Food from around the world is available in unlimited quantities at this Las Vegas-inspired buffet.
Food was delicious, crab legs, walnut shrimp was delicious, salmon with veggies, veggies were delicious, sweet section was good and matcha ice cream was very tasty. Was very clean, server was fast taking our plates out, placewas very clean. Thanks for excellent variety of different foods, Grandaughters enjoyed it, my whole family was very happy. This is my first time coming here I will be back again.
Plenty of fresh food and a big variety. Love the sushi and carving station. Desserts are good, not the usual bland buffet offerings. Prices are a bit high, but with the fresh food selection it is understandable why.
I don’t know if it’s because I was there at 5:30 and not 2PM but the food just didn’t taste as fresh as it could have been. Especially the desserts. The cookies were dry and I have a feeling they weren’t made that day.I took it upon myself to try almost everything. There’s a really big selection of food, and at the price you’re paying there definitely should be.I did enjoy the food, and I definitely ate a lot, but it could have been better.I didn’t understand why the utensils that are used to break the crab legs weren’t on display. I have no problem asking for them but it just felt strange since you definitely need them and they’re not there. The servers were super friendly and were always walking around giving drink refills. They’re the reason I’m not giving the place two stars.I will try it again at an earlier time to see if the food tastes different. Also, the best thing I had was the Orange chicken which is funny because it’s a seafood buffet.
Sushi and and other dishes were good. Crab legs was cold and disappointing . Glass always refilled timely. Decent place.
Well they have a lot of variety but I felt the taste is not all that .shrimps werent fresh .crab legs were ok not wow .duck roast was disgusting. Sushi was below normal .for the price I think its super expensive
Delicious buffet, tons of options for the whole family.
Delicious, a little pricey but worth it. They have a huge selection of different types of food for everyone. I liked the Mongolian barbecue, you choose what you want and how you want it prepared. The sushi is not too elaborate but good. They have small size desserts and large selection of fruit. They also validate parking.
Wow so much food and great price, will be back
The food was terrible. Butter tasted more like oil than butter, like olive oil/ canola oil. I even took a picture of “melted butter” which seems more likely two different types of oils mixed together. The quality of all the foods was worse than I thought. Also, you have to pay 10% of tip and the bill before you even sit at the table.
My only gripe is the additional 10% in cost which they say is for covid prevention materials. No gloves were out, no paper plates, no masks. So why the 10%? Great food, large buffet, and hot. I travel a long distance for this buffet.
My strawberry had a leaf left on.Water had too much ice.Couldnt find the ice cream because it had no sign. Each TV had a different channel instead of the same channel.Waiter dropped a crab leg.Offered me a fork for my ice cream.Straw had a dent in it.
Over price for the selection. Better go to a Brazilian churrascaría for the same price.32.00 lunch on weekend + drink and they charged surcharge. Really? Thile price is already high.
Paid the buffet a visit with a big party (11 peopleon Monday, around lunch each paid about $44 with taxes, drink and a mandatory tips of 18% as we are a party of 10+The buffet was decent had lots of varieties, if you are vegetarian, vegan or on a specific diet you can find whatever fits your need (seafood, fresh fruits, vegetables, Italian, meat, chicken, sushi bar, teppanyaki and desserts). The staff members was friendly and helpful, also the buffet itself was very clean!!They also had lots of dessert options and fresh fruits.
Weve been there for lunch, not many varieties of barely average quality seafood; fried shrimp was cold and greasy, clams were sandy, the "creme brulee" curdled and the cleanness? well...
We went for vacation in LA and this was the one we went to for our first dinner together with family. Foods are awesome and lots of choices.
Came here for lunch and I can’t deny the price with various optional cuisines in this area is sweet. However, it tasted really not that good after eating it. I mean saw these lots of food is nice but just good for watching them instead of truly feeling its flavor. Personally, won’t come back again if its food quality still same in the future.
Um….if you want COLD food this is a go to. Not to mention it was not good. They also charge a tip up front. Included with the price apparently. Servers just standing around. I’m from Vegas….what a disappointment.
Came 7/3/22, AYCE Snow Crab legs still available! That alone makes it worth the price of admission, as this is hard to find post-pandemic. They also have sashimi for tuna and salmon, another rarity for AYCE. Dinged one star for ammonia smell and taste from their salt and pepper crab, and for the weird rule of only allowing 2 crab crackers for the entire table (we had 7 in our party, and the restaurant wasn’t full). Prices have gone up, but that’s universal these days
Crabs not until 4p daily. Not advertised! Remember to validate your parking pass upon exit at check-in machine. Food ok, Fridays spare ribs tender, all other meats tough. All they care about is tips. How about good service first. 🤔 Let folks eat and then you get tips. Tips for you barely doing your job is not deserved.
