Veano's Italian Kitchen 2 in Concord

The food was delicious. Sure sad to see them close.

Pizza used to be good and consistent- lately it’s been soaked through with grease and sloppy.

The food is good the atmosphere not so much.

My family and I were in the area and were looking for a bite to eat. We passed by Veano’s and decided to stop in and try it out. The food was GREAT, large portions, piping hot, our waitress was FANTASTIC! We will be back, for sure!

We love this place! We love the haddock au gratin, chicken fingers and chef salads

Growing up this has always been the place to go. This visit the food quality wasnt great though.

Great taste! Whenever We come around, we stop by and definitely have dinner here. Highly recommended!

My friend and I eat here a couple of times a month. I got split pea soup and raviolis with meatballs. Soup was good served with saltines though not needed. Garlic bread came out hot. Ravioli was plentiful and I took some home for lunch the next day. Servers were polite and and accommodating . Overall a nice dining experience!

This is a great place to get a mix of Greek or Italian food. Good portion size without being overwhelming. Typical booth style seating with some tables in the middle of the room. The service was ok for our group size and they did an good job getting the food out to us in a timely and efficient manner. I would definately eat here again.

Ordered Italian subs that had barely any meat and was stuffed with all vegetables. They literally used the vegetables as a filler. The (only meatsham and salami that was put in it is not a traditional Italian sub! There were no hots or oil on one of the subs as requested. I asked to go light on the pickles and instead it was overkill. We spent 45 dollars on dinner tonight and it was not worth it! It is not the first time. It used to be good but I’m not sure what happened. I will not spend my money there again.

Visiting on a team trip, we had a fabulous team dinner to celebrate my daughters birthday. The staff and the entire restaurant helped sing to her. Great atmosphere and the food was awesome.

Went into there for breakfast great food n atmosphere...one waitress on day before holiday she worked her butt off. Cheers! George n crew

I cant comment on the menu because my friends and I eat here every Tuesday for breakfast only. I can tell you that the breakfast is always excellent! So grateful that theyre back to indoor dining and able to be at full capacity.

Veanos has a simple but roomy dining area, and both the hostess and server were very friendly. Our server stayed on top of everything, and everything was served in perfect time.We both ordered the Marinated Steak Tips. First we were given buttered, home made bread that was hot like it was fresh out of the oven. Our salads were ice cold, and the Italian dressing was delicious. The steak tips, though... EXCELLENT! They were tender, and cooked just right. Absolutely delicious!

First, right out of the gate, if you care about ambiance, quality of food and great service all of the time, go to Fratellos. If you dont care about any of the above and want to feel like you eating at KFCS version of an Italian restuarant, go here ! The only positive part of our dining experience was our waitress NINA who was very nice even though she could tell were not very happy with the food or atmosphere. I will bet NINA is horrificly under-paid for what she does there which is most likely a lot of damage control. Good luck being happy if your thinking of eating here, especially if you have been to nice Italian restuarants in the past. Dont WASTE you time like we did.

Great food, but subpar service. They were totally dead (everyone who worked there was sitting around at a tableand still managed to forget the side that came with my entree and the extra sour cream I paid extra for. Disappointing Mother’s Day dinner. I will stick to Veano’s Pembroke for the food and service they offer.

We waited a little longer to eat cause they were busy but waitress was very aware of our presence enjoy are meal.

Fried mushrooms and potato skins were delicious. Alfredo chicken pasta was good, but the ziti with meatballs was basic and not flavorful.

This place is GREAT! Sarah was our waitress. I came in with my husband and my client who has special needs. She needed accomodations made to eat her lunch, and the waitress was eager to make sure we had everything we needed, including sticking her food in the freezer to cool, and bringing us extra stuff to make sure her meal worked out. The food was great and for the 3 of us is was less than 40$!10/10 would recommend!! Well definitely be back!

A good place for homestyle Italian food. The atmosphere feels more like a diner than an Italian restaurant, but mellow, nonetheless. I personally prefer the Pembroke location, atmosphere feels warmer and the alfredo tastes richer, among a few other subtle differences.

Great food most staff is great....there was 1 woman that tends to b rude quite often...however Jill is amazing and will go above and beyond to accommodate customers my favorite thing is the BBQ chicken calzone with BBQ base yum

Ordered via phone. Small name mixup at the counter that was easily resolved by friendly and helpful staff.Chicken alfredo was fantastic, no complaints except the price; the price at pickup was more expensive than the price displayed on the online menu. If theres a pickup factor or gratuity, its not apparent. Garlic bread was standard, pretty good.The vegetable soup was the worst vegetable soup I have ordered in my life. The consistency was similar to vomit, and the flavors were lackluster at best. It seemed as though it was a week old, with the vegetables dissolved into granular slurry. Absolutely horrendous, and I will not order the soup again.

Have gotten take out over the years and always good portions and delicious. Got an order today and disappointed. Only 2 manicottis and price not what is on online menu, but $2.00 more.

