Good food, kind of a weird process for ordering. They have some gluten free options but the staff I encountered werent the most friendly about speaking English. Also would have been nice to have a sharper knife to cut the pizza

Food was good, Vapiano quality and taste. But it was really empty, and closing 21:00. This was surprising to me.

Great italian food. You choose what you want and they make it right in front of you. The food is authentic and fresh.

As usual a great place to dine. Nothing against workers from other countries but the level of German is very low. I had to explain 4 times how I want my pizzas and lasagna to one lady because she was just not able to understand what I wanted. All the rest was ok.

Great food, great staff, great ambience (just like any other Vapiano)! The restaurant is also centrally located near Hauptplatz.

I like the fact that they have gluten free options including pizza and customize it

A very nice place where to stay with friends.You have a card (like a credit cardand you can order from the different desk the dish and drinks you want. You will pay everything when you exit.The environment is very nice and and informal, with sofas of wood tables.You can choose what you like and enjoy your meal as you prefer.Good quality of food.

Food was not great. It was not fresh and felt like it was for microwave...

The staff here are outstanding. I have a celiac disease and a staff member carefully went through all of my options from the menu and offered to translate my order to the chef. The restaurant is also incredibly spacious and the food is excellent!

This place was poggers! The staff were so lovely. They stood and had and made conversation and I hope they all get payed well because they do more than they need to just to put a smile on someones face. The food was delicious, so delicious infact that we were stunned by how affordable it was when we had to pay at the end. The place was nicely layed out and had a calm atmosphere. Really bad customer service and food unfortunately. Never had an issue with vapiano in vienna in more than 5 years but the cooks here dont care about the food. Never again

We have come here for a few years, yesterday my wife and family found the staff, ignorant and unhelpful, also I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to turn up to serves drinks, no sauces on the table anymore, the place has gone downhill since the takeover,,,, shame because the food is good

Food has the same expected quality as in other Vapiano filialen, which is great. Service is fast, even during rush hours. The atmosphere caters more for dinner and romantic nights out. I would have loved the lighting to be brighter during lunch time. Otherwise I would recommend this for big groups, families with children and teenagers. Portions are very generous and you can share.

So it is my last time when I am eating there , always the food have something ...or is not good cook , or is to salty or is incomplete...or just without taste ...you should visit Vapiano Innsbruck it is one of the best but Linz for me is like never again .

Wonderful experience in this lovely Italian restaurant. Very interesting setup and original idea. They make their own in house wheat pasta and they cook right in front of you. Been twice and I loved what I ordered. The Lasagna, beef carpacio and spaghetti alla arrabiata were amazing!

Enjoyable expirience. Clean well designed restaurant and good food. Would recommend a visit(its a bit expensive though)

Vapiano is always good. The idea of watching your food getting prepared in front of you with all your selected ingredients is amazing. The good part of this place was, it was spacious and has different different seating arrangements, styles. So you can enjoy your food comfortably. The pricing was also good and so did the size of dish. But I observed that all the tables were not equipped with the basic table staples like salt, pepper, olive oil etc. It was little disappointing.

Terrible food, too much garlic and onions and the chefs somehow are pushing to cook the food on a timely manner while disregarding the right ingredients.In brief, tasteless and bad experience for such a good brand.

Wonderful experience. The layout is excellent and the concept of having your meal cooked in front of you with all fresh ingredients including the pasta itself gives it a special touch.

The selfservice is at first a bit overwhelming but the system with the cards is a great idea. And in the whole Ambiente is such a relaxing atmosphere that you can really enjoy your food

Perfect for a quick bite. It wont be the best Italian good youve ever had, but speed of service and price point make it a very good option. It is also good for take out.

Cosy atmosphere with a cool experience of seeing how the Italian chefs prepare you the meal. Wide variety of pastas as well as other traditional dishes and a bar where drinks and deserts are served. Inside of the restaurant there is a free photobooth!

Place is nice. Food is also okay. I was not particularly blown away. It is just an okay place to chill and eat in Linz.

