I think this place may be a tourist trap - it was extremely expensive for small meals. However the service was great.

We visited there to eat paella and we like it so much. It was very delicious. Also we liked gazpacho too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance was great also. I highly recommend this restaurant. ✌🏽

Un sitio de 10. El trato es inmejorable y la calidad igual. Hemos repetido mi mujer y yo varias veces, es uno de los sitios en sevilla donde si queremos acertar, vamos alli. Arroz con presa iberica, un lujo... recomendado 100%.

We ate here in early June ‘22 after a brief search for good restaurants in the Triana neighborhood. We wanted to get away from the touristy restaurants across the river and Victoria 8 did not let us down! We’re a family of 5 (3 adult childrenwho spent 2 weeks traveling in Spain this was a unanimous choice for our favorite meal on the entire trip. Not necessarily a bargain compared to the more touristy restaurants but the quality of the food, service and overall vibe was perfect for us. Our waiter, Fausto, was amaziing, and this in spite of the fact that the restaurant was hosting a retirement party for easily 40+ guests in the main dining room. We managed to get a table in a side room which was perfect. The seafood paella was so delicious we literally have not ordered paella anywhere since because we know it will be a let down. While definitely not a touristy restaurant note that the prices aren’t a whole lot different than those across the river, but worth every penny in our opinion

Magnífico restaurante con equilibrio en sus platos relación calidad-precio. Las raciones de pescaíto frito algo justas pero muy buenas. El chuletón de vaca vieja (madurado 45 días nos dijeronpieza de 1Kg aproximadamente lo presentaron trinchado y cuidaron el detalle de calentar la bandeja, guarnición de pimientos de padrón fritos y patatas caseras. El personal muy agradable y atento. Felicidades Victoria 8, sin duda repetiremos.

If you want to eat with the locals, far away from tourist-y spots, I recommend you this place. The place looks authentic and nice, food was good and the staff was great too (only one waiter knew English, but there wasn’t any problem communicating - the menu was in English so it was good). I tried the gazpacho and a few tapas and I was happy with all of them.

Prenotato un tavolo per 6 persone per il pranzo del venerdì Santo alle ore 15:15, ritardano 25 minuti per farci accomodare. Trattamento frettoloso ma camerieri simpatici e disponibili nonostante il tutto pieno.Ottimo lantipasto di cuori di carciofo e patè fois, particolarmente gustosa e tenera la seppia con letto di morcilla, sufficiente la frittura di boquerones.Troppo cotto e secco il pesce al taglio, saporoso ma duro il filetto di maiale, la salsa di pomodoro copriva il gusto di un buon baccalà, moto buono il rabo de toro.Spero che tutto questo abbia una parziale giustificazione con il fatto che siamo in piena settimana santa.

We ate here on 30 March 2022, four of us, and had the paella. Delicious, and the service was wonderful. They kept checking on us to make sure we were enjoying the food and service, and they also gave us some empanadas made with partridge (first time we ever tried itas an appetizer while we waited for the main course, directly brought to us by the chef. All in all, this is a place to enjoy a wonderful dinner with friends and family when visiting Seville. In case you did not know, Spaniards eat late, and dinner is a social event, dont go to this place before 8:30 PM, as with any other place where you expect to dine-in, its the norm.

De obligada visita si vas por Sevilla. El trato de los camareros es como si te conocieran de toda la vida. En cuanto a los platos, en la mayoría de ellos hay tres posibilidades para pedirlos, tapa, media o una ración entera. La calidad de la comida es exquisita. Para repetir siempre.

Muy recomendable, cocina andaluza con buen material, buen servicio y lugar agradable. Cocina elaborada, buen pescado y buena carne.

I hate to say the best X blabla. But by far the best restaurant I’ve been to in Sevilla. No hipster, no loud tourist creaky female voice. Authentic food. GREAT atmosphere. My favorite paella Del Mar. sooo tasty. the people are super sweet. Reasonable price. Don’t go for dinner before 21.00

La comida está muy buena pero me pareció cara.Tardan mucho en servir.Me esperaba más y mejor.

Platos y tapas ricas y bien preparadas. El servicio rápido y el trato cercano y agradable. El risotto con foie estaba espectacular. El rabo de toro poco conseguido. El resto muy rico.

