Sausio 13-osios g. 10, Vilnius 04347, Vilnius
Built in 1980, this TV tower features an observation deck & cafe 165 m. above the ground.
We got stuck in the elevator and there was no help from stuff. They ignored us screaming and knocking the doors. I was so scared. Good thing we got stuck on the first floor. After we got from it ( Thanks GodPeople who work there didnt apologize, they didnt care at all. Im so offended and mad. We also tried to contact emergency center and they dont speak English so no help from them. Ive visited a lot of places like that all around the world and never experienced something as awful as that visit. Wish I could get my money back. Dont recommend!
Walk outside is a must to try experience.
Nice view up on the city. Tax is € 15 to go to the top of the tower. Can buy tickets from the reception. Can use Bolt to get there ( Bolt os very cheap in Lithuania 😁 ).
Very nice views. Highly recommend, lovely restaurant spinning around slowly, not overpriced, really enjoyed it. Online ticket are handy, there is an option to purchase experience where u walk along the edge of the tower head thing- for adrenaline lovers.
If you are local and have been there - for sure you won’t see anything new. If you are tourist - then this place is worth visiting as you could see whole Vilnius just by walking around
Great experience with a great view, I recommend visiting
Perfect to start off your trip to Vilnius! If youre early enough, theres no waiting timeIt takes ~45 min to take a round-trip in the platform to discover your upcoming destinations
Very cool place for seeing Vilnius from above. Almost flight height. A good place to eat while slowly turning around in circles. Menu is pretty wide. A bit pricey. Also there is a new atraction to walk without fences (additional price, not for heightphobics 🙃). Also there are a lot of telecommunication historical devices, a strong historical background from Sąjūdis/Perestroika times as this was a place to defend Lithuanian will to become independent.A bit shabby but improving in a good way. There is a hotel high above in the construction plans too.
Lovely place delicious food. Definitely will be back .
I cant believe how expensive it is. 2 adults and 2 Children we paid 50 € to enjoy 10 minutes of nice views. Just wanted to get up there, been there, seen in thats it, never agsin .
Very unfriendly and unhelpful restaurant staff. The food is NOT fresh and is tasteless (worse than fast food). The restaurant is badly maintained. Seats are stained. The revolving table platform wasnt rotating, so we couldnt have the 360° view that we came for.We came to have a good time but we left with a bad experience. Not coming here ever!
TLDR: go for the view and not the restaurant as that is a bad experience.Restaurant staff highly desintersetd. I did not see one staff member smile once. I did feel like I am disturbing there day. You are asked to wait till you will be seated, then they simply ignore you for a couple of minutes, the floor manager came and asked us what do we want, my wife staded that its the first time and he said "so...?". Bad service, overall.Food - was amazingly bad. I cant even describe it. Fries work definitely fried in month old oil.I am never ever coming here again and I earge anyone else to stay away from here.
Lovely view, but that is it. Stone faced staff in restaurant. Tonic espresso made out of old tonic without bubbles. Irish coffee tastes like vodka. Milk&Icecream coctail is literally milk with cheap cacao powder. Meh..
Really cool piece of Soviet architecture. Rotating Restaurant at the top is a fun experience that offers good food at reasonable prices. They views across the city are also breathtaking. Well worth a visit!
Nice view. However the restaurant wasnt actually spinning and the security guy had a very angry look and a gruff demeanor.
If i could I wouldnt give them any star. My mom is on a wheelchair it was difficult for us to enter the building there are so many steps. Near the entrance their is a sign that shows that people that are on a wheelchair need to call a number that is written. But when we called they didnt answer, no matter how many times we called them. We are lucky that some people helped my mother through the steps. The entrance is not accessible to everyone and that really upsets me. In addition, we paid 6 euros, we had a discount, just to see the view from a window. If you want to see the view from the balcony, there is no discount, and the ticket costs 15 euros. So only if you are a privileged rich person, with no disabilities, you can visit this attraction. I regret the money that i spend for the ticket it was definitely not worth it!!!
