Vale Park in Aylesbury

Proms in the park. Fantastic social family event! "Top notch". A big thank you to the organisers and performers.

The paths are dry today so it was nice to get some fresh air. Please be aware it can flood and get muddy if its rained lots.Today was party in the park,Aylesburys once a year August Bank Holiday celebrations of local bands Zarak rocked us out as the final headline band. Most of the grass was green, lots of food stalls for the day. If you have never been you should its a fantastic free event for all the family.

Nice clean place good tennis court. Only caviat the pool water isnt that deep.

Its a nice open space near town.I just wish people would treat it better and not leave empty beer cans on the seated area.Edit.Still a nice area, still full of empty beer cans.

Nice grounds close to town, kids fenced off play area, no gates. Good size green space with work out area, tennis and basketball courts. Skate park is also available

Its good but watch out for the feds who will make any excuse to harass the public

Good town centre park with good facilities (tennis, skate park, kids play, basketball hoopslots of grass areas and swimming pool and gym on the site also.

Excellent park,for both Adults and children. Outdoor gym plus skate park.also has the added bonus of party in the park,which is a free event once a year.full of local bands ,food and crafts.

Cant go wrong here.. skate park, room to play and cycle .. exercise equipment and tennis courts .. very lucky area to have so much locally.

Smallish park , opposite the town centre. Has a skate park and childrens play area the leisure centre/indoor swimming pool is located just on the park too. . Sometimes has events there

Really great fun and not as crowded as normal. Pool was really warm inside and changing rooms warm.

Great park with all sports ground & indoor swimming pool. Great park to visit your kids here. Also good place for hanging out friend. The canal view is very good & peaceful.

Great little park for two little grandsons. A little tricky to find as entrances from the road are hidden between a row of houses but worth the effort to find.

I like it !Is clean, quiet and a good atmosphere.Has some fields for parkour and play football. The people who visit it gives you a good vibe.

A very smoothe well designed small park with interesting lines not just your standard rectangular council park. Im very impressed and throughly enjoyed it !

Nice park, pretty gardens in summer.Aqua Vale and Gym stands in the grounds.Also a very popular skate park which the kids love.

A truly lovely city park, well-designed with plenty of things to do close by. I take a regular walk through here to town.

Was a lovely day ate my lunch here clean tidy well kept. I then went for a walk around and down to the canal from here. Well worth a visit there’s a skate area that was in use, a new outdoor exercise area with lots of equipment. Also a play park and a fenced of basketball/netball area.

Beautiful park, tastefully landscaped. Perfect for a meet up with friends. It has a play area fenced in for young children, and a skate/ scooter park for the older more adventurous child.

Vale Park was inundated with rain over the weekend of 3 October 2020. Today is 9 October 2020 and the visible standing water is mostly gone!Ground is very squelchy underfoot!

Clean environment. Well maintained. Public lavatories. Open all hours. Exercise park. Tennis, basket ball, 5-a-side soccer. Parking.

Park is nice for pick-nick, football, skateboard, swiming, dog walk... there is a playground as well. Only negative: can be flooded in wet conditions

On the weekend, especially in this nice weather. Its a lovely place for a family picnic and still close enough to the town centre that you can get extra supplies.5*

Its a great place. Very nice and clean park, there are bins all over the the place to make sure it will stay clean. There also public toilets, skate park and gym with a pool

Its a nice green space but has a lot of teenagers in it. There is always a lot of cigarette butts amd other such trash littering the floor near the skate park. If you can find a free patch after going for a swim in Aquavale pool then it is great for a picnic. Otherwise would not reccomend.

Gadebridge Park has a brilliant splash pool with lots of fountains for the children to play in. My 5 and 3 year old grandsons loved it! Also, the play area is really good. We spent a lovely afternoon there and will definitely go back.

Revisiting the park for the first time in 20 years. It felt fresh and modern and well looked after. There are great new amenities including a skateboard park. Quite impressive.

Great place for the whole family.Well kept grounds, with lots to do for children of all ages.Lovely area, and the surrounding trees and canal make it an ideal place to visit.In the summer they have lots going on in the park, music and entertainment.Well worth a look.

Two Pokémon go Ex raid gyms and various stops in the park or close by. Pleasant park when the weather is nice. Good skate/scooter park. V good kids play area.

Lovely park in town. 6 a side league and leisure centre. Well kept grassed area with plenty of benches and tables for picnics.

Fairly good park for dog walking. Could be bigger but it is in town centre so its difficult. Good skate park here too

Quite disappointed compared to previous years so very expensive, Colonel Custard as usually extremely good whilst I would make sure the gentleman who owns the go carts takes a few lessons on how to deal with children I thought his attitude was not very good and my grandson was quite upset at how he was spoken too. Feel sorry for people who have more than one child, and think there should be a price cap for rides on these occasions.

Good park to enjoy all kinds of family things. Wish there was more user respect for the park as there are plenty of bins for rubbish and as families are there bad language could be curbed a bit. But younger children love using all things on offer.

Big park with grassy areas. Next to aqua vale gym and pool. Childrens park near by too. No car park for the park, but you can pay to use the pools. Often used by fairgrounds and music events.

Vale Park is a nice clean well kept park excellent for spending some time in while you are in Aylesbury. It is also home to the Aqua Vale swimming and gym complex as well as an excellent skate park. If your lucky you may also get to see some local teens enjoying a few bevvies

This area is a great place to go for fun for the kids has this area is huge and full of green during the summer and you can do a range of activities from football to cricket and even martial arts training as I saw myself. But the down side of this area is that their Is a Sandy patch of area which is very irritating in my opinion. Furthermore after fun has fallen heavily I tends to flood some parts of the field. Along side having a nice green area you have a football and basketball pitch (concretealong side a tennis court and skate park.

Really nice park, lots of green space to walk, relax and exercise. But I am very annoyed with people eating take aways and leaving so much rubbish behind on the green space! I really wish they would be fined big time!

Attended Proms in the Park concert, extremely pleasant event well organised and excellent entertainment .A free event , looking forward to next year .

Good swimming pool and outdoor activitie play area for the kids.

A large open park that is conveniently located near the centre of town. Theres courts for playing basketball and a half-pipe for skateboarders as well. At the other end, theres a play area for kids to play around in. The park could do with a few more benches to sit on, though.