Great selection of food items. Most everything is above average. I tend to have more protein dishes like the fish or beef. Fair prices, although they added a 10% service charge to every bill. Two hour validated parking is a plus.
10% mandatory upon entry plus entrance and drink and they told us 30min to eat or we will be charged extra
NO GOOD!After pandemic totally changed to wrong. Price higher food quality and quantity lower. Bad experience. No more vegas buffet. Most merit of buffet is sushi and crab. Theres no spicy tuna roll. And no taste crab and dry. Garlic bread is not bread. Its dry and hard. I dont know how old. And in price theres pandemic charge? What the..
The food is pretty fresh in here but now they are taking money ahead of time .its kinda wild style .any way i dont think i will go back again i was shocked about paying before .This is not an in an out .I think it called restaurant or buffet whatever atill not nice at all .
The buffet has a great presentation and the food is kept fresh. Snow crabs are kept piled high! Wait staff is very attentive and kept my drink full. Bathrooms and dinning area are kept clean.$32.95 for dinner buffet, 10% gratuity added to bill.
I have been to Vegas Buffet in Glendale several times in at least the last 5 years. I feel like the quality has gone down and the price just been going up. It is quite disappointing. I did not want to write a review, but I want to do it to help others avoid food poisoning. I 100% recommend avoiding the sushi section. I have had instant stomach pain once but I blew it off because my family like this buffet for its seafood (this was before pandemic). We stuck with this restaurant because its the only buffet we know of that has seafood option. We went again for my birthday for lunch on 06/12/2022 around 3pm and now my boyfriend woke up with nausea and stomach pain on 06/13/2022 around 1:30am. We haven’t had any other food other than the Vegas buffet because we ate so late AND this food activity is the only change we had for the week so we definitely know where we got poisoning from.I hope this post is not put down for any reason. I am not here to defame the place other than telling the truth. Therefore, owner of Vegas Buffet, please do better before someone sues you or have the health department come down. I know the pandemic has been hard on all business. Use this review as a lesson to do temperature checks & refresh old food.
Only giving this place a 3 star since the waitresses and staff at entrance were courteous to my family and I. The food is not the same quality since reopening after the pandemic. The coconut shrimp and orange chicken was good. All the sushi rolls tasted bland. Most of the food was not warm and needed more flavor.
Yeah if your a seafood lover you might like this place. But damn 35.95 per on person n 18 bucks for 3 year old to eat is out of pocket. 10% charge out the back before you get seated as tip is crazy. Especially when the server thinks they deserve the tip with there ugly attitude no way. They lost me with that.
I would give this spot 3/3.5 out of 5 as compared to Wynn’s buffet spot in Vegas which I think is a solid 5. Has the feel of a “Vegas” buffet but isn’t the same level as the notable ones in Vegas but still a good place to eat. This place is a huge buffet spot with a massive selection of food. Food Quality is about average to a little bit above average & the wait times on peak days can be long.Overall the taste of the food is definitely a deal for the price per person. I don’t remember if they have unlimited lobster days but if they did, that would be great. The huge prawns are delicious too.If you’re on a diet, go somewhere else because you’re gonna enjoy going over your calories. I’d definitely come back again.
We went for a reception from a funeral and we enjoyed ourselves because we were there with family. The food was good and the waiters and waitresses were good but could of been better when it came to serving us our drinks which were all u can drink. It was a buffet and if i knew that we were going to be eating at a buffet I wouldnt of snacked. Just my family alone we had one side of the restaurant filled with just family and friends. We had a good time taking pictures and good food. I would refer this place to a big group.
They dont serve crabs during lunch on weekdays.
This place has the best fresh oysters. The Sushi is so tasty. Update.. The food is still delicious 😋. Theyve made all the necessary changes to accommodate the COVID19 regulations. I didnt see oysters this time but I had a great steak.
My first time here. The place is big and they try to keep in clean. But $32.99 for dinner is NOT worth it at all!!!! Nothing special about this place. No one came to offer drink refills at all. Mongolian bbq was toooó greasy. The cook put way too much butter, so our food was soaking in grease-- literally. Could not eat. So when you go for it, instruct them not so much butter. There wasnt much fish options. Sushi were very regular class, nothing fancy at all. Dessert options were very limited. Id rank this buffet restaurant as a $16 dinner place. It doesnt mean the place is bad. Its just that I couldnt justify $32.99 for what it offers. They validate the parking tickets.
