Food is always salty. The upside is, customer service is always great, it being a hotel school. Not so crowded, which makes it excellent for meetings if you are in the Pasay/Manila area. Very accessible to Makati.

Vatel Restaurant Manila is a fine dining restaurant located at the 12th floor of Hotel Benilde Maison de La Salle of Benilde School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management.The restaurant offers French Mediterranean and the best dishes for me are the Beef Bourguignon, Braised Diavolo Baby Pork Ribs and the Cerveza Negra Ice Cream.Not just the food and the ambiance that is making this place great but the students of Benilde who are serving. They are very welcoming and accommodating.
