Vascobelo V-bar Haarlem in Haarlem

The burger was an all-round disappointing culinary experience. I am willing to bet good money that the bun was warmed up in the microwave. The fries were as moist as cardboard.The service was good and friendly. But the food made the whole thing a harrowing experience.

I go for “3” based on combination of my earlier great experience with service and food and my experience today. Until today, my score would have been “5”. But today I came to pick up my Uber order, and the door of the restaurant is closed, no one inside. I understand it’s an error of Uber, but nowhere on your website or in Google Maps or on your door is there an indication why you are closed on Sunday noon, and how soon you will be opened.

This restaurant is so cute, it is very cozy and the waiters are so sweet 10/10

Very cozy atmosphere. Ive been here a few times now and it never managed to let me down. Their second floor is perfect for if you want to read and/or study with a nice view. And the coffee is really good!

Waited 15 mins only to find out none of the dishes were ordered were available.

A specialized breakfast and lunch bar with a great atmosphere which get’s accentuated by the well dressed and mannered staff.

I had great experience for today’s breakfast at Vasco, the waitress was lovely and friendly. Food was great not to forget the amazing fresh orange juice 😍. Recommended if you like scrambled eggs 🤝

Very beautiful cafè in the center of Haarlem. Food is quite good. A bit pricey but the venue and the atmosphere inside is really special. Service is friendly and fast.

We had a really good time at this quaint cafe! The interior is beautiful and cosy, and Id love to sit upstairs next time. The curry soup was absolutely delicious, and they have a large selection of cakes and pies. The coffee is good and not bitter at all. Keep in mind that the menu is not very vegetarian or vegan friendly.Edit 27/08/2021: the little outside garden was lovely

Pricey, but quality coffee. I like the traditionally dressed waiters in black and white.

I stopped here to have lunch and coffee. It took some time to be served, but the place was a bit crowded. In the end we were lucky to find a table without reservation and to use toilet - which became scarce during this covid-19 pandemic. The espresso I tried was good, definitely above average.

Great quality of koffie, however as employer there is a lot of room to improve.

Ok but nothing really special here. I would have given a 5 stars if I had a croissant with more substance (not so fat and that doesnt fall apart in powder when you bite it), Marmelade that I dont get in my local supermarket and cheese that is not industrial. Good croissant can only be found in bakery that know how to make one. Forget the industrial stuff.

Super nice place to hang out and have a bite to eat. It is located in the not so crowded area of haarlem centrum. I recommend the monte cristo sandwhich. Not a huge fan of their hot chocolate. Apart from this, it was great🙌

Food is ok, you can get better service in burger King. Ignoring customers, when they enter/leave or want waiter attention. If customers are strangers, then they would prefer to eat McDonalds

Place looks awesome, they have good coffee, I dont know how bout food since I didnt eat here. Prices were bit too much but I guess its normal for Netherlands.

We have had some coffee, pie and a sandwich here; all in all pretty expensive but worth the money in my humble opinion.Since the place is small, it fills up quickly.The place is well kept, clean and in part due to its small size, the table service is excellent.Friendly and helpful staff.

I find Vascobelo too expensive for what you get, but the food is good. Overall, it is too expensive compared with other places in Amsterdam/Haarlem which serve the same type and quality of food.

Staff was rude enough to dictate me that i should ask them whether or not I can go to upstairs. They did it even without greeting me first. Not even mentioning I was a regular customer until today and I was sitting at the exact same spot.Try other alternatives for friendly stuff and same or even better beverage qualityCheers

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is great, perfect for studying or working, with a selection of delicious pies and great coffee to top it all. Definitely will go back!

One of the most beautiful cafes I have ever been. Nice design, nice fashion and good products. The only thing is that the Sandwich is very hard to eat as a sandwich, it ends up to be a great salad with some bread..
