Bartenders are slow with bad attitudes couldnt get a drink for 15 mins I was just sitting at the bar with my money in the air... I had to get the floor gurl to get me a drink sitting at the bar. The food is fair but their just as slow 45 mins to wait for chicken wings..this use to be the spot before the pandemic.. it has changed a lot the owner is a sweetheart and I know he wouldnt allow this behavior..to his long time customers..

This is a Ghetto place beware I went here a couple of weeks ago and my window was broken out my car and a few other car windows were broken out of some other cars awhile. I will never go back to this bar again

Ordered a drink had stuff in the bottom of my glass ask for new glass still have stuff in the glass. Long wait to order food and even longer wait for the food. Some of the management attitudes was kind of nasty

I got in but the tall man with the glasses said I could get in on that side because of my tennis shoes I said ok no problem..then see the ppl behind me he let them in and it was about 5 of them had tennis shoes on an he let them in.. and I decided to go there because I hadnt been out in over 2yrs

2 floors of good music. Reggae in basement. Looks like a 2 floor basement. Only one way out of basement. Food looks good (have not had).

There are 2 parts to this establishment. It was Sunday. One side there was a DJ. They were selling food in the back and someone was taking pics, And the patrons were dressed up. Men in suits and ladies in dresses, and the other side of the bar was dress down and there was a juke box.

Very home like atmosphere. Candace the server is awesome and Kevin the cook is simply blazing

I love going to VSP Lounge in Cleveland for Steelers games they are the best people up in Cleveland that make you feel really welcome and allow the Steelers to whoop them every time we come up there great place to be

First time being there Andover 10-15 years I was there last night for a friends birthday party and I had a wonderful time the atmosphere was cool calm collected it was playing great music from back in the day 80s 90s and and some back further to the 70s on the opposite side of bar theres another room where theres a lot of seating and tables another bar and they had karaoke a stage to perform on sing dance and just boogie on down our group of girls included Denise the lead singer Iris Carolyn and Darlene as the backup singers and dancers to Tina Turner song rolling on the river we also did a song with Denise dont ask my neighbor and we lit that stage up I have the time of my life atmosphere was giving off a good vibe I really enjoyed the night this review is from Carolyn Branham harder thank you
