it glided so smoothly across the paper. 10/10 would recommend eating here (even if just for the pens).

We love Vincent’s! The food is amazing and the service is superb. We have been coming here for 10 years and just love Kristine!!!! Oh and the dessert, is to die for. Best Italian restaurant south of the Mason Dixon line

I came down to visit a friend in Smyrna and she recommended Vincents because of their pizza and pasta, but more importantly the fiocchi. I wanted to try a little of everything to get an overall experience of this place in the hopes that we could make it our place to go for dinner when I came to town. I have to say the fiocchi and pizza are the ONLY reason Im bothering to give it 2 stars. I got the chicken Alfredo, $17 kind of steep but a very easy dish to gauge the quality of the food prepared here, my friend got the fiocchi she had been raving on all day and we got a small pizza as an app to share. The pizza was amazing and the fiocchi really was an amazing dish but my chicken Alfredo was absolutely awful! Not only did our waitress take over 30 minutes to bring us our drinks when the restaurant wasnt crowded (about 4 4tops were seated and there were 4 wait staff working the floorbut when we finally got our food my pasta was so stiff it was practically raw and wouldnt even twirl onto my fork, the sauce was watery and what little chicken I did get out of an almost $18 entree was so dry I couldnt even cut it. I wanted to like this place, I really did. The interior was beautiful, the atmosphere gave an overall refined feeling, the lighting was perfect and the rest of the food was amazing! I mentioned to the waitress that I felt like my pasta wasnt very good, cooked poorly and pretty much untouched on my plate, all she said was "Im sorry you didnt like it but Im not taking it off your check, we dont do that here" I was happy paying for everything else but instead I somehow paid $50 for an overall mediocre meal and finishing experience. Olive garden would have been better!

We just closed on a new house within easy walking distance to Vincents. We were in the area, moving some items and decided to try out the restaurant, and I think we just found our neighborhood favorite. Our waitress was Christa who was very attentive to our every need! I ordered the pasta with marinara which came with a large Italian salad and garlic rolls. Uh oh. My diet is in trouble. My husband got the Barrett Parkway Traffic Jam pizza and said the crust was some of the best hes ever had. I look forward to being a regular.

Food is always great. This is a favorite spot of my folks and myself. Waiting staff is always friendly. Our waitress from last night, Chantelle, was very friendly, a great conversationalist, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Lets just say the service was great but the food was not. Kitchen staff ALL walked out mid shift(on a Sundaydue to being overworked and under appreciated.My shrimp dish was to billed as "served over Angel hair pasta). A kids portion would have been served with more pasta. At no point did management, including the general manager who came in due to this "crisis", barked at the wait staff and went straight to the back - come over to apologize or offer any kind of monetary credit , free desert or coffee...ANYTHING.Witnessing the treatment of the wait staff, we didnt ask for any adjustment, paid and left.Bottom line to business:- Respect your staff.- Respect your customers.Bottom line to potential customers:- Never trust a "authentic" Italian restaurant that pre-fills the cannoli shells(desertfor the display case and serves those to you.

We just moved to the area and we wanted to check out the local food scene. We had the spinach artichoke dip (I could eat just this), salad, garlic bread and a large Sophie pizza; all was excellent! There was only 3 of us and we had to take 1/2 of the pizza home because it was so big. Christa was our waitress and everything came out quick and timely. Well be back and wont hesitate to ask to be seated in her section

Great to find a authentic Italian!! fresh food. Simple and tasty as Italian food should be, but few options with some twists in there!Good wine. Seasonal beer, severed with in great atmosphere and friendly staff!Have to say a huge thanks to Chantelle for making us all feel welcome and her recommendations for the drinks and food!

We stopped in today for lunch. Our waitress was Melissa, she was absolutely excellent. Food was very good, I had the Lasagna and my co-workers all had something different off the lunch menu. Everything was fantastic, food, service and the dining atmosphere. Where else can you hear Dean Martin while you enjoy excellent Italian cuisine in Marietta and at a fair price too ? Today was my first time eating lunch there, I will definitely be back. Melissa was extremely courteous, smiling and very attentive.Excellent !

