Place has actual fresh goat meat. You can tell how fresh goat is from how much moisture is in the tray it sits in. Best in town and freshest I have found. They will even custom order if you give em a week notice. I have gotten very unique goat parts- something I have not eaten since india. Highly recommended!

Vegetables are cheaper as compared to nearby stores and supermarkets. Variety of spices and frozen vegetables. However I recently bought a bix of frozen rasmalai and when I opened it, all of them were damaged. They were like flat and attached to each other, more like the shape of a paratha.

Very well organized, stocked, and very clean store! The employees were very friendly and helpful. If youre looking for something special that you know you wont find at your local shop... this is the place for you! Unfortunately, Im apparently allergic to some sort of spice they sell so I wont be able to frequent their amazing store again. Dont let that discourage you though. Just be aware, if youve never encountered strong foreign spices youll need to pay attention to how you are reacting.

New owners. Very expensive. If you value money dont shop there. Better alternatives for Indian grocery which are reasonable.

The front of the store appears small. I was expecting a small store until I walked in. Its huge and full of hard to find, unique groceries and super low prices. Lots of beans and lentils, lots of rice, many spices, and unique snacks. I found some beans for the Instant Pot that Im going to try- some that I have never tried but Im curious and for the price I cant go wrong. Theres a lot here to see. I noticed there are bulk items here as well. I tried to capture everything to share here. The man at the register was nice too. Overall, a good experience and place to shop.

Found REAL yogurt here. Go here ladys to get the real stuff .: Cute store and nice people. Lots of food etc... to try that you cant find at walmart. Stop by and give it a try!: )

When I got there they were closed ended up going to the Asian store down the street and the prices were way better

This place used to be really good with a lot of stock. Unfortunately, due to various reasons, they arent doing as well. Their stock is now quite limited. I still go there as their prices are reasonable and want to support them. The owners are very good people.

Supply issues while there. Mainly Indian fare, I was expecting a wider range of Asian products.

I ordered two dosa (onion,cheesevery good. One was enough for a person easily. They dont serve meat at the restaurant in the grocery store but it didnt matter. The food was delicious, filling, and affordable. I will be visiting again to try what else they have.

Today was only the second time being at this store the fist time was pleasant. Todays was not so much. Made to feel vert uncomfortable after a few minutes we left and will never return. First I need help finding a soup base I needed but the lady behind the counter was so caught up in her soap opers she completely ignored my hello or mam three tries. She was to busy watching them on her computer. Come check out I never found what I was looking for but bought a couple pakes of ramon noodle type things. During the whole time form check out she muttered not one word. I tried to say hello but fell on deaf ears. She wouldnt even tell me my total. If it had not should on card screen I wouldnt known. Not even a thank you, or screw you, nor even never come back. Nothing. This is what this place will get from my family from now on. They can forever forget seeing my money.

Tried calling them twice on 9-15-20 to ask if they carry black lentils and they picked up twice and immediately hung up on me when I said "hello".

I am limited to the amount of knowledge one may know one thing I know that we dont haggle over prices here but I also heard them say just because they got loud I know I dont speak their language so I dare not judge Im just saying what I saw and if I may add are you looking for some special ingredients that are not carry that your local grocery perhaps they may have it and at the end of the day this so we will say that life made us all feel some type of way I thank you

I will recommend this Asian groceries strore ... Shop owners are good persons.... They are helping. Their products are very NYC n the prices are very genuine.. not very high.. few products prices are high but mostly as compare other indian grocery shops their price are F9.. I will recommend to others for Asian groceries.🙂

I went to this store for the first time today. I went to buy asian spices. Unfortunately, this shop didnt sell Japanese ingredients, but fortunately I found many great Indian and Halal spices, vegetables, frozen foods and so on. ! The cash register is on the right hand side just after entering the entrance. When you look at the ceiling, there is a signboard, and each aisle has a number and a general classification name of ingredients, so it was very easy to find and convenient. There are several types of rice in this shop, and of course Basmati rice is sold in large bags, and the price is reasonable. You can get atta and besan powder. I bought several items such as Besan flour and spices I wanted today, spices for pacola, and chicken curry spices. There were Ras Malai (رسand Gulab jamun that I loved at frozen food corners. Im sorry because I wanted to eat very much. I will come back again. I was glad that the clerk was very friendly and spoke a little in Hindi! I can speak a little Hindi! Love the selection and you can get great help if you are looking for a special ingredient.

