The food was delicious with wide varieties. But the system for ordering online via qr code didnt work.

Took forever to get our food, we had 3 plates. One arrived after an hour, the other two 30 minutes later. The pizza was way to salty and the pasta overcooked. Horrible experience.

The food was good but I miss the good old times when you could stand in line and see the chefs make it. Besides that it wasnt busy at the time we went and the service was good.

Food was great but the stools dont allow you to sit comfortably. Music a bit too loud and the place becomes smokey sometimes.

Horrible overall experience.Expensive prices, their drinks all taste like water, the lasagna tastes like it comes from the supermarket, the risotto was undercooked and bland, the pizza had little toppings and was supposed to be spicy but wasnt. The first Pizza that was brought to our table also had bell pepper on it when we specifically mentioned not to put bell peppers on the pizza as my friend is allergic and would go into anaphylactic shock.Their "fresh made" deserts are ready made and they just take the expiration date off the cake when they are ordered. The staff was also extremely uninterested in what they were doing and the barman was rough with the glasses which caused everyone to jump everytime he threw glasses back into the cupboard.Will not be coming back here and I advise others to stay away too

Gone are the days when Vapiano used to be a go to place for Pizza or Pasta. The service is at the lowest level I could have imagined. I asked for extra plates and a glass and was given dirty one with finger marks and dust on them. Replaced played had the same issue so I cleaned with a tissue n just used them. Pizza had so much dry dough on the sides that it ruined the whole taste of the pizza and our experience as well. Better to avoid it until the things become as they were pre-Coivd should to say.

Pizza here is delicious, new payment system is buggy but it seemed to work, waiting wasn’t bad, staff is nice.In response to the Vapiano team: I most certainly can! What I enjoyed the most was the margherita pizza and the tap beer, the wifi was also good. The seating is comfortable and your decoration is nice. I wish I could visit you more often but I am visiting from Honduras, nevertheless I’m a pizza lover and every time I visit Den Haag, Vapiano is always on my list. Kudos, all the construction going on outside was completely imperceptible from the restaurant.I’ll see you again in a couple of years

Im their client more than 14 years and today I experienced one of the worst behaviour in buitenhof, we ordered our foods at 16:54 and we didnt receive our order til 18:00 oclock, when we asked what is wrong?! One lady ignored us to answer and the other one shouted and talked very rude with us, she was the team leader, after that we asked to talked with the manager but of course he supported his colleagues, they didnt apologise for delay or rude behaviour, and when I told in this way youll loose your clients, the manager said we Dont care!!! Im so sorry for the vapiano to have such a non professional staff. Of course not all of them are rude, but the team leader and manager are big shame for this place.

Never eat here again! Long wait fo simple salad and the food not delicious! If you dont have enough stock do not serve not fresh vegetable! And the pizza is over cook!

The food was authentic. Take it from the person who lived in Italy for quite some time. The Carbonara Salmone was very delicious, and so was the Pizza Margherita.

The food was brought to us pretty quickly even during a busy evening and also provided for a takeaway box for leftovers. The waiter also took several pictures of my group when asked. We were told the bread we ordered was still in the oven but we never got the bread in the end.

Quality ingredients, great selection of main courses, nice atmosphere, somewhat expensive compared to a couple of years ago. Sometimes it can be so busy that you might have to wait for 30 minutes before you receive your order. Avoid rush hour at all costs. Overall a great place to have a bite. Definitely not a place to go on a date.

Decent fast casual chain but frustrating ordering/payment app. The food is decent quality and generally they are quick to deliver, so perfect to grab a bite before a movie. It was quite busy last night (Tuesdayand the tables werent getting cleaned so it was difficult to find a spot. Also, both me and my friend couldnt get the ordering app to work. We could log in but navigation was difficult and they neither of us could get the payment options to work. So after 10+ minutes messing with the app, we then had to go stand in line and place our order at the front. There was a line because we werent the only ones struggling. Also, the whole system seemed to be new b/c even the staff was struggling to enter the order in the system. After all that, I did enjoy my meal.

Always Loved vapiano everywhere I visited but its almost unbelievable how much worse this Buitenhof Vapiano has gotten. Staff doesnt wear masks and in general the service is not great. More importantly the food is just horrible. The last 3-4 times I have eaten there the pasta was just bad, not cooked nicely and nowhere near the quality that they used to have in Vapiano. Honestly i will never come back here ever again, its just a waste of money.

