4 hours to load awful parking

Wont be picking up here again

I picked up this place 2015 and 2016 for multiple times. They used load me all the times by shed side or checking building and normally weight about 41000LB with dry load. Past Monday I noticed a big change first they won’t allow you to checkin before 10 minutes for your appointment and secondly building 2 overloaded with drive tires so please go weigh and there’s scale 2 miles away by the blue beacon truck wash and is not so crowded. Other than overweight I didn’t any issue and they cut one pallet as well rework the trailer so I can be legal.

I didnt know where to check in at and I didnt know that I was blocking the driveway, but Im not sure where to park so I can check in. I had to go around the block to go in the WB building and hand the guard my paperwork

Appointment time is critical. Got here early just in case. 10 min before appt is checkin. Friendly, hard working. Old school dock. Great food in walking distance in every direction. Gracias.

Thigh space, not parking to wait if you are early, they won’t take you in if you are early, take several hours to get loaded, don’t come here, I’m not coming back here to get loaded ever, if you dispatch insist you to come here, you insist back in not to come here, trust me is the right call

Stay way otr drivers unorganized and extra slow

1 star for parking on street, 3 for dock parking, 5 for good people. Overall 3 stars shipper. Good tacos around the corner

Do NOT come early....Tried to show up at 12:30 pm for a 2:30 p.m. appointment told to leave come back at 2 p.m......Will not try to fit you in or accommodate you drivers just 🔥 burning your clock down driver.... Not a driver friendly place at all.....

If your new to the Laredo area PAY ATTENTION....The shipping office is by door #6. Park on street and check in. Kinda confusing but makes sense once you figure it out. Need 36 or a 37 number for pickup.

Loaded and out the door in little over an hour. Would give 5 stars but took forever to get in that tight dock.

This place is a joke owner ops avoid at all cost they don’t know how to load properly people in the office are rude and you’ll be here all day not worth the time an hassle

Best warehouse I’ve been to. They were very fast and the 2 guards in the guard shed were very friendly and nice. Everyone was very friendly and I was loaded very quickly but when I was leaving the 2 friendly guards were gone and there one guard and he was very rude and was extremely bossy but other than that it was a very good experience.

Arrived at 10 for an 1130 appt. No other trucks here but cant get in a dock until appt time. Very strict on apptmts here. Dont come early

The worst place I have ever been to . I have been here for 5 hours already and I they didn’t even get started yet . Am never coming back to this place. Wish some people would learn that truck drivers are humans too and have limited time to drive .. save ya self from trouble and don’t come to this place

This time it was OK they were fast Profesional.

Save your energy drivers. Dont come to these morons for a load.

Warehouse there at Laredo, Texas. Have to use common sense when maneuvering tractor trailers there.

Please make sure you know your appointment time because you can sit here all day. I sat here two different times for 6 hours a piece

Waited 4 hrs to get loaded. Arrived one hour before his app. They finally gave me a door 2 hrs later and told me to wait because the guy that loads took his lunch and it could take up to two hrs sometimes for him to come back. Turns out my load was not ready and they simply had me waiting. No detention. Horrible place, very disorganized.

Security guard here is a total 🤡 , shipping office 🐑🤢🤮

Dont know what to think about these guys - no English spoken - some of them - very slow - HOS is wasted.

Showed up at 1030 for an 1130 appt, was told to come back at 1130. Its after 12 and Im told its going to be another 30 minutes before I can get a dock. There are trucks down the entire street waiting.

Everyone I came across when I was picking up a trailer had a really bad attitude... Except the guard shack guy. Guard shack guy was polite. Ill give him a 4 🌟 but everyone else 0 🌟, I wish I could remove the single 🌟 to a nothing 🌟... Why everyone at the office are mad, and the guard outside the bay doors, he was acting like a police officer, bad experience.

They loaded my truck fast!! I spent more time in gate line,than under loaded

5.30am appointment very good and fast

No where to park on site. Be sure to sweep out your trailer before getting here. They wont take you early so dont come more than 1 hr before

Make sure you come in from Mines Rd or you will have to blind side in, you must back into dock from a fairly busy street. They do have lots of docks. Got in and loaded out very quickly.

Loaded fairly fast but their 43,218 lb load is all of 46,000! I’m grossing 79,960.

Very pleasant very professional,they recieved and unloaded merchandise promptly.

Company closes at 6pm, they load you right away.... Owner Operators be aware if your dispatch says its 40,000 or 42,000 they will loads you 44,500 lb ....unless you like heavy loads.

Truckers be aware, this place moves like molasses, very unpolite, no sense of urgency and complete disregard of schedules, if you are unlucky enogh to be sent here, be ready to waste quite some time and.... yes do not bother to be in time or before.... just be patient and dont come back.

My can of Jalapenos missing carrots and onions, I have used this product for years. I called corporate here in San Antonio and was transferred to Laredo office. I spoke with Ms. Delgado, she was empathetic, apologetic and expedient to provide solution. Kudos Ms. Delgado
