Terrible customer service from beginning to end.I booked Villa Los Arcos for a weekend celebration and unfortunately the booking process was terribly painful.The communication leading up to the weekend was consistently inconsistent. I was liaising with multiple people who werent communicating with each other, therefore asking me the same questions over and over again. I paid my deposit and was told they hadnt received it, i paid the full amount due and was also told they didnt receive it.These annoying inconsistencies continued throughout the booking process. My friends were arriving to Villa Los Arcos on Friday at 2pm so I agreed with the Villa an early check-in of 11am so we could enjoy a full day in the sun. I decided to fly out a few days earlier to check out the local area and buy beers/groceries so my friends had food and drinks on arrival....HOWEVER, a few days before they informed that we could no longer check in early as they received another booking. Frustrated to say the least as i booked an early flight and hotel specifically to check in early. Then in typical unreasonable fashion I was told to refer to the terms and conditions as early check in isnt guaranteed (despite us agreeing a time and additional charge months beforehand)The villa itself was okay. Some of the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the cheap ikea mattresses dont lend themselves to a good night sleep. The villa could do with updating as its a bit dated especially from a tech/mod con perspective. The towels are like sand paper and some of the AC units dont work.Now heres where the fun begins.... CHECK OUT! We all chipped in and cleaned the villa to ensure I received the £1000 deposit back. We cleaned the pool area, stacked the sunbeds, bagged up all the rubbish, washed and cleaned the surfaces, removed all waste, and left the Villa in pretty good condition. We were unable to do a hand over with the accommodation manager because their bookings team got the check out dates wrong (obviouslyso we followed the AM instructions, locked up the property and made our way back to the UK.A week later im told by the Villa that we have to pay +£100 because we left the bins in the wrong place, +£150 because the BBQ wasnt clean, +£40 because the neighbours asked us to turn the music down....I argued these costs as some of them seemed totally unreasonable.+£100 because we left the bins in the wrong place seems a little bit excessive! However i was told that they wont be replying to my emails and before i knew it my deposit was returned with the excessive reductions.All in all this was a painful experience and id recommend booking a villa that has a better bookings system and a team with better customer service skills.

Rising damp, smell of sewage and toilet, beds were dirty and mattress was so so uncomfortable...!Look at these pictures and see..Worst experience ever after almost 42 years of traveling around the world!

Great place for, say, a wedding. Difficult commute as the local taxi firm does not know the address.. but place prone for great parties!