Heute waren wir im Victoria 8 in Triana, Sevilla. Es gibt hier eine sehr große Auswahl an Tapas. Leider haben wir keine probiert, da es an diesem Tag keine Tapas, sondern nur Raciones, also ganze Portionen gab. Daher haben wir uns für eine Salmorejo, welche sehr lecker war, zur Vorspeise entschieden. Als Hauptspeise sollte es eine Paella Marisco sein. Die war geschmacklich leider nur ok und leider waren die Meeresfrüchte nicht sauber geputzt, sodass sehr viel Sand mit im Mund landete. Alles in allen ok, für die Paella würde ich nicht mehr herkommen. Vielleicht sollte man eine andere Paella (Schweinoder eben die Tapas/Raciones nehmen, die es heute leider nicht gab. Der Service war jedenfalls sehr freundlich.

What a beautiful hidden spot!!! We had the kindest waiter who explained several things on the menu -- we ended up having the empanadas and a very delicious paella! Would highly recommend a visit if you are in the beautiful neighborhood of Triana!

Im blown away. That paella (with pork). Is my tongue now salivating or crying, I do not know.

Spectacular food "on the other side" of the river.

La comida de este lugar es increíble.Entramos y fue todo muy rápido, con las bebidas y algunos entrantes.Hay una gran variedad de comida, como de pescados, carne y muchos otros.De todo lo que había, llegué a pedir presa ibérica, y la carne estaba estupenda, en su punto y con un gran sabor, sumando que el plato llevaba unas patatas que estaba riquísimas.El precio corresponde totalmente a la calidad de la comida, de todo lo que hemos probado, estaba todo buenísimo.Muy buen lugar para comer por la zona y totalmente recomendado.Éramos muchos y aún así, no tuvimos que esperar casi en ningún momento, muy buen servicio.Y para terminar, a pesar del calor que había hoy, dentro se estaba fenomenal, 0 calor gracias al aire acondicionado.Totalmente recomendable una vez más.

TRADITIONAL SPANISH RESTAURANT. We had tapas at the bar. The fried eggs with potatoes and tomato sauce ("tomatá de huevos fritos con papas"were really good. The interior evokes a rustic charm, with wooden panelling and three taxidermied deers overlooking you from the wall. You can also have proper dinner in the main room, but Im not convinced enough to try that.

Very Spanish - some very tasty dishes and others are just greasy and fried

It’s a nice and cosy place in the center of Seville, which makes it easy to reach! However we don’t think it was worth the prices, the food was really good. But being such a casual place to eat (they don’t even have a paper menu), the prices should have been lower on my opinion. Besides the prices where not clear. If money is not an issue, I recommend this place. But there are so many places where you can eat at a third of the price.

Excellent authentic Spanish restaurant. No hipster stuff here just good well cooked traditional food. Staff were good and is good value for money. Tip: the starters are sharing size so done go ordering too much. Pig cheek stew was excellent and enough for 2. Seafood paella was excellent.

Came here based out of a friends recommendation and left feeling a bit disappointed. Overall it was ok with some ups and downs. Fresh fresh beer which was a plus, some really good dishes like the Pimentos Padron but then the beef o asked came too raw and for dessert the chocolate souflé was a supermarket frozen one which felt disappointing to say the least. The venue is a old looking place with some historical looks which was cool. Staff was kind.

Beatiful cooking of upscale Andalusian cuisine. Not a traditional tapas place, therefore has restaurant service and prices, but worth it. Building is a historic Casa de Vecinos, lots of quirky rooms for a more private dining experience. Excellent service.

This place is a complete ripoff! They gave us a tiny ass dish of steamed clam and charged us 20 euros. It probably costs about 5 at the Mercado which is 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Also their ibérico pork steak was really dry and not so tasty. The staff was friendly and the overall taste of the dishes were nice but it is wayyyyyy overpriced so avoid if you want some not-so-expensive quality food!

The place is really nice, and is “typically from Seville”, which means I would recommend it to any friend who’s not from here. The food is really good, but maybe is a bit pricey for the amount of food you recibe. But really, the quality is awesome.

The food is overpriced, quality is not great and very greasy. Red wine was served cold.. Service is good though.