Nice place to have a romantic dinner. Food choice is not wide but salmon salad and chocolate cake was delicious. To get there is 10 eur for adult. Better to reserve a table in advance
Nice views over the surrounding area but hard to distinguish the old town of Vilnius. The lady at the register was friendly but absolutely not efficient. People who had bought tickets beforehand online were still asked to join the same queue.Parking really is an issue as there are only a few parking spots available. On the open platform you have plenty of space and you can spend as much time as you like.
Fabulous views of Vilnius. Good food. Very good service and friendly also. A bit expensive for what we got.
178 / 5 000Результаты переводаstar_borderI recommend it to anyone who wants to spend the pleasant with the useful. You can enjoy an overview of Vilnius from above, and then spend a good time in a restaurant located at an altitude of 160 meters.
Nice views from the 20 floors area, tasty dessert and coffee in the restaurant. Though restaurant menu could me a bit richer, personally I was looking for Benedicts egg for my brekkies and they dont serve it. Tables moving around the restaurant, sometimes makes some noise, strange feeling comes when eating.
I participated in Open House Vilnius excursion here. Long waiting time was worth it. We could see maintenance/shelter sections below restaurant and nonoperating floors in poor condition.
Good view, high price, squeaky rotating restaurant
A tourist attraction great views inexpensive, food menu is pour. Make sure weather is good or you wont see much.
1. Views are OK ( entry ticket: 15€no student discount2. Restaurant is priced fine but waiters don’t speak English3. Getting there is quite the hassle4. Badly maintained5. Go there just for the view but overall decent experience
Vilnius TV Tower was fantastic, we had diner on top at open air, AWS a bit breezy but it was good, at 180 Mt the views where fantastic.
Excellent views. Unfortunately the viewing platform was under refurbishment.
All good Nice views but I we had a bad weather
Of course, the best views in all of Vilnius! 360 degrees spinning tables let you enjoy the view of all of Vilnius sitting at one table! The tower is under renovation but the restaurant itself is not part of the renovation right now. People talk that the food is not so good and way too expensive but we wanted to try it for ourselves. And we were surprised! The food was really good and tasty. We had beef steak with hemp seed - pepper crust served with grilled vegetables, steak chips and plum sauce and roasted salmon with mixed salad leaves, courgettes, peppers, cherry tomatoes and orange sauce. For the dessert, we tried hot crispy waffles. Everything was delicious, the steak is the winner of course! Would love to come back after the renovation of the restaurant itself because it bit outdated and loud!
Good views but badly run, expensive and rude staff. The views from the top are very good and it is still worth a visit, but at the top there is an empty concrete room leading to an external walkway. €15 felt expensive for what it is and the staff were quite rude and unwelcoming. Be warned that the entrance is not signposted properly and I wanted 45 minutes walking around the tower base fence trying to find the entrance. If you go up the stairs as you arrive you have to leave the path, walk under the trees, cross the lawns in front of the old dishes to find the entrance. Alternatively look for the wheelchair access signs and follow those as that is the entrance for everyone.
Amazing view around all city. Rotating restaurant is clever idea to can enjoy delicious food and watching changed scenery behind the windows. Definitely must visit in Vilnius!
The best way to see Vilnius from above is to visit the Vilnius TV Tower. It is currently undergoing reconstruction in some areas but it does not affect the visiting public. From what I read, the reconstruction and upgrade started last year 2021 and should be finished by 2024. So it is expected that the TV tower would be modernized. As of now, it has the vibes of the 80’s, old furnishings and interior. There’s a restaurant above, just perfect for some snacking but not a great place to dine. There is an entrance fee to get to the top, in addition to the food or drinks you will have at the restaurant which is the only viewing point as of this time.
Amazing. Its worth to visit. Good price for such a lovely view. Coffee was excellent too 👌
When weather are good its nice to visit to take some food and look around. Although when we were visiting platform which must rotate wasnt working. Also if your afraid of heights - its not a case here, it doesnt feels like it.
The food at the restaurant was very good, I had the pork shoulder with fry, green beans and green pepper sauce. The real surprise was the cheesecake, even better than others Ive had in New York. I liked the ambient and the view of the city is great, its nice to talk about it whilst having a good meal. Everything about it was good.
