Victory Square - Memorial park in Shu, Kazakhstan
Underwhelming. The eternal flame is also used as a social gathering spot in the evenings, which is great for the locals, but does make it hard to get a good look at the flame as a tourist. Also, there is no lighting anywhere in the park, so itβs not possible to read the plaques and signs after dark.
Must visit while in Bishkek
A great slice of history.
Vectory square

Victory square is public place and open all time. but be careful to stay there late night you may see drunk people which can be rude.

I think this is the biggest square in Bishkek. Huge structure of yurts. It looks amazing from the side. There is flame π₯ in the middle of structure. I seen local guys and girls hanging out at night with some musical instruments and singing.
A great outdoor space for walks and hang outs. You can see newlyweds and mini-markets there occasionally.

Victory squareA national monument
Place needs renovation in terms of landscape design. New trees, flowers and bushes would make this place more comfortable for everyday walks.
Victory square was built in 1985 as the 40 year celebration of the end of the Second World War.It contains an eternal flame that has been lighted ever since it was built. The square is gorgeous and what a beautiful gesture this is.Next to the square, there is the famous Tsum shopping center.

A tourist attraction in Beshkek reminds the war times and victory over Nazis. At the square centre, below the 3 rib arch there is a statue of a woman, waiting for her husband to return home from the war. In front of the women, there is a gas fired flame which is kept lit at all times.Around the arch, there is a beautify rose garden.
What can I say? The former Soviet Republics love their outdoor monuments! Beautiful, but a somber reminder of the tragedy, loss and sacrifice of war. I loved the flowers everywhere and there was a wedding at the monument, which was nice to see. Bishkek is green and beautiful. We loved it.
Nice place to remember those who suffered in WW II
Nice Place . But avoid going there while snowfall the tiles are to much slippery
A place away from the city. Silence .The best place to observe the nature.
