Absolutely awful! I ordered from them and the food never came! They stole my money and never said anything! Do not trust this place ever!!!!

My friends and I went to this place because we wanted brunch but in the evening. Most ordered chicken and waffles but some people got ribs, chicken burgers and calamari, everyone enjoyed their food. The service was good and the restaurant wasnt too busy. The price of the food was pretty good too. I wish the chicken and waffles was with American style waffles instead of Belgian but it was still pretty good. My mocktail, morning passion was really good.

This restaurant is the best,they have a 24 h licence,affordable prices,a rich menu and everyone knows that in London finding a place like this is not easy.If you are coming with your friends or maybe your life partner I am sure youll have a great time,professional and friendly staff are waiting for you there.If you like to have a pleasant dinner or maybe some nice drinks as well this is where you need to go,by the way I had some extraordinary cocktails ,I am sure you will enjoy having one of those,check the Vq website,the menu is there at your disposal so have a look on it,I am sure you will find it attractive.

Food was absolutely disgusting looked nothing like what I had seen people post. Wether they had a different chef the night I went I don’t no but I spent £60 on two meals and a cocktail and milkshake and it was awful even down the the milkshake tasted like Oreo’s and water! And the food ! The food was disgusting I ordered chicken and waffles , the batter on the buttermilk chicken was basically black it was in hot oil for way to long and had no flavour no seasoning nothing and the actual chicken itself was disgusting and the waffle , it was clearly a shop brought sugar waffle that did no compliment the chicken at all. And at the end of my bill it was near enough £20 service charge when we was the only people in there , not one person asked me how my food was if we neeeded anything else multiple times outside smoking and even when one of my starters come out food was dropping on the floor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Closes only Tuesday from 4a to 7a to deep clean. Had to wait until 7a since the website didnt list the closed hours. We are visiting London for the first time on our honeymoon. This was a surprising way to start the morning since the website says nothing about the closed hours early on Tuesday morning. There were several other potential customers that came up while we were there. We arrived at 5:35 am. There were 12 other customers that came expecting an open restaurant and had to move on. No clue how many came by from 4 to before we got here. I suggested and edit to the listing on Google for the Tuesday closure hours. But both that and the website should really be updated.

Antonella and her team are the best. Shes absolutely hilarious and always very welcoming, attentive. Its great to have a place at the door step that opens 24hours. The food is cooked with love, and the cocktails are great.

So nice! I had a veggie sandwich, chips and granola with fruit and yoghurt. Mindblowing! All very fresh and made with love. The granola was warm😍 The staff is kind and helpful, great manners. Very hip music and laid back vibe. Recommend!

OK, VQ has improved massively. Idiot door policy has eased, staff very friendly and the place is back to its old self. Food excellent as was the most charming waitress (regrettably I didnt get her name- but she was in full flow Saturday 3rd around 11pm so give her a bonus- great ambassador).

Visited today and the food was great...I wanted a place where I could eat all day breakfast and I found it right here...the mushrooms were well steamed, the hash browns were crispy, the eggs were well done ✅ the first time I had a restaurant actually get it spot on. The muffin toast was brilliant, not quite sure I enjoyed the baked beans, sausages were properly cooked and the chai latte was delicious. The staff were attentive, they did not have a big menu however it is sufficient for the size of the restaurant.The restaurant itself is quite small with a small bar area. Outside seating is small as well. The toilets were clean and in the basement so be careful when you go down the stairs. (Watch your head)Just along the high street there was no parking area. They are still giving 20% off for NHS staff.Overall I enjoyed the meal 😋🥰👍🏼

No ID no entry its the Law not a policy)The Staff genuinely care if youve had a good meal there more than willing to help and assist you, its clear that they enjoy working there, so that tells me good management and really sets an positive atmosphere.And its open 24/7

A lovely breakfast of fresh orange juice, coffee and eggs benedict, fast, happy service and good food. The OJ was a great wake up. A must visit if you are in the area for a fabulous breakfast. Staff were also very nice.

Worst food I’ve ever eaten in London. Horrible. Ordered buttermilk fried chicken with belgian waffle, portion is small, the chicken wasn’t even properly fried. The batter is not even fried crispy, so so so so bad. I wouldn’t mind paying high price for good food but it’s absolutely disgusting. The waffle is like a rock. I never leave any bad reviews on restaurants but i just had to comment on this. I also took the discretionary service charge off the bill. I had already spotted the kitchen served our food and they never brought it to us 10 mins later. Worst service ever. Never coming back here

So few places are open after 11pm ….. this is a lifesaver if you want to eat late / after the theatre but close to home etc

We went for early morning breakfast me and my 3 colleagues of course we were at party and around 4:12 am we enter in restaurant. Everything was fine their staff chilling. We got serve, but after I left I realized that I have forget my phone there. after next day I did email to manager Antonela Mazzoni and I receive reply straight saying I will ask my staff and got back to you that was the first and last email I have received from manager after I was keep chasing them but no reply what so ever. I have sent all proof as well what time and date I entered to restaurants because I made call literally before I entered in restaurants and I got Addison Lee cab straight home. so all I am saying is may one person is like that or whole staff is like that. Plus whoever took my phone did switch it on couple of time and I do have address as well. As police requested I have also ask for CCTV footage but as I mention earlier that after one email manager did not get back to me.I would not recommend this place as your expensive stuff get stolen and restaurant did not care about it.