We usually love food from Veanos however we usually go there to eat it this was the first time we got delivered and we would never ever ever do it again ! The girl got out of her car the pizza boxes were like they just pulled them out of the freezer they must have been sitting in front of her air conditioner The cheese was not even melted the bottom of the pizza was so disgustingly greasy and our french fries were so cold and soggy soaked in grease We threw them out.

First time at this one... paid over 56.00 dollars for 3 meals. Steak tips tasted like medicine. The chicken had no flavor at all. The rice was disgusting. Onion rings were real thin mostly bread. Coleslaw was ok. The list goes on. Just a waste of money.. my aunt linda worked at the one that was in London rd concord. Food was very good then.

Food was just ok and barely warm when I got it(meatball parmesan). Only 4 meatballs in a giant roll. Service was very slow and not to friendly. Will not be returning anytime soon

The customer service was great! The homemade italian food my boyfriend loved the lasagna. The potato skins was huge and good. Mozzarella sticks were good. Chicken wings and strips were yummy! The pizza was delicious! I wish I could have tried more. Great service and food! What more could you ask for

Marinara sauce WAY too sweet, should have stayed home and had Newman’s jar sauce. Reminded me of Greek cuisine. Salad was poor and service was too. On a positive note, premises was very clean. Haven’t been to a Veano’s in many years, now I remember why.Amazed at so many good ratings, we dine out often and know fine dining, this isn’t it.

Best breakfast in town! Steak and eggs were top notch. Friendly and efficient staff are the best. Family owned and operated, they do a great job and the atmosphere is perfect. 5 stars!

Delicious Italian food and the best roast beef sandwiches and onion rings anywhere. The ladies mixed martial arts on the TV perfected the experience. Friendly and fast service.

Food was good, staff was friendly,place seemed clean but this place although popular was nothing more than a simple pizza joint/"diner". Ill go there again to try out their breakfast. Low key, nothing fancy but good enough for us because the food is good and the price is right!

Great staff and very good food! Dont let the strip mall exterior fool you - they are making amazing food at this restaurant! We eat low-carb so we come here for the salad and it never disappoints! The Antipasto Salad is amazing - piles of roast beef, ham, salami, feta and provolone...the greek dressing is delicious! I dont get excited about salad anywhere else...but Veanos II does it WELL! They also offer delivery in Concord.

They charge $7.49 for two pieces of bread and a piece of Turkey. If you wanted lettuce tomatoes onions or Mayo you had to pay extra. our waitress was so pushy she was at our table every two minutes my friend and I couldnt even have a conversation without her interrupting. They used to be really great but I would not go there again.

Terrible Customer Service. We ordered a large order for a dinner party, went all the way there to pick it up. Got home and noticed they left out part of the order. We called them and they were rude, acted like we must calling the wrong restaurant (like I dont know where I just was in personkept saying we dont have any record of your order. Didnt apologize or offer to deliver the missing item. Had to drive all the way back to get the missing item. Seriously?! We wont be back. Making mistakes is bad enough. But not apologizing and acting like the customer is crazy. You must be kidding.

Very nice dinning experience, great selections of Italian dishes, subs, salads, etc. Had the Eggplant Parmesan, very tasty. Salad was very fresh & crisp. Will be going back to try some of the other fares on the menu. Loved my visit here.

Im honestly picky with reviews, but I would honestly write this 5 stars. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the portion to price ratio is very fair. Friendly wait staff, short time waiting for your takeout and a good environment. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The cook is willing to make just about anything you want, within reason. The chili cheese fries were really good! The whole menu is good, with some things being better than others. We really enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo.The location is easy to spot from the road. The building is clean including the bathrooms.

Pretty disappointing. The pizza crust was like cardboard and nothing like the pictures. It is obviously not homemade. The veal was ok, but the spaghetti was barely eatable. We were expecting a lot better based on other reviews.

Amazing service for dine-in or take out. Thinking of going to the Olive Garden? Go to Veanos instead for a comparable (yet more casualdining option and support a local business. I’d recommend the chicken Parmesan and the Greek Pizza!

Friendly service. Pizza is amazing and has a sweet sauce. Steak bomb gives you a huge portion of meat. Carrot cake is the best Ive ever had

Good home style food. Great portions and price. Most of all the owner George is a stand up guy who gives back to his good customers and the community.

I ordered sandwiches and coleslaw for my moms after funeral gathering you cant describe the quality and effort that went into it. Crispy vegetables, fresh bread not soggy. Highly recommended. A ++++ to George and his staff. Thanks

They have a great atmosphere. Love the breakfasts. All meals are really good. Staff works hard. George makes everyone welcome. Eat here. Youll love it. And full liquor bar at a Veanos wins me over.

This place is wonderful. The owner is so friendly and gracious and one hell of a cook. Go there all the time. Have told so many people that they have become regulars. Cant say enough about the place. Just left there and all seats were full.

Wow! This place is amazing! Casual atmosphere with great tasting food. I needed a quick dish to bring to a football banquet. George made me ziti with red sauce and he cut up small pieces of sausages. II brought it to the banquet. It smelled like heaven in my car. The boys loved it! It was delicious. It was one of the first dishes to go. They ate it all up. I will definitely order this again and bring all three of my boys to eat here. The foods great. Way to go, Veanos and thank you!
