Vibes Gourmet Burgers in Concord

I’ve been trying to come here for a while and I was impressed. The burger is big. I eat a lot so I got a double patty on the Memphis burger (also comes with pulled porkand it was real special. High quality stuff here, good patties, good fries. Way better fries than five guys. Can’t wait to come back

Cute little restaurant in downtown Concord. Reminds me of a 5 guys but better. They immediately enthusiastically greet you. The menu has plenty to choose from if your not hankering for a burger. I had their signature burger with American cheese and grilled mushrooms (for an extra charge). It was juicy and cooked perfect. My daughter had the apple maple bacon burger and she loved it. We shared fries and I onion rings. My daughter had the strawberry milkshake that she said was just ok. Restaurant was clean and there was available outdoor seats. I can’t wait to come again for another delicious burger!

The nh vibes has Great burgers and service. The concord burger is so tasty !!

Havent been back since last time i went the fries were soggy they closed their fryers 40 minutes early and in just skeptical on returning because im nervous that my fries will be gross and soggy again

The service leaves a lot to be desired. No one greeted us. When we asked questions about the buzzer we received, we were ignored. If I went again, I would get takeout. The food was amazing.

Place was filthy first of all. The covid plexiglass dividers looked as though they have never been cleaned. Same goes for the condiments on tables. Burger was dry and not seasoned. Poutin forget it. Just gross and and unappealing. Never again. Cheers is around the corner great food and service. Live and learn I suppose

Went to Vibes Burger on Thursday, it wasn’t my first visit, but it will be my last! The major issue was the rude manager. I ordered vibes poutine and on the menu it says only cheese curds, fries and demi glaze. The burgers come plain and you explicitly say which toppings you want, so I thought the menu would be accurate. The poutine came loaded with green onions, which I simply don’t like. Had that been on the menu, I would have ordered it without green onions. My friend went up to the counter and explained that we don’t like green onions and didn’t realize it came with green onions. He spoke to the manager who agreed to get us new poutine. Five minutes later, the manager came over to our table and dropped the same poutine on the table with green onions all over it. It was incredibly rude, and I felt so uncomfortable. I went up to the counter and spoke to a nice woman and asked for a refund. She agreed and said she had to get the manager, so the same man came out and started being aggressive with me (raising his voice, pointing). He claimed to have removed some of the green onions, but they were still there and it would still taste like them. I stayed calm, even though I felt like crying because of how he was treating me and just said it didn’t say that in the menu. The manager then grabbed the menu and began reading it to me and realized I was right, and reluctantly agreed to refund the poutine. He didn’t apologize. Awful experience. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.

The food is always great, however I ordered chicken fingers and fries and they were so salty I couldnt finish it. Threw it out, less salt on the food please!!

Great burger stop! I had the Godfather burger (picturewith Italian sausage. Lots of flavor! Add the fried green beans and a local IPA!

I had a pretty odd combination of apples, bacon, jalapeños & peanut butter on my burger. Ngl, somehow thoes flavors work?The place was clean.The staff were kind & the burgers came out fast & tasted great!

We went in for lunch today. I wont be returning. I couldnt believe the lack of hospitality, I should have left but hoped the food would be better. To my disappointment the food wasnt great either. The fries were so salty and loaded with pepper, they were not edible. The onion rings also had way too much salt. The burgers were okay, also on the salty side. Waste of $30.

Charging you $$ for sauce what kinda of a meal burger with fries doesn’t come with a drink… $20 dollars high way robbery, staff asked for tip are you mad you don’t ask for tips specially if your meals come like the above statements… Trash I kid you not

Staff is rude, food quality wasnt great, when you put bacon on a burger it shouldnt be crispy, covid theater is ridiculous, I will not be returning. The price I paid I can get 3 burgers and fries with shakes at my local burger joint...not one burger and fries with a shake!

The service was great, nice and friendly. The atmosphere was very, very cool I loved the music! The chicken sandwich was very good as well. The only thing not to my liking were the slightly under cooked French fries. But they have poutine on the menu and my boyfriend loves poutine. So, ill be back with him and just request that they cook their french fries a bit longer! Over all great experience!! :D

Concords own is my fav burger and their onion rings are great with their chipotle mayo. HOWEVER their pulled pork..is MYSTERY MEAT. Like canned sloppy joe looking like they put it in a blender. More like a paste. You can tell they didnt make it themselves. This is over processed. It tastes like dog food. They have the best burgers but i urge you to stay away from their pulled pork!

First visit at the recommendation of a friend. Ordered Poutine Fries to start and they really were fantastic. Plenty of gravy, crisp, and the scallions were a great touch.We were unsure of ordering, and if there was table service. So that part was confusing. You order and then get up to get your items.Disappointed that the burgers do not come with anything. A bit pricey for just a burger.The man who was cooking the food did a fantastic job.Will return!

