See the lady there at the time of visit is bossy, no smiling face, shes the only one on duty attending to a great number of people. Unfortunately thats the only Vodafone office in whole of Cape coast and some nearby municipalities. She keeps using "the network is down" as excuse. My God!Two other gentlemen were there helping with SIM re-registration. Mehn!

Their Internet services are I sufficient. Their customer service representatives have no decision making power over the simplest matters and waste your time by submitting worthless reports to Corporate of which they refuse to give customers contact information for undesirable and inept services or valid customer complaints.They have inability to solve a simple company error or mix-up. Therefore, the customer looses and cannot recoup their losses...No, comps for losses are offered.
