Great hotel and service minded staff.Big rooms with balcony. 15-20 min from centrum.

Even being out of the center , prices were quite high , not competitive with the city center equivalent quality hotels.But happy with the waiters and waitressFood quality is good

Nice hotel which has a stunishing service and great food. The rooms are in a good condition and worthy. But the sauna wasnt working quite good, there was no ac in the spa area and specially the gym which occurs in a really exhausting workout. And the gym was in a bad condition as well.

Excellent property in a convenient location. Very good customer service throughout the property. It was also quite important to feel safe during pandemic times (this being the only hotel I stayed at in two years), which was ensured with the careful measures that were taken in the rooms as well as the restaurant. Would definitely recommend and want to stay again.Thank you for a great stay!

Hotel is neat and clean. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast menu and restaurant are really good.This place is for people who want to stay away from crowd and relax. Especially sauna is amazing. Worth to stay here 👍

Absolutely the best hotel in Pristina, Kosovo. I enjoyed my entire two months of stay in Venus. The hotel staff are excellent, very attentive, and accommodating to every single request and need. They were so friendly with every guest and helpful with the selection of the fantastic menu. The food was delicious, and every meal was made to our request Rooms are extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, soft pillows.The hotel has a steam room, hot sauna, swimming pool with chaise lounges by the pool for relaxing. The facilities are exceptional!!! Thank you so much for everything. I genuinely enjoyed every single day of my two-month stay at your BEAUTIFUL HOTEL !!!

تجربتي كانت رائعة لو انني تفاجأت جدا عندما كنت مستلقية لانام وأرى كمية صراصير فالسقف! اكاد اثبت من اعطى هذا الفندق 5 نجمات انه لم يرى السقف! ايضا القاعة يتم فيها الزواجات والصوت جداً صاخب ولا يوجد عزل للغرف ايضا.. لم استطع النوم ابداً هذه الليلة ولا التي قبلها، كانت صاخبة بما فيه الكفاية ..ارجو التفاعل مع هذه الورطة التي كانت من اسوء تجربة في كوسوفو🤢!!!!

Interesting BAD experience. -5 ⭐️Note: try not to get robbed.Stayed there for one night. Everything was going ok, I arrived 23:30 at night. Was asked if I’ve stayed before to which I answered no but than was asked again if I have stayed with someone else in the hotel to which I said “its my first time in Kosovo”. All was ok, didn’t think much of it. Went up fell asleep around 1:30.Around 7:00 in the morning, in my sleep I hear the door absolutely rattling. To which I wake thinking its noon and its maybe the cleaner. I start to loudly say “theres someone in the room”. The door keeps rattling, someone is trying to open it. At which point I get up and rush towards the door.By the time opened I heard someone in flip-flops (no one can mistake that soundrunning down the stairs.At this point im getting angry thinking someone tried to break in the room in my sleep. I pack my stuff in 5-10 min, and go to the breakfast that is supposed to be paid and served. No such thing. The restaurant/lounge didn’t have a single plate. I went to reception to ask, they offered me coffee on the table at reception 🤦🏼‍♀️

Kahvaltı çok başarısız yemekler taksit taksit geliyor. Personelin suratları beş karış. Havuz suyu kirli. Sadece hausekeeping servisi başrılıydı.