Wonderful family owned and operated restaurant, the quality is outstanding with so many unique delicious gourmet burgers, some you may say "I dunno" but try them, they are delicious 😋. A burger with peanut butter....oh yes!The staff was so professional, helpful and courteous giving a wonderful first impression that will have me coming back.

Sunday lunchtime want too busy at all, place was nice and clean and staff friendly. I got a burger and poutine fries, with a beer and it came to 27 before any tip. Food was up very quickly, no complaints at all there! Burger was perfect, fries themselves were great but the poutine overall was ok. The gravy was pretty good but the curds were tiny and had no squeak - kinda felt like eating bag shredded mozzarella? Certainly I wouldnt avoid them in the future but I dont know that I would say best in NH at this point.

They lose a star for somehow managing to repeatedly get my order wrong when its online ordering and they literally have the order right in front of them in plain text and someone still manage to screw it up or forget something, but I continue to order because they are probably the best burger in town. It used to be Barley House but they decided to reduce their menu to maybe 10% of what it used to be and got rid of the Korean BBQ burger that made life worth living. Oh well. The truly ignorant will patronize the Five Guys on Ft. Eddy Rd which is a shame because this place is far superior. I like to order and eat outside for quality people watching. Order their pre-configured concoctions or invent your own. They have some weird stuff like peanut butter topped burgers which should be revolving but are surprisingly delicious if youre feeling adventurous. My wife likes bleu cheese on hers which is truly disgusting but I love her anyway. Pro tip: get burgers here and then go take in a movie at Red River and enjoy a picture while chowing down. I dont know if thats technically allowed, but theyve never stopped me. Ive tried this very same maneuver at Capitol Center for the Arts and they definitely did stop me. They made me finish my burger in the lobby. Another patrol asked where I got the burger and I told them Vibes across the street so maybe they got an extra sale out of it.

Overall the burger itself was good. I was surprised it didnt cone with fries or a pickle. The bun was good but too big for the smaller pattie. Got a beer with it. In total $20. A good joint. Need to offer fries and pickle to make it worth it though.

The burgers were SUPERB. Its a bit higher in price but its well worth it. However, we had the BBQ French fries and I was not impressed. Other than that its a great eat!

Visited on a rainy Sunday at lunchtime. Decent amount of people when we walked in, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Our table and everything around us was clean, and we noticed an employee wiping down tables once people got up to leave. The wait for the food was about 25 minutes which is not terrible for how busy it was inside.Food was great, and we’ve been here a couple times on the past. Every time we visit it’s a great experience. Looking forward to next time! -Jim A-

We ordered delivery through Doordash which is also the service available on Vibes website and our order was incomplete. Doordash did end up refunding us but when I initially called Vibes they just said they couldnt do anything about it and Id have to deal with Doordash. No one even apologized.We were missing a salad, sauces to go with sides and condiments on one of the burgers from the "special instructions". Beware when ordering because as you can see from the order slip in the picture, someone was having trouble reading the order slip. It was a Thursday about 5:30 so they were probably busy but still, if your customers and business are important the orders should be accurate.

Burgers were decent, good amount of toppings and the gluten-free buns are a great touch. One star because service was awful. Called an order in and when we got there they said someone else picked it up. They remade our meal but seemed annoyed as if it was our fault. Also, the entire staff seemed like they couldnt be bothered and like they were doing us a favor by being there. No smiles, no thank yous. Wont go back.

Went here with low-ish expectations - it was the only restaurant open on fourth of July. Was pleasantly surprised by absolutely delicious burgers, fries and onion rings. A little pricey but definitely worth it as the portions are large! Highly suggest the Concord Owns burger and the onion rings.

Very disappointed. My son and I arrived at 6:45 knowing the dining room closed at 7:30 we wanted to sit down and eat our burger. The manger cook cashier said we had to take the order to go they would not allow us to eat in the dinning room. It was going to be to hard to clean was his comment. My son and I would have eaten in 20 minutes tops. I understand the help crunch but being tell people they cant eat in the dinning room when others are seems drastic.The Barley House up the street was fantastic.

Fairly disappointing experience. My wife and I walked in to no greeting. It was clear we had no idea where to go regarding orders, seating or menus. When we finally got someone’s attention, they directed someone else to take our order. This person then ignored us for another l, what felt like a couple minutes. The menus were on the other side of the counter and by the time we decided what to eat to when our order was actually taken, we forgot the name of the burger my wife wanted. I ordered the special burger that was made with turkey -per the menu, but had to specify that I wanted turkey and not beef. My wife also ordered the special shake. We sat down and waited what seemed like 15-20 minutes to get my wife’s shake. I use the term milkshake loosely. It was more of a chocolate milk with peanut butter mixed in. No thickness to the shake. By the time our food was ready(?for pick up, my wife had finished her shake. I use a ? Because my wife’s burger was very rare. Had she known it was going to be pink, she would have requested it to be medium.I think the tastiest part of the meal was the sauce and bun on burger. For the amount we paid and the time that it took to get our food, for essentially food court quality, I would have rather gone to a food court.

