Villa Ester in Korce

I really enjoyed my stay here! Instead of the usual 2 twins, we had one larger bed. The bed was a little firm for my preferences, but thats not uncommon for Europe. They had the same A/C unit that I have at home, so no problem there. Friendly people and great breakfast!

Un hotel en el mismo centro de la ciudad y cerca de todas las atracciones. Todo muy limpio, trato exquisito como en todos los hoteles de Albania, personal muy eficiente y desayuno muy rico. Para repetir si tuviera que volver a Korça.

Hotel muy céntrico en Korce, la habitación no muy grande pero confortable, el baño amplio con una ducha fantástica, muy limpio y cuidado todos los detalles. El desayuno de los mejores que puedas encontrar por la calidad y la variedad en un comedor muy coqueto. Un hotel altamente recomendable.

Molto più di un B&b, moltissimi servizi da hotel di categoria. Stanze grandi e accoglienti, pulizia eccellente. Colazione con molti prodotti a km0 davvero molto buona.

Nice room but uncomfortable bed.

Great accommodation, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, one of the best we have had in Albania. The staff is kind, helpful and fluent in English (which is still quite a problem in Albania even in better hotels). I definitely recommend this accomodation.

This place was absolutely lovely. Tastefully decorated, high end furniture and a delicious caring breakfast. Excellent location and pleasantly surprising prices. The staff was amazing, accommodating and put a smile on your face. Dont go anywhere else, you wont regret it.

Absolutely superb!! We stayed here two nights, the staff was incredible, helpful, cheerful. Always trying to accommodate us. The rooms were clean!!! I mean clean, like nothing we had seen before! In this region you can expect things to be done just perfect! Breakfast was amazing and absolute feast of deliciousness, so in conclusion don’t go anywhere else, do your self a favor and just try it! Oh location was 10/10!

Als wir am späten Vormittag angekommen sind wurden wir direkt gefragt ob wir etwas essen wollen. Die ganze Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir konnten für nur 5€ Wäsche waschen lassen. Am Abreisetag wurden uns 2 Tüten voll Essen mitgegeben, weil wir schon um 6 Uhr zum Bus mussten. Und das Frühstück war definitiv unser bestes in Albanien. Wir empfehlen kein Zimmer unten zu nehmen weil es nah am Restaurant und der Rezeption ist. Es ist zu laut unten. Auf der Homepage steht es werden Touren angeboten. Das war der Hauptgrund von für unsere Entscheidung die Villa Ester zu nehmen. Leider gab es überhaupt kein Angebot. Wir empfehlen stattdessen die free walking Tour und den Guide für weitere Touren.

Had a great stay.

Yohann (not sure if thats the correct spellingwas a gracious host and upgraded our room without our even asking. The whole hotel was incredibly clean, modern, and tastefully decorated with high-end, luxurious finishes. My husband and I have been in Albania for over a month, and so weve stayed in many, many places. We can say with confidence that Hotel Ester was by far the nicest hotel weve stayed in. Its super clean, which is a high priority for us, and Hotel Ester exceeded our expectations on this front. Of note, unlike many places in Albania, the bathroom did NOT smell like sewage. This alone, makes this place a gem. Moreover, the shower was spacious, which is also a rarity in the country; you can shave your legs and wash your hair with ease here. The most surprising part of our stay was the breakfast. We had grown accustomed to the same fare served at breakfast throughout the country. Hotel Ester went above and beyond with their breakfast cuisine, serving fresh crepes (sweet & savory), a whole platter of various meats and cheeses, unique pastries (again, sweet and savory), amazing fruits--not just the standard bananas and oranges, fresh squeezed juice, and some really creative pudding-like dishes. Im sure Im missing some things, but rest assured, even the pickiest of eaters would find something appealing on this buffet. Moreover, the staff here, too, was attentive and willing to go out of the way to accommodate any need. I would without hesitation stay here again. You could plop this hotel in Paris or London or Los Angeles, and it would easily remain at the top in its field in terms of service, cleanliness, and design. Finally, the location is also solid. Its on a quiet street but still within walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars.