They have a great point system which I havent seen in any other Asian grocery store. When you rack up a certain number of points you get a bonus certificate. They also have a small restaurant within with pretty good food. Sadly, they no long have the thali, but there are other smaller meals. Good produce with deals every so often.

The cashier is also the customer service. So i had to waut on him to help other customers find what they needed befire i could pay and leave. But he helped me find exactly what i was looking for. There were at leadt two otherpeoplebehind they screen and counter but they bever iffered tohelp him at all. Ill goback because i found a rare hard to find oil there that i needed and is usually 20 to 100+ dollars..i paid $3.25 for a bottle if the oil that is 100 percent pure plus they had the seeds too. Its worth the extra few minutes and lazy staff.

One of the best stores in LR for south asian groceries. Fresh veggies and awesome Indian snacks. Also, dont forget to grab a bite at their restaurant while shopping. Definitely recommend this location for buying Indian groceries.

They sell expired goods. I notified the owner about expired cookies( those were expired 18 months agoand she told me they will remove them from the shelves but I found same cookies after 1 month at same shelf.Apparently they dont care about the customers health and are greedy and careless.

Though bigger and friendly store, was very unclean store, the chat was good taste but was almost thinking about throwing it away - the one who prepared it didnt use gloves.

Great store but workers werent friendly at all. I felt uncomfortable as if my presence was unwanted. Other than that, the store was clean, organized, and had an incredible selection of items.

Lots of items not found in regular super markets. But they didnt have cream of coconut. The workers in the store were nice and friendly.

This place is awesome. It is Indian food and groceries and there are so many things to choose from. Inside there is a full restaurant. Ive only tried the Samosas and they were delicious. I also bought few vegetarian frozen dishes to try. I will definitely be going back to buy more.

Fantastic little grocer with a wide selection of Indian cuisine options that also almost perfectly conceals a delicious far-east eatery in the back of the store. Ate there once and felt the need to write a review, so here it is.

Wow! First time eating here and was blown away. I had the Chicken Kabab Roll and plan on going there again very soon to try something different. The prices were beyond fair and the food was of great quality and flavor

They have some amazing choices!! I left with my chia and some organic Brown rice that my daughter wanted!!

More of an indian food grocery store but have everything you want if looking to make indian food amd food counter in back serves excellent hot fresh Sampras and other Indian meals

Not what I expected. Walked in to find the Asian store was primarily Indian groceries, but otherwise the visit was pleasant. They were very nice people. I would have rated the store higher except for my shock, and surprise.

I LOVE eating & grocery shopping here!!! If you like/love ANY type of Indian food/spices this is the place to stock up. The store smells AAAAMAZING as soon as you walk in & there is a restaurant inside with Authentic made fresh food to order food!!! Hidden Gem in the city!!! Best part TONS OF VEGAN dishes to choose from.

Asian grocery store is located directly beside Drug Emporium... Many times when I go to Drug Emporium or vitamins Plus... Google Maps thinks I am on the Asian groceries site... I have only been in there a couple of times seem like very nice people and incredible variety of things that I dont know a whole lot about but they sure are nice people and the prices seem fair to me... It certainly is something I would like to learn more about and wish them every blessing

Super great place with food and spices that are hard to find elsewhere! Keep your assumptions in check because by asian know they really mean west asian as in areas located around India. Awesome place though, you should check it out and expand your cooking horizons!

There is a little restaurant in the back called "Veggie Deli" (open Tues- Sunday 10-8PM that serves DELICIOUS authentic dosas. Many other options if you are looking for vegan/gluten free/dairy free items. Really fresh ginger in the produce section. Fresh curry leaves also available at times. Frozen section includes paneer and parathas. They also have an aisle of organic beans and grains.
