Peaceful
Great place of good shots of the surrounding landscape
Wonderful place!
Tourist spot. Must visit place in Luanda
Renewed... amazing service and awesome workers
Very impressive geological sight on the road between Luanda and Lobito.
Great scenario!
Really nice place for the sunset
Amazing view with the stone formation and the voew of the ocean.
A must-stop place! Erosional features to delight any geologist/geomorphologist and an awesome reds colour pallet.
Beautiful place.
Moon view on earth
Quick place to stop for a beautiful scenery, best to go in the afternoon as the sun sets for the best lighting

The good place on weekend
Stunning geology, pristine place
Fantastic wiev Its like another world 💯👍
Stunning views, appreciate the clean up efforts.
Totally unexpected landscape when I looked over the cliff
Beautiful view
Iconic place to observe and appreciate the beaches of Luanda.
The beautiful place. The view is stunning. The ocean and the mountains, red sand and erosion makes it a very scenic place you can see far in African savannah. Recommend to visit. Don’t expect to find any facilities. It’s more of a scenic overlook where you stop for few minutes to take pictures and enjoy the view. Can’t climb or hike as it’s all sand and sliding.
Beautiful place but no tourism information.Angola need start building a tourist destination. So many natural beauty and no support.
Otherworldly location in Angola. Google maps gives solid directions to this place. It is not marked with a sign so you have to be on the lookout. But wow ... the views are amazing. Unlike anything Ive seen anywhere, period.
It is a must see place! There is no support places nearby, thus it is recommend to take water and snacks.
Amazing
Its ok. Not much here. After all, you are on the moon!
Interesting spot but disappointing to see rubbish everywhere
If you are going to Kisama (or some other place southfrom Luanda this is a perfect and mandatory stopping point. There is a parking place and the view is the only reason why you should stop there. The rocks all around and below are just moon-like landscape, and the ocean closing the view make it all stunning and awesome.Stop, have a look, enjoy. Its worthwhile.
Danger, but amazing view
It is a must stop if you are driving in the road, its a different coastal landscape, colors change according to the day light.
Amazing landscape due to erosion. Contrasting colors. Better at sunset or sunrise
Breathtaking views of hills and Atlantic ocean. A must see place in Luanda, Angola. The landscape is amazing its about 30 minutes drive from Luanda city. If you go to the river Kwanja from the Luanda city you will find it on your way.
Nice view of a very interesting geological formation. But theres not a sign or any infrastructure that points to it, we found it almost ny chance.
Lovely place and no cost to visit. Good for unique photography. Some rubbish around, but is not to much eye disturbing. Car parking available, but no guards around. You are just alone with your own minds. Worth it to visit!
If you have been to Bryce Canyon then this place not really special, for the first time who never seen groto, I think this place is worth to see. In this area, the stop point is really just a point for stop and go. This place is a stop point on the way to Kisama national park.
Miraduoro da Lua.Interesting rock terrain landscape exposed after undergoing erosion for thousands of years.I notice there is resemblance of this rocks to those found in Luanda city (situated 80km awayas both location are geographically similar ie faces the same direction to the great South Atlantic Ocean and located near to the sea (1 to 2km away to the beach).Wonder if these rocks can also be found on the other side of the world in Brazil? After all, both South America and Africa continent belongs to the same tectonic plate during the early history of the planet earth formation before they split off millions of years ago.
Wonderful place to pass by and take some pictures
Nice place to see and feel
Cool but littered with trash and erosion is wiping out the parking area.
Beautiful place
Been here before (during my 2 years of working). I really missed this place.
A MUST to see if in Luanda. Do not forget your camera...
Amazing place you should not missed. But there is nothing not even a cafe.
Unmissable while in Luanda! Almost looks like youre in Mars
Definitely worth the trip for travellers staying in Luanda - the views are amazing. Check out Cabo Ledo too.
This place is beyond beautiful, I enjoyed watching the ocean and then the sun set, while being able to see the moon the whole time being there. I heard that and it seems like a fact that this is one of the only spots in the world where you can see the Sun and Moon at the same time basically all day. Angola really has a treasure on the hands with this one. The meaning of Miradouro da Lua is "Aiming at the Moon"!!!