The food was good but the manager named Bree hes very sarcastic not willing to work with nobody very rude and impolite will not go back and eat another meal there because of the manager ate there many times before Foods always been good but wont put up with a bad attitude from a manager tip the waitress because it was not her fault for the food being 1 in half hours to get our food. And all she could tell us is that they did over 2000.00 in the last hour and that there was nothing she could are would. Do about it so I was late for the plans I had made earlier. So hope she had a good night I was not the only person that was up set. Any way want be going back there to eat any more

Big plates and truly delicious food. We order from here regularly via Uber eats when we are not in the mood to cook or had a busy day. The meat is always cooked perfectly and they do not go light on the sauce which we really appreciate! Their seafood is really good and we have actually never ordered anything we did not enjoy.

I have been coming here for a long time! The wait staff are very friendly and the food is usually great!However tonight I couldnt get what I wanted because they didnt have the pasta. That was fine but the dish I ended up ordering came out burned and I was only able to take a few bites.I let the waitress know. She apologized and let her manager know.The manager never came to ask or check. She just sent a message that she would let the kitchen know that they burned a dish.I paid full price for the meal and the waitress was the only one to say anything to me.I think customer service and being personable should be something that the managers should work on!

The salad was delicious the bread dipped in garlic butter and spices and Parmesan with an extra Italian treat. the insides are a little rough it is not a new restaurant the food that we ordered was delicious. Ive definitely will go back

Delicious!The rolls were fantastic.The salad was really good, a bit over dressed.I had the lasagna with meat sauce and mushrooms . Lots of flavor, lots of meat and a large helping.Our server was good, i saw her talking with the couple sitting next to us, and they told her that they really enjoyed the meal.We didnt have to wait to sit, and the food was timed well between the rolls, salad and entrees.I will definitely return!

First time visit. Husband and I were in town visiting family. Really great food and great service! Save room for dessert. The cakes are great and there is temptation when you walk in since there is a display case showcasing them.I ordered the lobster Mac. So good with generous portions of Mac. For dessert, I ordered the tira misu cake, which wasnt overly sweet like the chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was good but much too rich for me to handle.

Me and my hubs have been to Italy twice and we always find it hard to find something close to the real thing. We have been to Vincent’s twice and it’s amazing. We had Katelyn M. tonight and she was AWESOME! It did take a minute to get greeted but we received a free bruschetta for the wait. It wasn’t necessary because we at pretty laid back and having worked in restaurants for over 15 years I totally understand. I had the original lasagna and the hubs had the pasta mama, they were both AMAZING. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Katelyn!!!

Highly enjoyed this restaurant. They have great prices, the food is great, so is the wait staff and atmosphere. The bread is really good and you get a salad before your meal that is also very good. Well definitely be going back!

Entrees were delicious. Salad was over dressed. Garlic roles tastyServer Maegen was inattentive, so I did not leave her a good tip. She did not ask if everyone in our party was sharing the wine ordered; my husband wanted a cocktail. She delivered the entrees too soon before we were finished with the salad which took her a while to bring. She did not clear the entree dishes until we put them on adjoining tables. She assumed we were done without asking if anyone wanted coffee or dessert; just brought the check. She did not pour the wine when deliveredI think she was more interested in chatting with other servers. I would request not to have her next time

First time trying Vincents last night. Ambiance was great, staff were very friendly. Food was delicious. The rolls that they give before your entree were outstanding. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana, it being my favorite, and I enjoyed it. I went with family last night who have been there before and they mentioned that the restaurant recently underwent new ownership/management. They were saying that the entree sizes last night were a lot smaller than what they used to be, that you were able to get a lot more food previously. I thought the size for what I got was decent though, maybe another eggplant piece would have been more sufficient. Desserts come from the Marietta Diner. I ordered a slice of cheesecake and brought home leftovers. For those that have tried the Marietta Diner, you know the sizes of desserts are gigantic. 4 starts because a little more to the entrees would be better, but overall, delicious.

