The Viet Cuisine never fails to please. The atmosphere, the service, the large and varied menu, the quality and quantity of food, and the cost are superb. Also, for us, the fact that the restaurant is consistently excellent is extremely important.

Had the beef fried rice, very good. Good portion. Others ordered soup and egg rolls. They said it was very good. The coffee was awesome.

This place is always one of our go to restaurants!Tonight I got the seafood clay pot and I actually had a piece of seafood in every bite!! It was great!Our little one loves to get the kids noodle soup with chicken broth.Theyre always busy, but we always have had great service!

After having Vietnamese cuisine at many restaurants, this one is the best I have ever enjoyed. I highly recommend it! The staff seem very very happy to serve. It makes for a great dining experience.

The rare beef pho is delicious. They bring you a nice plate full of add ins and they have all the normal condiments on the table. The chicken curry is exceptionally good also... Im sure more is good but thats what weve tried and liked. Good service too.

Great food and fast service. I come here about once every other week and try different dishes each time. I have not had anything I wouldnt order again.

Delicious! Recommend the pho for picky eaters, as the ingredients are served on the side (apart from onions, but you can just ask for no onions). Much easier to customize and avoid food texture/taste issues.

We got the chicken pho, the steak/meatball pho, and the beef clay pot. All delicious, but the clay pot was amazing. Also, their egg rolls are super yum! Quick service and piping hot food.

Best Vietnamese food of ALL TIME - Weve tried every Vietnamese restaurant in the Huntsville/Madison area and most in Birmingham and this one is the best--hands down. Its also the most economical. I hesitate to write this review because I dont want everyone to "discover" it, but I also want them to remain in business for a long time so we can keep coming! We always order the spring rolls appetizer (it comes with two and we have learned to order two portions for a family of fourand I get the pho while my husband orders clay pot. Seafood pho is my favorite - the broth is so rich and flavorful and the flavors are really layered. My kids get chicken noodle bowl and chicken fingers. The environment is wonderfully casual and always clean. If I could give this place ten stars, I would!

Weve sampled a lot of the menu over our various visits. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Thier pho is delicious. My son loved both the fried rice and fat noodle stir fry. Numerous vegan options.

I’ve been twice recently and both times have been a really great experience! Great service, food, and practically no wait. Both times have been pretty busy but we had people asking if we needed refills/checking in on us. I’ve gotten the steak pho and beef claypot so far and both have been very good with leftovers to bring home! Everybody there is incredibly kind as well, highly recommend stopping by and trying!

Don’t overlook this place. It’s fire! Ginger Beef came out on a fajita plate—sizzling. It was superb! It was quick to come out & staff was VERY attentive.

First time going and loved it, the food was great and service great!!! I got veggies with tofu and husband got clay bowl veggies with tofu.

My coworker comes her a lot for lunch and treated me to lunch here. OMG!!! Ive never had Vietnamese food before, but Im hooked for sure.The service is outstanding and very fast. Everyone works as a team to take care of the guests. Affordable prices, too.The food is really really good! I had Bo Napolean (beef, veggies and fried egg). It was delicious! And, unlike many other Asian food, it stayed with me for a long time; Usually Im hungry again within an hour.Highly recommend you try them out.

Very nice food at this simple cafe style restaurant. Had the Clay Pot Special which was delicious. Also the fresh spring rolls where so good. The service was superb and prices are very reasonable. Would definitely return if in the area again. Highly recommended.

I do not have anything negative to say, the staff is attentive/friendly, food comes out quick/hot, and everything is delicious! My favorites are the clay pots, eggrolls and pho. Will be coming back!

Enjoyed a delicious dinner here. The Clay Pot is kinda like when they bring the fajita plate to your table at a Mexican place lots of sizzle and delicious smell that makes everyone else want to order. The location itself is eclectic but cozy shout-out to the LED snowflakes hanging from the ceiling. My service was very quick very friendly drink never went empty. The food itself is a little more American Chinese than Vietnamese cuisine at least whth the most popular items I saw being ordered. Mostly your choice of beef shrimp or chicken on a bowl of rice with some noodles and veggies tossed in a sauce. Its all great for what it is though. Will absolutely come back when in need of some good comfort food.