Had a veggie burger, which was good. Wife had a regular burger, she did enjoy it as well. We also shared a poutine. I was skeptical at first, as Im Quebecer. Totes agreed, best poutine in town. Will come back again.

Came here for the first time. I had the Concord’s Own burger and I was phenomenal. Burgers tasted grass fed and wasn’t greasy at all. The combo of flavors was spectacular and the fries were crispy and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back. To the young lady who came by and asked us if everything was to our liking, thank you for the great customer service.

A friend recommended Vibes. We placed the order online and picked up. WOW - I dont usually rave about a burger. Its a burger. You can ruin them but its not that hard to make a decent one. This was awesome! Tasty, fresh and a good size. Not to mention the coleslaw which is about as fresh as I have ever had. If I were picky, I would knock the fries which were average. This in part because they are the medium size fry. I prefer shoestring or wedge. I will be back for the burger...

This place knocked my socks off! It was an awesome burger and the only sweet potato fries I’ve tried that I liked.

Solid burger, we ordered three and all were good.Fries were on point and the Milkshakes were excellent.

Heard this place was good and glad to say it didnt disappoint. I ordered the monthly special burger at the time which was their take on a Cuban sandwich. Really enjoyed it. The fries were good but the onion rings were my favorite. Make sure you get a pickel I dont know if they make them there or not but they are great.

The burgers are delicious, messy, fingerlicking good. Its obvious the burgers are handmade and they load on the toppings. Dont forget to try the bacon cheese fries!

Enjoyed a beautiful day sitting outside eating a juicy flavorful hamburger on a gluten-free bun. Yes, you heard me right, a gluten-free bun. My preference is a medium-rare hamburger and these are well-done. However, the combination of flavors made me quickly forget about the well-done burger. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. If you have any questions, simply ask. It was an overall very enjoyable experience.You need to pay for parking near Vibes. The most convenient Parking is on the street. You could also use the parking garage.We had fries and drinks to finish off our meals. The fries were good and plenty of choices for drinks. Plus our root beer and ice tea came with free refills.

Don’t fight it...just go get a burger. Possibly one of the most delicious burgers I’ve ever eaten. I got a burger with blue cheese and jalapeños, and some poutine. It was all perfect. Perfectly cooked meat and the flavor was amazing. The poutine...oh the poutine!! The poutine was some of the best. Large crispy fries, delicious cheese, delicious gravy, and the green onions were a nice touch. To top it all off, the employees were very friendly. The only downside is you’re going to leave smelling like the place. A small price to pay for some amazing food. I’d do it over and over again.

This place is great. We were going somewhere else, parked and this was right in front of us. My son said "lets go there, it looks cool." Glad we did... great burgers and rings.Pretty small inside (see picture), o tables available so we sat at the little bar just inside the door. There was another bar to sit at behind us that was pretty open and a big group table in the back.

Great little place for hand cooked fresh burgers and a small selection of local craft beers. After you eat here, you can to to the other side for some gelato! The service here isnt fast - so dont expect speeds like the fast food burger chains. The environment is nice and relaxed, no need to dress up here. Parking is available in the front on the road, or on the parking garage in the rear (accessed from another road).

The staff was friendly and helpful the whole visit. We built our own beef burgers, I got mine well done verse how they normally serve it medium. Dude was I impressed! A 6oz pattie well done, nothing was burnt and it was still incredibly juicy. I meant to take a picture but once I took that first bit I couldnt stop.The sweet potatoes drys were also incredible. Overall amazing experience and we cant wait to go back!

A great find when we stopped off in Concord for lunch. A good location on the main Street with parking outside was what caught our attention, but the burgers inside deserve a reputation across New England. I was pleasantly surprised by my burger with apple and maple syrup! Generous portion sizes and polite staff too.

Getting late and starting to have a rumbling in our bellies, my wife and I were looking for something quick. She was the one to recommend this burger joint.The exposed brick in conjunction with counter and booths made for a warm atmosphere of industrial and diner finely blended together. Staff were very pleasant.We ordered a drink and a burger, I was super pumped that there were beers on tap, I stuck with a local brew which fit quite nicely with the meal. The burger was good; it wasnt seasoned too well but the bacon, apple slices, barbacue, and cheese made for an otherwise (odd, butgreat burger. OH MY GOD, I have had sweet potato fries before but the FRIED GREEN BEANS rocked my socks off! I never heard such a thing and it rapidly became a new favorite! They were amazing and I wish more places offered them.