Great Italian place with a decent variety of diffetent dishes plus extra dishes that change every couple of weeks depending on the season. The wait is usually not too bad and the food is cooced fresh directly in front of you. The only downside is that you cannot really visit in larger groups if you expect to receive your dishes at the same time.

Part of the Vapiano chain. Great noodles and antipasti. Its self-service with cooking in front of you while you wait.Prices are decent. So is the size of the dishes.

Lovely selection for menu. Very comfortable sitting and right in the center of Linz. I usually go there for the soup during the cold seasons. Will recommend.

I like Vapiano in General and particularly this Branch in Linz City Center. The staff is friendly and the facilities are really nice. Especially I like that one can take a photo and shared it with friends

Takes ages to get a beer and its served so bad... Was close to a 2-stars review but at least the place is really cosy, clean and silent.

Its a chain... Its the same as every other Vapiano.Here you can go get a pizza or pasta as a quality fast food. They have a full bar at this location.

Nice restaurant with unusual ordering system. I had lasagne and ice tea. Positive - the ice tea was great, full of flavors, didnt taste too sweet or fake. As for Lasagne, I wasnt too happy. The sauce itself tasted good, but there was too little pasta. For some reason it only had two layers. Therefore it felt like I am eating just a pure sauce as the two thin pieces of pasta were not really enough.

Overall a good place to relax and grab a bite. Food is made to order which is nice. 3 stars because the server who helped us was quite rude to my friends after getting their order wrong. He summed it up by saying "if you dont like it you can go to someone else."

It is a nice place with really cool interior design. You can choose your seating - high, normal, low etc. Perfect when not too crowded!When it comes to food, you have to get and order it yourself directly at the kitchen counter. Then you will witness the cook preparing your meal freshly in front of you. Drinks are in well designed bottles (if you choose their own brandwith really nice juices (I personally prefer Peach Vanilla). You pay via a card you receive when entering the restaurant. Drinks and food will be booked onto it and you pay at the end of your visit on the cash desk. And by the way, the food tastes really really good.

Pasta were uncooked and not that tasty, when we told the waitress we have been told to « should have choose the penne instead because penne are better ». The pizza is just average and looks like a carton box. Well I just don’t trust that chain anymore and I will put any foot in there any soon...

Self-service restaurant which is open during sundays too. It is possible to use your card for payment. The staff were kind and allowed to let our bikes in vestibul.

Delicious, fresh Italian food with a very interesting concept that doesnt work as it should every time. The only reason this review is not five stars is because of the way the ordering system works and the time it takes to get the food. If youre in a group youre not likely to be able to eat all together. In terms of food quality, faultless. Would go again and hope for better service.

Good old Vapiano. Cant go wrong with their pasta if you cant decide what to have. Not touristy, just good food in a nice atmosphere.

Wonderful. Recommended.Open til late and also during public holidays. Beautiful tall ceiling open space with wooden furniture and lots of greenery. Upstairs looks very comfortable, toilets are nice.Most importantly, the food is grande. Lovely looking, loads of Parmesan if so wished nice plates, trays, glasses and cutlery. The foods tastes delicious, great choice of Italian food with seasonal touches. Nice own brand teas. Great looking bar and deserts.Go if you havent yet.

The restaurant is spacious and beautiful. The salmon carbonara was excellent, though the orata salad was just OK. Cool concept - would go again just not for the salads.

The good thing about restaurant chains is, that you get the same thing (more or less), no matter where you are.The good thing about Vapiano is, that they serve good food too. Combined with the open kitchen and the nice, comfy atmosphere in the restaurants, its always a good choice.

Different options of Italian taste: pizza, pasta, salads, and of course tramisu :...plus wine and bier options.. Long Opening hours..Good coffee.. Reasonable prices..

Really easy payment method makes eating here really simple if German isnt your first language. The food was freshly prepared, tasted really good and didnt cost much. There is also a semi-inclosed smoking area meaning for non smokers you can eat comfortably and smokers dont have to stand on the street.