My family and I ate at Vincents on Easter Sunday. It was my first visit and I was very impressed. We all agreed that the food was delicious! Mary was our server and she was great - the perfect combination of friendly and attentive! I highly recommend Vincents!

It wasnt busy at noon on Monday when we went. Great food! Rolls were delicious!! Service was fair. Our server was handling it alone today and seemed distracted. Pleasing atmosphere with lights and music. Desserts looked delicious. But we took ours home because the entrees were so filling.

Had an early dinner here on Valentines Day. Food, service by Megan and a great Old Fashioned by the mixologist were all great. Had not been here in quite some time but will be returning more often. Those little dinner rolls are fantastic.

We have eaten there for years. It has changed hands a few times. I ask if it had changed again. The salad dressing was super sweet. The Rolls were soaked in oil no garlic taste. It was lunch and they charged me 13.95 for about five tablespoons of noodles and a small styrofoam cup of marinia sauce.I think someone did not tell the truth. Food way to high for amount and not as good as the last time I was there.

I dont understand why this place always seems so empty! Its a really great little restaurant. Their lunch specials are a bit small for the price...small size portions. no salad, no drink included...but the quality and service is great! Prices in general just arent reflective of the amount of food you get. The cake was delicious but a slice is 8 bucks. I can get a three times bigger sized slice of cake for less money from Marietta Diner or Pasta Bella or even Carrabbas. 🤷

Ive heard great things about this place for so long that my husband and I finally decided to try it out. We walked in and was seated, things went down hill from there. We sit there for over 20 minutes or more with waiters and staff walking past our table. No one ever greeted us or took our order. We got up and decided to leave , on our way out I complained to the hostess. All she could do was smile no apologies or anything. I hate the fact that I had to give this place a star in order to leave a review. Customer service is just as important as great tasting food. Maybe teach your staff that!!!

My husband, his boss and I had dinner at Vincents and it was an amazing experience! I had the Tortellini with Tomato Cream Sauce which was so appetizing and hit the spot so well! The salad and Garlic bread were great, too! My husband had Baked Ziti with Meatballs and he loved it! This Italian Restaurant is so delicious, the wait staff is so nice and accommodating and the atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing! Love this place!

Always great food, I had a loaded Calzone and the wife had spaghetti, angel hair, and meat sauce. She asked for extra sauce and WOW, both were great. Service was excellent and so was the price. Top that all with a great salad and their rolls and we were full. They have great deserts too but no room. Excellect for families and groups. We love it!

Very nice lighting in a decent part of town. The service is phenomenal. They actually care about your enjoyment. You may want to make a reservation though. This place gets busy fast. The food taste good. The price is comparable to others.

I Just Enjoyed a Great Italian Dinner with the Hubby. We use to come here all the time but the Quality of the food went down.The last time we went the food was horrible.So my hubby said lets try them again bc he wanted Lasagna.They really did a great job this time.The food was great.#dinner#Italian#Sunday

Well.. The waitress, Brie, was pretty great, but it was downhill from there. First clue was that it was a ghost town at 8:30 on a Friday night. The chicken was tougher than a guy from Brooklyn. The manager just kind of shrugged when told about the poor experience. She offered to remake it after was had paid the bill and we were walking out. I asked if I could have a slice of cake to-go instead. I got the cake AND charged eight bucks for it. Never going back.

We had Jamie as our server and she was great. The salad and entree timing was perfect. She was really attentive without being overbearing. The quality of the food was excellent as always. Sometimes restaurant staff can be too attentive (1st world problem I knowI hadn’t been here in a few years so the menu item I was used to is no longer available but I was impressed with their lasagna. We’ll def be back.