Ridiculous. Table of six, rest of table received there meals before myself and one other even received their drink. Table finished their meal as we both then received our drink and meal.30 or so covers is busy?? Just terrible service and staff.

Sorry to share it with you guys but I just had an order from there on deliveroo. Dont get me wrong it got to me warm but its the lack of care when cooking. Tale of 2 halves really my pasta was overcooked and my onion rings were undercooked so under that you can still see the flour. So unfortunately I wont be ordering again. I hope its different inside the restaurant but doubt ill try that either 😏

Not the best but not the worst.burnt bacon baked beans was dry clearly microwaved,hash browns were ediable.Servers were really nice though.

We expected a full plate of veggie breakfast but it was just pieces of food sparsely around a plate the food didn’t even touch each other. Also the hash brown and sausage was served seperate to the dish and so was the toast ? It made no sense why everything was so seperated. They tried to make an empty plate look full. Disappointed!!!!

Quite frankly the worst excuse for a diner. Can’t believe I even put that garbage into my mouth. Ordered a club sandwich and a steak sandwich, both of which with every bite I was ready to chunder. Onion rings and chips tasted like sweat. Could’ve bought better ingredients in my local Poundland and actually not become physically sick. These aren’t even cheap lunches. Waste of time, money and appetite. Don’t do it to yourself, or if you do, do it for a joke. Definitely not the 3rd best sandwich in London, would be lucky to make it the 500,000th. Have a better day than I did.

The dish was much smaller than I expected for the price but very tasty indeed. Lovely soft, yoke. Good strong cup of coffee. I quired the Discretionary Service Charge.....

Travelled across London for some dinner and drinks tonight at what is usually my favourite spot for late night dining. However the bouncer on the door was ridiculously unpleasant and rude. He was extremely pedantic about queuing behind the rope despite there being no one in the restaurant or anybody queuing. He asked for ID which seemed strange but we happily obliged for him only to snatch them out our hands and give us dirty looks, being sarcastic when I asked him to repeat what he asked for as I didn’t hear him. My friend and I turned to one another and decided we didn’t want to spend our money at this establishment given how revolting this man was on the door and decided to leave. After several years supporting VQ establishments and raving about them to everyone, I will no longer be wasting my money there. I hope the owners realise this man they’ve employed to work on their door is putting customers off and leaving them very unhappy and hungry!

24hours Restaurant, Great menu. Food tasted freshly cooked. Very yummy! Service was efficient. Will definitely go back.However I Dont agree with the cover charge for just 2 people, as there is already a 12.5% service charge. Is this a new thing?We paid anyways as everything was on point!

Stumbled upon VQ on a late one. Really cool n nice vibe, albeit 12.30am 😆. Had a tasty cheeseburger and fries. Mates had pancakes, fish and parter had eggs benedict. The prices were fair and wasnt a long wait too. Very happy with the late night experience and will return again

As a frequent diner at VQ, I was appalled to be welcomed by a rather rude branch manager this weekend (Floren). It seemed everything we asked Floren was simply too much and his attitude was not one of someone whos job revolves around customer service. We ended up having to request he no longer engaged with us. On the other hand, MO was fabulous as always and very attentive. Our cocktails were yummy as per so thank you to the bar man too. To concluded, VQ should really rethink their staffing structure!

