cards are not applicable u have to pay cash, cold coffe u will have of their choice not yours as they havent imported hazelnuts in 4 months. moreover theu cant even give you a good quality menu printed lol

Well ambience is literally one of the posh and well maintained. The only problem is they are moreover shortage of staff as well as running out of the items especially molten lava.I actually ordered molten lava and after half an hour waiter arrived and informed they are running shortage of it. We can only get 1 out of 3. And also told me that their chef is on leave and they are trying to get a fresh molten lava. Also took an extra 20 mins on top of 30 mins. Literally i was fedup of their lame excuses. I would rate it as 6/10Icecream was half if the scoop. It was served in a mini tray and it was quite obvious to pick up with the spoon. They dont even to compensate as extra wait time.Ambience 8/10Taste 7.5/10 due to less quantity of icecreamService 2/10

Mountain lava was so bad I expect so much more it was dry no chocolate flow out of it .. compare it to city cafe and zerkoon ill give it 0 out of 10 I try mountain lava so many time all over Pakistan this was my worst experience overall there are some major flaws in environment and sitting arrangement conclusion it was a disappointment

Victoria Lounge in Bahawalpur is a great place to sit and superb taste is their speciality۔ The behaviour and dealing of staff and ambience of the place add colours to their superb Quality.

3 starts for coffee and customer service. Surprisingly there is no WiFi connectivity in case someone wants to work and have coffee.

This is the best place in the bahwalpur to have nice coffee with great customer service and ambiance. They have big menu so if you have sweet tooth you should be going to this place. Every time I visit bahawalpur this is must go place.

Its a neat place. Eatables are generally ok. I tried the mini pizza and apple pie. Mini pizza can be avoided however the apple pie was good. The coffee was light however the taste wasnt bad. I will definitely visit again to try out other stuff on my next visit to bahawalpur

Tea bag Tea in the name of Doodh pati and found nothing special to describe.. all the money charge is for ambiance and space they offering.. need improvement

The ambience is quite good but the drinks themselves are lacking. The flavoured iced tea was laughably bad. It was a layer of puree topped with a layer of tasteless iced tea. The food is just okay, cakes are better.

Environment is good, quite relaxing. Tea is great. But their bakery products are not fresh.

Ordered multiple sweet delicacies, average and similar taste of all. Rates are affordable, ambiance is great, but food is average. Also the staff can be trained better to serve well

Below average desserts and tea. What was most unlikeable was the fact that they made us girls sit in a designated family area which was a narrow space compared to the rest of the cafe. For someone visiting from out of town, this was very odd since we wanted to sit next to the window in an almost empty cafe. Disappointing experience overall. Only positive was that the sofas were spacious and comfortable. Will not go there again.

Upscale Cafe with cosy and comfortable sitting. Serving is kind and presentation is decently decorated. This place is good for groups and friends late sit in. Menu offered a lot of variety with reasonable prices.

While visiting Bahawalpur, came here. The order took more than expected time. The coffee was good 6/10(as it was below hot temperatureand to our surprise, simple teabag Tea 7/10 was given which shouldnt have taken this much time!! Interiors are pretty cool and so is the open-air sitting area. Overall disappointed by the service, can be improved.

Very nice place to relax with some coffee and cakes

Its one of the best place to have coffee in a city like bahawalpur but I must say that probably the worst service even in bahawalpuri standard. I ordered the chocolate browne, chocolate pastry and chicken roll with capacino. After 15-20 minutes capacino came but not hot and after that no other items. I had to go to the reception to ask n I was surprised that they forgot about the order. When I reminded them then it took them 15-20 minutes to bring the items and by that time the coffee was cold. I asked him to heat the coffee, after few mins I called the waiter to ask about coffee n he said just now but we finished the items when coffee came. So over all food is OK, place is wow and service is terrible.

Food tasted of old over used oil. Served an old molten lava cake that had gone cold initially and then replaced it after a complaint. Otherwise sitting area is good.

Good place to sit, relax and eat due to its peaceful environment. A very comfortable. The quality of food is really good and mine favorite was Ice Cream with brownie. :-)