This place in Glendale Ca, is seriously amazing. If you guys are in the area, this is a must visit place to get your most incredible meal. When I left this place I could barely walked from over eating. Haha
Better than Vegas style buffet!Vegas buffets are greedy and they always try to rip you off, but this one is outstanding. There is no hidden fees or restrictions to eat a certain amount, just everything you can consume. The variety of sea food can impress you. They also have meat and chicken options. Desserts are delicious. It is one of a kind in LA area.Highly recommend!
I love the sea food area. We did not have to wait to be sitting. Great place for kids too!
This place never seem to fail when youre craving crab legs. Yes the crab legs are smaller now than they used to be but you cant beat the price.TIP:Get there when they start dinner times at 3:30pm !The crab legs tray gets taken completely as soon as they bring em out !As you can see !Everything else were good too !
Buffet is back!! They will make you wear plastic gloves each time to pick up food. They have crab legs, oyster, tuna and salmon sashimi and lots of more, which arent as good. Kids get 1/2 off of the regular rate.
Food was good. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. Service is good. Price of $15.95 for lunch is very reasonable for the quality of food.
11:30 am ... clean, quiet , and fresh food. By the time we left around 12:30 it was packed.Rose bun is awesome. Baked large oyster is awesome. Raw chunks of sashimi is awesome. All you can eat avacados .... awesome! Tell me another buffet thats all you can eat avacados. Came out 2lbs. Heavier just on avacados.Best all rouns buffet im the area. Well worth the cost.
“Heart Healthy &Body Conscious” so“Eat a little or eat a lot...!”Very Fresh Everytime...!Bite size Desserts 🍨 🍮 ☕️ great coffee...!..
Seafood is easy to get wrong. Not the best quality compared non all-you-can-eat locations, but that wouldnt be a fair comparison. Has most of what youd want, prices are reasonable. Good lighting and decorations. Clean. Wait, just remembered, the dessert cups that are stacked by the Frozen yogurt, I needed to grab a 3rd cup before I found a clean one. Someone is stacking dirty / unwashed dessert cups with the clean ones. Check before using.
It was my first time here. The food was delicious and it was nice that there were so many different seafood options. There is cooked food as well for those going with someone who does not like seafood. There is a Mongolian grill like noodle bar at the far end near the wall that looked yummy. There is a huge selection of small dessert plates so i did not feel guilty sampling from all of them! Everything was great. I am so full and wont eat again until tomorrow! Lol. We will go again sometime for another celebration.
Great food, great atmosphere and, when you are with your family, Always great company. Looking forward to taking another trip here, possibly the Hollywood location; thiugh6 it would be difficult to top the Glendale location.
New way of dining restaurant, you will be seated in, then Huge seafood buffet with a lot of food choices, help your self to choice your plates from different corners, Salad, main dish with various ingredients, then dissert. You will need to have a look at the buffet first and then choice what you like, food quality is avrage have Asian cuisine as big part of it
A little disappointed! So much money but poor choices and it’s cold. I ate a few things that I liked. I thought the food I chose was good but Asia Buffet in Panorama City is affordable and offers more choices and it tastes good.
A large selection- no doubt. The Mongolian BBQ section however, was very limited offering:1 noodle choice1 Uncooked veggie mix3 meats.Another negative was that kids were grabbing food with their hands instead of the rings provided; staff did nothing- including when a girl reached her marshmallow into the chocolate fountain, took a bite and was reaching in again- but I kindly stopped her, pointing to the skewers and finding her guardian.I found the toppings for the Frozen Yogurt to be odd:Sesame seedsBlanched almondsDry coconutSprinklesSushi and Sashimi were delicious, as were the carved meats
More diversity than a typical buffet. A lot of sushi, and sashimi. Some Brazilian roasted meats, half dozen interesting soups and a decent clam chowder. A hibachi (Mongolian stylegrill. Its clean, the staff is attentive... Good buffet. There is a parking garage on the Maryland Avenue side. Bring your ticket to the restaurant and scan the code for free parking up to 2 hours.
Very long waiting if you arrive noon during weekend. Fortunately there are many retailers nearby to spend time. Very good food. About $21 per person for lunchWe enjoyed sushi sashimi clams and Brazilian grilled meats
This is the go to place for my family when we have a get together. There is a variety of food here and everyone is happy. The food is usually pretty fresh. They do validate parking.
Great atmosphere. Food is sometimes a hit or miss. The only draw back is if you dont fibish your plate, you cant take anything leftovers home.