This is an odd one.Went to VQ with two others at just before midnight. Queue was really unorganized and people seemed to be allowed to just push in front of others. Once inside the atmosphere is nice, staff seem constantly busy so getting their attention to place an order isnt fun.Onto the food. Just a heads up, nothing here is fresh. Everything comes from frozen and thats very clear in the quality of the food.We ordered 3 starters, hummus, spicy wings and halloumi fries. We loved our starters, in fact, we went away wishing we had only ordered starters because the mains were terrible and so were the sides.Three mains ordered: fish and chips. Chicken burger. Waffle and friend chicken. The chicken burger was fine, just bland like the fries. The waffle was from a packet and tasted like it, huge disappointment. The fish and chips was so disgusting we had it removed from our bill. The chips that came with it were BLACK. This is common when frozen chips are removed from the freezer too early. The fish was almost rancid. This is not an exaggeration, it stunk and tasted exactly as just about to go off fish does. So yeah, the manager removed it from the bill but nothing else. No replacement offered, just ill take it off the bill. We were asked what we wanted to replace it and assumed the small side of Mac and cheese we ordered would be comped since it didnt arrive until our entire table had finished eating but no, full price.We got four sides; hash browns, dirty fries, Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The coleslaw was alright, it got added to the bland chicken burger when it should already have been included. The dirty fries were awful, dont think the chef has ever had dirty fries. The hash browns were a rip-off, plan and simple. Came from a frozen bag, £7 for each little hash brown. You can see the size in the picture. What a joke. Mac and cheese was pretty good as was the iced mocha we got. Cocktail was £9 and had basically no alcohol in it.The prices change at night and are not displayed on the menu. We paid £3 more than listed for every dish, and the £7.50 chicken burger cost 12.50. thats a £5 jump from the daytime prices. Once again, no menu we were given reflected this. The prices all showed the daytime prices.They also add a 12.5% for service. What service? As I mentioned before the waiters are so busy you never see them. In fact we couldnt order our mains until our starters were finished as they only came over to clear the table.£106 for a terrible meal. As we said, we wished we had stuck with just starters. I wouldnt return but this doesnt matter to the business as they prey on people leaving the local bars. Terrible place, please go anywhere else.

Ordered chicken and waffle. Chicken was not cooked, still very pink inside. Told waitress, gave option to recook it.Returned couple minutes later, chicken still uncooked in some parts. Potentially dangerous. Tasted horrible, no taste, very bland, tasted of just oil and burnt flour. Very surprised they didn’t offer to make a fresh batch.The waffle appears to not be freshly made and seems like bought from local supermarket.I still paid for food, because this is someone’s business.but honestly an appalling meal, I would have expected some sort of review of this horrible food from them to ensure I was happy or something considering it is health snd safety issue.Orange juice is not freshly squeezed in my opinion. I could be wrong, I feel again it came from a box cartoon.Maybe it was just a one off bad dish. I personally would not voluntarily choose to return to this restaurant. I’m a major foodie, and was very disappointed.Positive note- staff are nice.

Really nice affordable spot for brunch or dinner.Love the atmosphere. Casual and good service. Menu had a lot of options.Had the pancakes with berries and nutella. Very delicious and good value for money. Ingredients were pretty fresh.This is a chain so there are a few in town. Highly recommend for lunches, brunches or casual dinners.

Very small, but quite nice love the concept 24hrs, went after a work shift. Staff seem nice enough. A bit slow on taking our order (I was hungry mind), Fast food service as soon as they had taken our food and drinks order. Food was on point!!! very tasty compliments to the Chef. I did order a side scrambled eggs dry which there was mixed up with my side, this was rectified very quickly and my scrambled eggs was perfect!! Id go again.

3.5 stars rounded up to 4....I feel like this is Londons version of what Dennys is to California...it was a comfy place to wat and everything seemed to be at a very reasonable price. Would come back if I was looking for an inexpensive place to eat for good quality. The staff was very friendly and met our every request. 24 Hour Food & Alcohol 💃🏾Great restaurant. I always go here late at night when everything else is closed. Good food, good cocktails and a great atmosphere and its too expensive either 😁

This fast became one of my favourite breakfast/brunch places to visit order from using ubereats or Deliveroo unfortunately they seem to be the only place in the world that I have come across that now use burger buns as a bap. The first time I ordered a bap it was a standard/normal bap (a roll). The second time I got a burger bun which they thought it was a mistake and UberEats confirmed it was (2016and dealt with it accordingly. The second time which was a few weeks ago and 28th October this time using Deliveroo.I no longer use UberEats due to their poor service and one order they can find my address and the next order they can’t do it was always hit and miss. I never thought I would but Deliveroo in the same category in terms of customer service. I slaws told this is how VQ do baps which one my first ever order was a normal bap in a roll and two it is not stated on their menu that their bap is not a bap but a burger bun. As I result I am no longer using Deliveroo.There apple crumble is always burnt too.Update: 01/01/2019 - order brunch my myself and my mother. We eat half of the meal to discover that the breakfast muffin was mouldy. Clearly they don’t do quality checks. How could they not see it? They deserve 0 stars and I will no longer order or eat from VQ Chelsea.Update: I got w refund near two weeks later. As Deliveroo claimed Theo needed to investigate. Despite the fact that I had proof of purchase, pictures and reported it right away. Deliveroo basically implied that I was lying. VQ Chelsea never contacted me to apologies and Deliveroo didn’t tell me how this could have even happened.

Decent late night restaurant/bar which is famous for being open 24 hours (hence the name I guess!). We went as a small group on Saturday night and it was very busy at 1am. Staff were a little rushed and there were a couple of errors with our order which were quickly rectified. The food is a little expensive (about £7 each for the below choices- I guess its the premium you pay for late night options. We had chicken liver pate with caramelised onions and sourdough bread (would be better if the bread was toasted), sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie. None stood out but they were average with no bad dish. If its the middle of the night, you can do much worse than to come here.