Good ambiance, server was pleasant and knowledgeable. My veal parmigiano was, however, not so pleasant. The dish was served quickly and breaded too thickly. Appeared to have been microwaved. My companions meals, according to them, were satisfactory. Will probably give it another go in the future to be sure.

Service was good. Food was just ok. Desserts were to die for! We took several home. Dinner for 2 was about $80 with tip (we had no alcohol). Wedding soup was thick, like a cream broth, not chicken broth as advertised. Restaurant was empty but it was a Monday night.

I’ll give it a 4 for the food because it was really good. The waiters are nice but just aren’t trained very well. The 2 main people who served us were very nice but just kept talking and wouldn’t check on us. Multiple times I needed water, just to turn around and watch the 2 talk away. They should have turned around and noticed that our whole party of 6 had been done for 10 minutes and were ready to receive the bill.

I’ve ordered the shrimp scampi in the past and have been good. I ordered again last night and it was bland. The angel hair noodles looked like it was sitting on noodle water. Sloppy slop is what it looked like. Then the shrimp tasted reheated. We come here because of friendly service from the staff. If it wasn’t for them, I would’ve scored one star. On a somewhat uneaten meal and loss of appetite, the waitress came by and asked if we needed anything. I hesitated to tell her anything. My family wanted me to return the plate or get something else, but there’s always a fear of having my food spat on or accidentally dropped and placed back on the plate. So, I told her no. Then towards the end, she asked if we needed 4 to go boxes and I immediately said just 3. My husband started to explain then I finished the rest. She was very apologetic and offered if she can get something else. As far as another meal, I just told her I’ll just have a dessert to go.I’m not certain for the decline in food quality. I will still come here but it’ll be quite a while until I do. Good luck.

The staff here is always friendly. If you arent sure what to order, ask your waiter for reccomendations, you cant go wrong! The portions are a decent size for the price. Theres also a fully staffed bar. Plenty of fresh dessert options as well. Food is always fresh & delicious. Im a huge fan of Italian & they know how to fill your cravings!

Wow ....what a difference ownership makes at Vincents. I ordered spaghetti and meat sauce for lunch and paid $10. I would give it a mediocre grade at best. And will say, that I wont be back in the future.The reason Im giving them a 2 stars is our server Rachel who did exemplary job took care of us while were there. You just cant charge people $10 for lunch portion of spaghetti and meat sauce and except to have repeat business.We also had to wait which seem like 10 minutes for somebody to come to the front and seat usNext time Ill go across the street to West Cobb diner where youll get better portion size and quality of foodupgraded their star rating after a very pleasant experience Saturday night. your pizza was outstanding and the best around. good value. We had a very good server named Brian Gil Petri. Knows his stuff

Ive been eating here pretty regularly for 2 years now. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, the wait staff is friendly and really good at what they do. I usually have a 5 star experience consistently. Im giving 4 stars tonight, however, and here are the reasons why: The menu recently changed, and they took off my favorite dish... Chicken Gorgonzola. Sure, they have plenty of other great dishes, but this one was my favorite. The other reason is specific to this visit. The hostess that seated us had a really bad attitude. She looked and acted annoyed that she had to be bothered to do her job. In the past, the hostesses have always been very pleasant and friendly. The other hostess seems much nicer (the one I had issue with was shorter and wearing all black. The other has a burgandy sweater on.Its still a great place to have a nice meal, though. I will continue to eat here often.

Honestly this is the worst food I have ever eaten. We waited for 45 minutes just to get in, then they sat us at a DIRTY table (we actually had to ask them to clean it, then we waited another 45 minutes for 2 pasta meals. Our waitress didn’t come over to our table at all, we had to literally call her over to our table after having to wait 10 minutes for a refill. Our meals were absolutely awful from beginning to end. We spend $50 on absolute garbage. There were also theee other tables around us COMPLAINING to the waitress about their food. The chicken was dry, spaghetti completely flavorless, the spinach dip tastes like a mouthful of pepper. Our food was either extremely under cooked or burnt, you could honestly get higher quality food at McDonald’s for A LOT cheaper. Overall a completely terrible experience, I am completely appalled with the quality of food and service that we recieved and I reccommend to everyone to stay away.

