Needs parking area

I had not that good experience in the hotel, there is no barking space for my car, where I couldnt bark. no recomeded. one think that I want to the price is reasonable.

Helemaal NIET TEVREDEN!We namen voor 2 dagen de luxekamer met jacuzzi. Wat werkt er niet? De jacuzzi natuurlijk! Na zwaar aandringen kregen we een andere kamer toegewezen waar de jacuzzi wel zou werken. Niet dus.. Eten was aangebrand en de volgende dag werd de kamer ook niet schoongemaakt. Opnieuw contact opgenomen met de baas van het hotel omdat we wouden vertrekken. Deze weigert om een deel van het geld terug te betalen. Hier zien ze mij niet meer terug!

Actually we did a quick training in it, the hall was small and the chairs werent so convenient. In addition, there is no parking area to put your car in it.

I had any bad experience in Tripoli then I changed my hotel. Here is really professional. But at restaurant, I didnt know meals taste and appearance. I just wanna see meal how is look? But It was impossible. Because Im stranger for Tripoli and I dont want to eat something weird taste.

The night shift security staff really needs to be changed, they are so rude, unprofessional, and have no clue about customer service.They made me feel so Unsafe and uncomfortable that I had to check out.I really dont recommend this hotel to anyone especially women.

Worst hotel ever We lost our AirPods thereAnd they do nothing

I’ve got my AirPods stolen and the security in this hotel didn’t let me check the cameras on the time when they were here, they don’t care about anything but themselves, I don’t recommend this hotel at all, however if you had to stay here make sure not to let anyone get into your room, even house clean!!

We went there for few hours as we were preparing a groom for his wedding night .After going there, unexpected thing happens, the room was not clean and there was a dinner litter 😅, so we immediately called the reception and explained the situation and they apologied for the "unwilling mistake" as they called it then they gave us another room.The next room was tidy and clean.
