The hotel is amazing and the concierge staff specially Alessia who gave us amazing recommendations for food and travel as well as the reception is extremely helpful. The poolside is a great place to relax and you cannot go wrong with the food at this hotel however the top management of the hotel is extremely rude and use aggressive sales tactics to lure guests into more expensive rooms also on our last day one of the mangers come to us and told us off like he was our father just because we were eating pizza on a corner of the garden overall the experience was amazing however the upper management of this hotel really needs to learn how to treat guests well.

A beautiful historic villa, totally renovated, this is a oasis of peace and beauty in the city of Palermo. The building is majestic, its located right on the tourist harbour overlooking the sea, with a private botanic garden and a nice pool area. It has a private shuttle bus that takes you right to the center of Palermo in just 10 minutes. Our room was spacious and reflected the style of the Villa, the bar and the restaurant are located on the beautiful terraces, and service is impeccable. We tried the Crudo by Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, it was a fantastic culinary journey through the local ingredients and flavours of Sicily and Italy, revisited in a unique and refined style - what an experience!

This hotel is full of history. The staff is very professional and treated us extremely well. Beautiful Rooms and views. Had great service on the terrace from Alessandra and Pietro.

The Terrazza Bar must surely be one of the world’s great bars with an ambience of timeless elegance and attentive service led by the excellent Pietro and his team who have looked after us in an exemplary fashion. The classical Italian building that is the hotel is simply stunning, and all the hotel staff are very lovely, as is the view over the bay of Palermo.

We stayed here the beginning of April and the hotel was just coming to life. The gardens were beautiful and we were upgraded when we arrived. The service was amazing, staff was very accommodating and professional and made us feel welcomed.Breakfast was an extensive buffet with menu options. We had dinner at the bar for 3 of our 4 night stay. Getting into town for dinner was quite inconvenient and dinner at the bar was intimate with fabulous food choices. We booked dinner at their restaurant but opted out last minute for a more casual setting.The only thing I would change would be I would book the hotel a month later to enjoy eating outside and enjoying the pool and grounds more.