Best food in all of Huntsville. Ive tried 10+ different dishes and everything has been excellent quality. The serving sizes are huge, and the meals are extremely reasonably priced. I frequently order three entrees and an appetizer for me and my wife. The order is less than $50 and enough food for both of us to eat big 3+ meals easily.

Clay pot is definitely the way to go. Fantastic! I love getting to the crunchy rice at the bottom.

Yum!!! My first time having Vietnamese food and they set the bar high. We got bahn mi, meatball soup and a clay pot - all were delicious but the clay pot stole the show. Can’t wait to be back in Alabama to eat here again.

Great little place. Clean, classy, perfect food, but still affordable. Will definitely be back.Had the vermicelli with lemongrass beef. Perfect spicing and texture. Also got to try the tofu curry, which had just the right amount of richness.

I dont think I could find anything negative about this place other than I cant visit more often than I want. The atmosphere is pleasant, food is great in both quality and proportions.The staff is very cordial and professional. Every visit, my experience has never been anything less than positive. They remind me of a restaurant back home in Monroe, LA called Rawz Cafe.

Great food, service was fabulous.Had the banh mi ga and pho ga. Very good. But admit the clay pots meals I saw coming out for other tables looked incredible. Will go back!

Very good, probably the best Vietnamese in town. The pho is outstanding as are the clay pots. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food. Restaurant is very clean and has ample light with the windows.

It was pretty good, but wasnt what I was expecting.Most of everything I got had cilantro which for me tasted like soap bc of my genes which is unfortunate for me, only reason why Im giving it 3 stars, good food, fresh even, just didnt know it came with cilantro..I got the rare steak, and brisket Phò, and a couple of egg rolls, and couple of spring rolls which also had cilantro, good quality food, just the cilantro was a problem for me like said, so if you visit and dont like cilantro just make sure to tell them no cilantro.

Been a regular since 2014ish! They use fresh produce. And the food is amazing every time I go. I’ve already introduced about 5 of my friends to them and they’re just as addicted as I am. 😂 Spring rolls and pho rare steak are my go-to. Oh and their wings are super good too!!

I visited this Vietnamese restaurant about three years ago. It used to be located across the street, in a much smaller venue. This new place has a drive up window for convenience. The food was delicious and the prices are still reasonable.

We had been there 2 years before and said we wanted to go back if ever in Huntsville again. Well now we found them again. My wife had the satay pho and I had the mixed hot pot. Incredible. The hot pot could have used a little more protien but terrific anyway. The pho was probably one of the best we have ever had - and weve already tried 4 places in 3 months since moving to Huntsville. The staff is terrific and even gave me a small bowl of the broth after observing me frequently stealing from my wife.

This food was amazing! Super authentic flavor! Great sizes and all the prices were super reasonable. Definitely get the spring rolls. I would highly recommend the beef clay pot as well. Will come back if Im in Huntsville

I am here at least twice a week. Great pho selection, I like seafood and my boyfriend gets P5. The servers know us and know what we order! Always start off with the spring rolls or fried wontons. Very personable, attentive staff. Multiple vegetarian options as well. Definitely something for everyone.

Located in the old frizzles location but with a completely redone interior. At 3pm on a Friday it was pleasantly full. I ordered the P7, Sato Pho. It was fantastic, the flavor was spot on with a deep peanut taste behind their beef stock. The staff was super helpful and polite. I highly recommend trying this place if you havent already!

Dont play yourself, get the special pho soup with everything in it! The food is great tasting and the pricing isnt bad. The restaurant is nice and clean in the inside and out and the staff is very friendly! Highly recommend eating here.