I went on a date here after making reservations with an app you can find on their website. The employees were incredibly polite, their manners and smiles were genuine, not just a painted on mask to get by the day and get tipped. Their food was amazing, and when deciding on a dessert, the waitress we had was super helpful and suggested a cheesecake piece mixed with awesome chocolate. Needless to say, I will definitely go back here on future dates. Very romantic and scenic!

The restaurant reminded me of a family restaurant definitely not a chain ( not sure if it is or not)! Food was good and freshly made, they have vegetarian options, drinks were good, prices were fair, we had no wait ( during the week around 6the restaurant was super kids friendly ( my daughter loved the spaghetti and meatballs), and the staff was pleasant.

My husband got off late tonight so we came to Vincents because he wanted Italian. This was our first time. The garlic rolls were amazing and the food was excellent. I got the spaghetti with peppers & sausage and it was awesome. My husband seemed to enjoy his stuffed peppers as well.However, we just cannot say enough of how excellent the service was. Will was our waiter and he was not only friendly, but very accomodating. I wasnt too thrilled about the salad, so he politely offered to have it remade. Our teas were never empty (barely half all nightand he sent fresh rolls with us to take home. We will be coming back to Vincents, especially on Wednesday and Friday nights when Will is working.

I met a friend at Vincents this past Thursday night a little before closing. Both of our wives were working, it was late and niether of us had eaten. My friend suggested Italian and then Vincents Italian Ristorante. He had been a few times before, but this would be my first visit. I had heard good things about it before and had noticed this little restaurant tucked back behind Publix for many years and been curious about it. My friend wanted a pizza and Im always good with that. We sat at the bar and ordered a white pizza with prosciutto, feta, spinach, and mushrooms. We also got a house salad that came with these amazing warm garlic rolls. The salad was perfect and loaded with lots of the usual goodies as well. Then came the pizza. I cant say enough how great this pizza was. Everyone has their own idea of what a great pizza is, but this was perfect in my book. It was hot, with a thin crispy crust, and loaded with all the toppings we ordered. I had only expected to eat a couple of pieces after the salad, but it was so good we easily polished it off. In between slices of this deliciousness, I decided I should probably take a look at the menu to see what other goodness was within. My eye went straight to the Fiocchi which I wasnt familiar with. I asked the bartender and his description and the look on his face was all I needed. It is little pasta purses stuffed with a puree pear mixture in a lite butter sauce with peas and sprinkled with the same prosciutto that had made our pizza so good, then drizzled with a sweet balsamic vinegar. I was sold, but we had already eaten and the kitchen was closed. My wife was hard at work at Kennestone Hospital however and I had intended to bring her something. The bartender heard this and immediately told me he would make me an order to take. I thanked him for the offer and told him he didnt need to go to any trouble, but he insisted. Fifteen minutes later I had a fresh plate of Fiocchi in front of me. I couldnt resist of course and took a bite of the most delicious pasta I have ever tasted. I ended up having about 3 more bites before I could bring myself to stop and box it up for delivery. Needless to say my wife was a happy woman that night, even at work. We will definitely be going back to Vincents soon to try some of the other unique dishes on the menu. This is not your typical Italian restauran that Im used to and Im so glad we know it now. A real Marietta gem

Great food, great service and the garlic rolls are to die for! I like this place. Not fancy, just a family atmosphere with good food and service. The manager has come by every time we have eaten there to check on us because they seem to care about their customers. Every meal I have eaten there has been great and I enjoy the specials. The portions are generous, so plan on a to go box!