The television tower has an amazing view over Vilnius and its surroundings. When I was there the sky was clear and helped me to have a better view. The observation deck is located at the nineteenth floor of the tower. There is no open space observation deck. At the nineteenth floor, there is restaurant. Its tables and chairs are put on a rotating platform. While you sit, order and have the food, the platform rotates and you can the 360 degrees of the surrounding areas of the tower. There are some spaces between the tables which you can stay and see outside if you dont want to order the food and use restaurant.
Took definitely too long to buy the tickets and with 9/12 euros it wasnt the cheapest tbh. The point is in the restaurant you usually would even spend more by ordering at least some drinks...so all in all they have a great business model which makes your wallet a little bit sad. The view is quite good with the routating system, I liked that. The windows werent that clean sadly dunno how often they clean them.
not recommendedthe view is only good at night at the day i wentto go to the top u need to pay for the entrance fee, then when u are there u will find out basically the whole floor is a restaurantthere is only a small spot for ppl to stand there and watch the view while others ppl are sitting having food and drinksso u know what i am sayin...small, pricy and ordinary tastemain dish 14.5 eurdessert 5 or 6 eurguys seriouslyu have a better choice
Another of the same theme; The Sacrifice, follows in the same vein as all the countless crosses one finds studded throughout the city and towns of Lithuania, bearing witness to a national identity won with passion and much blood going back hundreds of years.
Old tower from Sowjets and a bit creapy sound in the 360° moving Restaurant. Wonderful view over Vilnius and landscape. Food in the restaurant was excellent! Prices are really ok. Latte did not taste good and cheesecake really nice! Ticket is 8€ weekdays.
A very important place in the history of independent Lithuania. There is a restaurant upstairs with good food, but it needs refurbishment. Unfortunately, the windows are very dirty; it spoils the view.
The TV tower up above the ground has a great view of the city and its famous places. Fast elevators as well, fortunately your ears do not pop when you go up.The cafe/restaurant has also decent food and drinks. When you are on the seating platform, it slightly rotates so you can see the entire city the whole way around.
What a wonderful view over a wonderful city. When we were there the hotbair balloons went up, so that was a nice sight. The food was good and the turning bar was a fun feature. The staff downstairs didnt speak english so when the debit card wasnt accepted she could not explain what went wrong.
Been on the open-air viewing platform last summer which left me speechless. The view is mesmerizing. A guide (or was it just a guard?was a nice very communicative man. Safety is a priority there, so nothing to worry about. Totally recommend visiting it!
Nice tower they call 11€ for entry to the observationdeck/ restaurant. Prices are ok in the restaurant staff was nice but a little bit scared that they appear on a photo?!? Nevertheless it was a nice experience and we had a comfortable stay consuming a few beers there.
Friends hello! I highly recommend visiting the TV tower! The view is stunning! Plus you are at a height of 160 meters in the restaurant. And in the restaurant the tables turn so you have the opportunity to fully view the landscapes of Vilnius! I really liked it! I think you will have fun too)I advise you to buy tickets through the booking (so much cheaper)
Easy to reach by car, many places for parking, restaurant on 19th flour. Tables are on the moving platform. If you prefer to see sparkling bubbles of champagne in front of Old city - go to Tower before lunch. Dont forget to visit museum on a ground flour.
Perfect place for a meal with the view.Food is extremely average, but the view is outstanding. You pay 11 euros for adult to go up and then can sit down for a meal or just drinks. The restaurant is rotating so you will get 360 degrees view during your meal. Staff is old fashioned and very professional.Prices in the restaurant are below average restaurant prices in Vilnius.
Amazing view from the 165m mid-tower hight! Elevator run lasts about 45-50". Restaurant is ok despite if you wish a vegetarian or vegan choice you can just dream about it and eventually you just take some side dish..... evolution is expected when you are so close to the sky 😉. Worth a visit, especially at sunset time!
326,5 meters high TV tower, highest construction in Lithuania! Built in 1981 it looks quite tired at the moment, but the view from the restaurant is amazing- visit it in the evening to see city panorama in a daylight and nighttime- big city lights are really nice! The food in restaurant is tasty, but i found extra article on my bill that i haven’t ordered! (It was removed). Service is slow because of a lot of visitors. NB! Restaurant make 360 degrees turn in one hour so you can enjoy view during lunch/dinner!