Terrible food, we have waited almost 40 mins while the restaurant was empty to get our pasta but eventually came very cold and when we ask the manager to replace it, they literally took it from us and came bank after 3 mins (microwave the food). I’m a grown woman whose been driven to tears by this establishment… I waited patiently for 30 minutes to get my pizza after my friend’s pasta arrived and I had just put my utensils down when the waiter came and asked us to leave as they needed the space to sit other customers. My friend was halfway through her coffee and I was just eyeing the dessert menu when this happened… shocked, and devastated we asked if we could be seated upstairs but the waiter told us that was not possible as they were renovating it. We went upstairs to the bathroom before leaving only to fine out no renovation was underway and we had just been ushered out before our meal was even done.

It used to be a very nice place to eat with family and friends. Not anymore!! The system to order was broken. Then, you need to wait until the waiter takes your order again. Staff never use face masks in spite of the current circumstances and restrictions in place (they said it is not mandatory). I am not going to come back again!

It is a good place if you go with your friends and you want to chat for a long time, because you need to spend more than one hour for just a bowl of Italian noodles. Very impressing experience and will not come again.

One missing star for - 30 for the salad And for 45 + for a pizza.One missing star for not keeping up with Vapianos fine experience which Ive experienced in other countries.One missing star because the staff seems autonomously autocratic. They decided to replace the dessert I ordered and had already paid for with another cheaper one with no refund or offering an additional portion or item.I still wait for the Pizza as I write.

The food is still the same good. And we were happy not to stand in line to order. Now you go straight to the table and order via qr code. Some food was quite quick ready but the rest we had to wait longer then 35 minutes:(.

Ordered via Uber. Food was cold (not even luke warmand not completely what I ordered - items missing. It was very dry too.Also the portion is rather small for that price.I am really not very convinced.Visually it looked nice, even though the items were packed rather poorly and shaken around quite a bit.

They have a new ordering system that is used by scanning a QR-code and paying by online banking. The idea is nice, but it does lead to the individual food orders arriving at the table at different times, making it difficult to eat together, meaning that one person has their food getting cold before the others get their order... There was about a 15 minute delay between the arrival of my friends order and my order. I dont have anything specific to comment about the food, it tasted fine. Since there is a digital ordering system you dont get to interact with the staff too much as well.

I usually gave nice reviews but I hate it when there is something in your menu and you dont have it. I ordered hawaiin pizza but then the stuff told me that unfortunately they do not have pinapple so I told him I would rather cancelled the pizza since we also ordered pasta, but unfortunately it is not possible to cancell the order so I end up eating hawaiin pizza without pinapple. Pasta is okay but pizza 👎👎👎

Its my all time favorite restaurant!Unfortunately,there is no Vapiano in my country so whenever Im abroad,I dont miss the chance of visiting one!From all the Vapiano restaurants I have visited,this one has the largest portions!Very tasty food(as always)and very friendly staff!Due to Covid,you have to order you food online(which is quite handy actually).Totally recommend!❤️

I used to come here two-three times a month. The place has become absolutely filthy. Dirty silverware, dirty tables. The pizzas have shrunk in size and the quality of the ingredients has noticeably decreased. I will not come here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very worst experience ever. I can start with the payment system broken and waited over than 20 mins to take the order from the cashier. I had risotto Gorgonzola with unexpected burned chicken and my partner had ravioli (was edible besides a strange cream). Bread that came on the side was pretty good.

Worst experience ever. Top floor was filled with smoke but they still had people seated there. Its a very fast-foodlike interior and feel when ordering but we still waited an hour for our food, the waiters could not give us a better estimate when our food would be ready. The carbonara was bland beyond belief, very dry, even for this cheap price this was terrible. Dont eat here.

