Nice place on Kopaszi gát. Personally didn’t like to potatos going with the steak. Also the meat was very tough and the Chimichurri was hidden under the meat and not as tasty as I know it.Overall a very good and also busy place during the summer month. One of the better restaurants on Kopaszi.

No reservation made but still got a ”boat”- table.Friendly personell, great lemonades and the langos was heavy and would have done great with some more salad to go with it.My team enjoyed the evening here and will get back!🙏🏼☀️

Always a good time. The food is consistently good, I had a non-alcoholic cocktail which was fantastic, and the mango mousse was out of this world. Hard to get a table at times but worth the wait.

First restaurant on the line of many. We choose this one because this was very busy always a good sign. Spare ribs oke exact as in Texas also the coleslaw.Only the portion meat is about 25 % comparing to USA

Sizable restaurant with a nice seating area and view to Sho Beach. Food and service were good, but the lemonade was especially great.

The mozzarella was ok, but nothing special. The trout was a bit dry so we asked for a topping (that one never arrived). The service was weird: some waiters were very professional and friendly, some waitresses just forgot about the order (twice), or bought the food without forks+knives, so we had to go and get them for ourselves. At the end of the evening, we asked but didnt get the bill for a while, when another waiter came along to let us know that the place was about to close so we should have settle the bill (that we already asked for). Its a pity that the toilet doesnt have a/c, it really feels like being in a sauna. Otherwise the place and surrounding is fancy.

All foods are greate, and very delicious fish dishes Salmon and Hungarian Hekk, I think anyone comes to budapest must come and taste, any sea food lover must try this Hungarian Hekk one, extremely recommended

We are regular customers of the sixth district branch, and have been to the branch in the garden of the 13th district. Today is our first visit to the 11th district branch. At this time of year, theres nothing more comfortable than having lunch outdoors in the shade. Duck breast, with no excess grease, is perfect for this season. If you dont want to drink sweet drinks, you can order a liter of soda, which is a very considerate service.

Excellent service, great food, superb location!

Bad experiance, the waiter forgot our drinks and we recived them after the main course. One drink was mistaken, and later the palinka course was missing a drink. After asking it was filled up.The shrimps tasted like beef, probably it was made on the same grill just after. The grilled chicken breast was dry. After our troubles we received a free salad. Compared to the prices, it does not worth it!

Such a great location! Surroundings are super beautiful and the patio has a nice ambiance. Servers were friendly and the food was delicious! A great summer spot.

Very nice place! The staff is very kind and professional, the food is delicious (I really liked the Hungarian style pizzasand the drinks are really good. I found the prices to be very reasonable compared to nearby places. I ate there 3 nights in a row and was never disappointed.

Very average food with a pretty high price tag. Needs more focus on cleanliness as the bathrooms were quite "abused". The furniture is worn out and frankly, the food is not that good (everything over salted, meets overcooked). Staff is very nice! The owner should give them a raise as they are by far the best feature of this place.

Nice place, very popular, so You should book a table. The pulled pork is tasty, but a bit small. Great lemonades. Next time Ill try the burger. Recommend.

The food was delicious. The place and ambiance great to spend an afternoon with friends or romantic dinner, love it. The waitress and personnel in general super friendly and helpful. Ill be back for sure.

In a great environment this restaurant is a real hidden treasure. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I ate a Hungarian “Hekk” which was properly cooked and very tasty. All the lemonades were good and refreshing my favorite was the Mojito one.

It is easy to locate the place, the surroundings are beautiful.The menu is great, the foods and drinks are both astonishing.The service is great, the waitresses are kind, fast and knowledgable regarding everything.The place was packed, yet it didn feel crowded and even if there was any background music, you heard those you were sitting with.You can pay by cash, card as well.

Quality food, awful service, arrogant style. We wanted to pay separately, both with card, somehow it was a huge problem "dont you have cash?", etc.. I wanted to taste the beer, so I asked for 3 dl, I had to repeat 2 times that I dont need the 5, I need the 3. I mean, obviously you can suggest, but come on, let the guest decide what he want, do not insist on something which he doesnt.

Cozy place! Love this restaurant not only in this location. It has great quality in all their points. Lovely drinks and fresh food. Staff is also attentive and cute. Sadly didn’t make any food pictures tho ❤️

Very nice place, kind staff. The food is good, not anything special but good quality, tastes good and the portions are right size. Good place for a casual dinner after a nice walk in the park.Thumbs up for the paper straws!

The quality of the dinner is acceptable. The location is really beautiful, but the attitude of the service staff is below criticism. Demanding for a tip after such a performance is quite simply outrageous. Unfortunately, we left with a bitter taste.

Really good food and huge selection of drinks. Family friendly so its perfect if you go out with your children. The staff is friendly and service is quite fast! I had the sweet potato fries as a slider to my Edelweiss and it was so good.

Nice area with nice views. There is no wide variety of meals, but they are of quality. Our waiter was a bit inpolite, probably he just had a bad day. :Recommended for couples, friends and groups.

We had dinner at Vakvarjú on a busy Friday night, but the service was quick and efficient. The fruit soup and cigánypecsenye were both excellent, and a family member at my table really enjoyed his tomato soup. All in all, a great experience.

First the facts: good food, ok prices. Problem: smokers are allowed in the middle of the terrace, and the smoke reaches all the non-smoker zones. Very disturbing.

In fact 0 star. The worst experience so far I have had in a restaurant. Ordered beach burger, the burger meat was very hard and even had a small bone(or whatever that might have beeninside. The bread was dry and too thick. Fries were fine.

Beautiful green environment for a quiet weekday lunch, and a lively dinner place for the weekends and summer evening - take the terrace by all means. Not easy to choose from the menu cart, hearty meat dishes from all over Europe.

Service was good, location is great, food wasnt so nice. We had a lovely soup and we barely touched the mains and the dessert. They made a good lemonade though, can be good for drinks.

Vers friendly service, good food, creative environment and good prices. I strongly recommend this restaurant. I would like to make a minor suggestion: for the hekk, there should be a sauce for the fries to give some more taste.

Everything is correct, but you do not have a good impression.The menu is not authentic in the region, you will get quite good quality grill dishes.If you see - and will be serviced by an "Italian-type" owner - especially as a tourist, expect unwillingness and finally automatically added tip to your bill.

It always crowded in here, so it takes some time for the waiters to get around. After that the service is fast, and the food is great.
