Place & ambiance are quite good but the food choices are a bit limited compared to other Vikings branch. However, it was offset by their staff cooking a dish I requested.

Our dine in experince was excellent! Food,sevice and cleanliness the best 🍴🥰👌♥ All of the food was tasty 😋, My top favorites are Roast lamb, Herb Rubbed, Laksa, baked Oyster, Salmon and Tuna sashimi 🍴. The personalized touch on their birthday greetings to my Mother was iconic, we were surprized they even sang wheels on the bus for my 10 months old nephew, he smiled ,clap and enjoyed the song👶🏻👏🏻💖. My family and I will be back, see you soon 💕💕 😋🍴👌

Limited food selections. The roast beef is inedible because it was too tough, the tempura always unavailable. Not worth the 1k bill per head.

A good buffet restaurant to celebrate your birthday and special occasions. The food is delicious and tasteful. The restaurant is spacious with private space for special events. They also have groups of employees roaming around to sing birthday songs for each birthday celebrant.

Wonderful service! The employees were accommodating and there were varieties of food to choose from. A very special place to celebrate birthdays with friends and family!

Went for birthdays from 1st Birthday, 40th Birthday to 66th Birthday and as always, superb menus... plus different beverages plus yummy desserts!

Sashimi was very little and the person that handles it touches a rag. Very unsanitary. Maki were soggy.Tempura was tasteless.Ramen and Laksa were like instant noodles in plain soup.Roasted chicken was very very salty.

We only come here once a year for birthday celebration. Foods are great. A lot of selection. The pasta section is what i like the most, second is the pastries. Overall its a great value for money specially if only once a year 😂😂

The place look nice and comfy but not the food. Beef stir fry is not that great, its too greasy. Cannot eat the chicken not too tasty., masarap pa ang chicken sa palengke vendor. Guyabano doesnt taste like it, taste like water with sugar. Better serve kalamansi juice mura lang per kilo. The dusurt was too sweet and the cantaloupe was tasteless. Should not place them on menu. Very disappointing on first try.

Too expensive for normal taste cuisines. They hide the steaks, shimp dishes and other supposed to be good stuffs. Beer and alcohol are also limited.

had lunch last Saturday,we were 9adults unfortunately everyone is suffering with diarrhea and vomitting now. There were flies and cockroaches roaming around. We had a very bad experience and our health was put at risk,defintely not going back there for any celebrations,it would rather be suffering😒

The glory days of Vikings is sadly over. The food, service, and overall quality compared to a few years ago has gone down the drain. Where is the head chef that used to patrol around and greet people? What happened to the meat carving station? The roast lamb was all fat. The salad lettuce selection was laughable. The pizza and pasta and the Mexican section is just sad. And wheres the kind service staff? We just got hassled to pay the bill twice just after we were sat down at 7pm. They all seem to be in a rush to go home.Heres a pic of the tuna sashimi they had. Not eating that. And the cockroach scurrying around the meat carving station was the final straw.Place wont get my patronage any longer.

I liked the buffet and the service. There is a great choice. But compared to Vikings in Cebu City the quality of food, and especially the carvery, was less good. It still needs a lot of improvement but everything is there to make it better in the future.

Pre pandemic, during pandemic and maybe post pandemic. I would say their service is very consistent. The staff are very nice and would sometimes guide you which sauce is better for a meat. The menu at the peak of pandemic is not that good but none the less these people and this place will provide you the best service and food they can!

Making reservation was smooth.On-site, the service person was accomodating and let us pick our seat.Some selection were unique, almost weird to taste.Love the sushi selection, not the ramen and tempura (not how I want them cooked). Labels can be hard to find though.It was nice experience.

The staff esp the resto manager is not competent. We arrived and have reservation first. But our reservation was not listed. Those who came in last was called to enter first. So unfair. And the resto does not practice social distancing. And the food selections are only 1/4 compare from the prepandemic times. It is not worth it.

One of the best buffets. Had a post birthday celebration of my partner here. Staffs are all nice and accomodating. the foods are all amazing too. Special thanks to the chef who makes the Pesto and Mac and Cheese, it was so good that we had to order another plate. all in all. it was really a good experience here at vikings SM Pampanga.Shout out to Ms. Elsa and her team for assisting us every now and then just to make sure that we enjoy our dinner. Thank you so much!

Nice staff and good food. Not too crowded and they are still open for reservations. They had a marked down price for dinner buffet. Before I think it was 998 now its 799 plus 5% service charge. They have new protocols with getting food. You can point the food that you want then theyll give it to you while for the pasta and noodle bar you need to give them your table number and theyll serve it at your table. Few remarks during our visit: food was kinda bland for other menu (or maybe I just have high tolerance for saltiness). The herb chicken not so savory and kind of undercooked, same goes with the noodle broth and sauces it lacks flavor. Perhaps there are condiments available upon request which I didnt try. I really liked the truffle pizza and the appetizers. There are choices of chinese cooking. Fresh fruits and desserts are awesome especially the coffee jello tho they had limited flavors at the ice cream bar. Kapampangan food still available. Crew members are courteous. Overall, customer service is great. I had a great fill but flavor wise Id give 3.5 stars.

First time to dine here to celebrate my Father’s 53rd Birthday.He said this was one of his unforgettable birthday celebrations. He tried a variety of dishes. He enjoyed the cake parade for the celebrants.

Highly recommended.. Food with wide selection.. food was great with reasonable price.. kids enjoyed their dessrt station while i enjoyed their sushi and sashimi.. very friendly staffs.. the good thing about this buffet is that drinks are included on the price you paid while other buffet they dont offer drinks, you have to pay for another amount for you to have drinks.

The food is just amazing and I love the part that youll get a heads up before you dig in. Crews are also accomodating! Overall, youll get what you pay for.

The place is cozy and very spacious. It has a huge selection of food tbough sometimes you would have to ask the chef if you want some of the food such as oysters because they dont always place them on display. Aside from the food, beer is also unlimited. I would say that the price is reasonable for the amount and selection of food it offers. I would recommend this place to anyone who is not on a diet. 😉😉😉

The vibe and the setup is absolutely beautiful. There is a good selection of food. However, the quality of the food itself was just ordinary. I was expecting real sushi but got sushi rolls. I was looking for something exotic and yet the food was just the regular stuff you get in other restaurants. I think the best part is that beer is also unlimited.

The best buffet outside the Greater Manila Area.Never fails to meet my expectations. Wide selection of food satisfies every senses. Though price may be a bit steep, its gonna be worth it. Fun, food, memories; Vikings will always have a place in my heart (or stomach).