They need to update their system, or get more staff I ordered at 6:30 pm to pick up at 7:30 pm, I was there and had to wait for around 30 minutes (mind that I ordered 1 hour earlier and there were 2 people that came after and according to the staff they order by phone (turns out maybe they have priority or are friends with the staffanyway the pizza was a sort of margarita went to the oven and then the other ingredients were added on top and that was it. My pasta was good. I am not sure if I will order again from vapiano ... it was a pity

Nice place. Staff was frieny, we been lucky it was not that busy by time when we eat there. Not too long waiting time. Pizza was tasty, affordable prices.I recommend this place

Food is great but a little bit slow. We ordered 4 food which arrived in an hour on the table.

All VA Pianos are pretty equal and same but really good. The staff make the diffrene and in this one they are really nice. Also didnt wait too long for my pizza which sometime is the case in other VPs. They have pretty good lemonades, much better than any other soft drinks.

One of my favorite franchises to have a pizza or past during lunchbreak. No reservation needed, just walk in. Tip: Check the times on Google when it is less busy. The place is mostly packed with people during their rush hours!

Have been here several times, food is fantastic and service has always been fast even when the line is long but today is an exception. The cook I queued in? took 15 mins to make 2 dishes while the average time was 8! This kid Casper needs more training!

Good food like at any other Vapiano location but the restaurant is rather small offering limited seating. Service was really slow and not really friendly. They have a nice -but small- terrace also.

Always crowded so if you don’t want to wait maybe this isn’t the right choice. Pasta and pizza are made in front of you and you choose the type of pasta and ingredients. Nice experience, big portions, animate place. Worth it.

In house made pasta is to die for and you actually get to see how its made. Not a lot of waiting in the queue but I think i managed to get the order in the off hours between 14 and 16...heard it gets quite busy during lunch or evenings.

Just take a cards,take order ,wait then enjoys.Pasta very nice!

Normally I enjoy the food at Vapiano. But the one in Den Haag is horrible. Despite of my criticism, thumbs up for the cooks working through all the orders and stress (even on Christmas Eve!while keeping a smile and staying friendly. They are doing a great job!What I disliked is that the tables (few were availablewere cleaned so slowly. On every floor, there were at least 5 dirty tables and no staff in sight.In addition, there were insects in the bread! I kindly complained to the staff. After a while, the waiter returned from the manager and told me that they have a problem with flies in the restaurant due to the ventilation (which as a statement itself is already ridiculous speaking of hygiene standards). He said that this is normal and that they couldnt do anything about it.Again, this is not a critique about Vapiano in general, I only dont recommend you to go to this specific one in Den Haag, the others are great!

Tasty in a homey atmosphere. Food is not pricey, easy to communicate with staff.

Tasty food , bit pricey, have to wait quite a long time- which is usual for all vapianos. Loved pesto and crazy for homemade bread-don’t forget to ask for it

Carbonara and carbonara salmone was really good, also we ordered a cesare salad with chicken, salad was good enough but the 3€ extra for the chicken was too expensive (being the small size of salad)

I really enjoyed this place and it was such a novel and delicious experience for me. The ability to watch as your food is being prepared, fresh, quickly, was most satisfying.I had ordered the spaghetti with shrimp, tomato sauce, vegetables, just a bit of space and it was so delicious, so well-made. If anyone is looking for a good place to eat with an assortment of options of the Italian influence I would most definitely recommend this place.

Nice location, good food, reasonable price and good hospitality.You may need to wait for a fork or a knife in busy days. Anyway I like here.

Vapiano serve really tasty pasta. The pasta is cooked in an open kitchen in front of the customer who chooses from a Menu Book while the chef continously customizes it based on the preferences of the customer. They also serve pizza, salads, soups of Italian cuisine. Wine and non alcoholic beverages are also available. Vapiano offers choises in vegan, meat, fish, shrimps and chicken. They serve bread complimentary, but you need to ask for it. It is good for fining alone as well as with friends. However the waiting time could be long, specially during evenings in the weekends and could easily take up to 45 minutes. So, one must plan his time accordingly. In all, a great place, the Rattatouli Pasta is my favorite 😉

Nice place for a quick half decent pizza or pasta that will not decimate your wallet. Fantastic ice teas, made by Vapiano and unexpectedly good seating and location.

By far my favorite place to eat Italian (mainly pastain The Hague. The pastas are absolutely delicious and service is always good. It can be a bit crowded at times though, but thats par for the course when your food is this good.

Very good food, made freshly infront of your eyes, served nicely. I liked the atmosphere and decoration too.
