Nice boutique hotel convenient to everything in Phnom Penh. Engaging and truly helpful staff from setting up my phone with a new sim card to inviting us to their 5th anniversary celebration the night of our arrival. Nice breakfast dining options throughout the day. Quiet rooms with all the usual amenities.

Stay at your own risk! We stayed there for 5 days with a group of friends, an employee entered with a key into one of our parties rooms at 1:30am without knocking!! When he noticed there was more then one person sleeping in the room and both ladies woke up he told them they forgot their key downstairs at the restaurant! They were not at the restaurant downstairs and they had their key in their room, he used the housekeeping key to enter the room then he quickly left when he was busted! When brought up to staff in the morning nobody could give a reason why he entered the room, there was no explanation of the policy for entering a guests room especially at 1:30am!! There was no manager to talk to and the staff just blew us off like it was no big deal! My question is what would have happened if there was only one woman in the room and she didn’t wake up with the sound of him being in her room?!?! Shame on the lack of management at this hotel. We will ensure nobody we know stays there again! If you stay there lock the dead bolt, use the chain, put a chair in front of the door and make sure you are a light sleeper, the staff is shady!!

I don’t know your hotel policy for entering a guest room but I do know that it’s not at 1:30am. Your associate entered Kyrora using a hotel key without knocking for permission to enter. When he realized that it was more than one occupant, he used the excuse that we left our key downstairs at the adjacent restaurant. We were terrified for various reasons 1)room entry without permission 2hotel staff was the culprit 31:30am is unacceptable 4no apologies from the associate who entered 5no apologies from the management staff.This is not a matter to take lightly. We had a big group with us and this set them uneasy for future stay at your establishment. You did not tell me how your hotel would address this situation to your associates so it won’t happen again. You did not set my mind at ease to stay here but minimize my concerns. For future guests, I urge you to use all the locks, chain and prop a chair if you are going to stay here.

Bonic boutique hotel, excel.lentment ubicat al centre de Phnonh Penh . És un petit oasi dins la ciutat. Personal molt atent i amable. Bon esmorzar amb diferents opcions, preparat al moment. Habitacions netes amb llits còmodes. La piscina sagreix després dun tour per la ciutat.Sens dubte, el recomanaris

Ein wunderschönes familiäres Hotel im alten Kolonialstil, in sehr guter und für diese Stadt ruhiger Lage. Essen ist khmer und westlich ausgezeichnet mit serviertem Frühstück. Meiner Meinung ein Geheimtip in der Seitengasse.

I love the congee here. Avocado shakes are on point. And i have to add that grandma is one of the most sincere and sweetest person that I have run into while living here.

I had a decent stay here recently for a work trip. What really stands out to me is the breakfast—high quality and half a dozen made to order options. The staff are also overly nice.I was voluntarily upgraded to a family room, even through I was by myself. It felt like, well, a room a lot of children had spent time in—a little worn. The room didn’t look like any of the rooms I saw while booking. Also, the concrete floor being painted green was odd. It felt a bit like staying in your wealthy Cambodian auntie’s city villa.My dad stayed down the street and I found his place much swankier.

This place does Boutique well. Staff is well trained and are very friendly. Clean, well decorated and spacious rooms. Great water pressure, ac and fast WiFi. The plunge pool is a welcome reprieve after a hot day. The bartender and drinks are as solid as the breakfast they provide. Only gripe is that the beds could be a bit more comfortable but overall we loved our stay here.

Brilliant stay at a lovely old building with excellent staff that never stop laughing and smiling

The manager , Florian, is nothing par Excellence! He bent over backwards to help me with every facet of our stay even after I had left the VMANSION!! I cannot say enough kind words about this individual including his staff. Mr. Chantha at front desk was completely understanding and genuinely cared about the problems which inevitably occur while Overseas and I had a few! From needing an address for my bank to send a new card to needing a place to keep my expensive laptop while I hunted down an apartment. No task was too big for them to assist. The food was so fresh and simply cooked which was such a welcome retreat from stomach upsets. It is a restful oasis in amongst the throng of activity with staff that make you truly feel like family. Located in centre of city this little gem is a perfect place to stay. Staff where very friendly room was good size with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Would recommend as easy access to all attractions. Have NO complaints.

Good but can more better

Un hôtel à la décoration vraiment superbe et très bien situé. Très agréable, la piscine est vraiment petite mais elle se trouve dans un écrin très mignon alors on oublie et on en profite!

Rooms were large and clean. Comfortable beds. Staff speak good english. Small swimming pool adjacent to reception. Staff helpful in arranging transportation and tours. Breakfast was good with actual bacon which has been a rarity. Real coffee. Restaurant prices high by Cambodian standards. Location near to central market and national museum but you may want to take a tuk tuk as the sidewalks are miserable.

Personnel super sympa. (VraimentSuper bien situé. Resto amical et bonne nourriture. Ils ont fait des pieds et des mains pour nous servir le petit déjeuner avant notre départ à 6h15. Déco authentique et chaleureuse. Seul bémol de petites fourmis dans la chambre...

Spacious room with neat decoration. Nice shower room, excellent location. The swimming pool and poolside are lovely, but relatively tiny.

Very nice little botique hotel in a great location in Phnom Penh. Close to Central market and the river. Staff were very helpful and informative at check in. Room was cute and had a great shower. Pool area wasnt huge but that was ok. The breakfast was not a self service bar but the offerings on the menu very nice. Great happy hour for drinks too!

Really nice place to stay

We had a great short stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, especially the fresh juices. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is in a quiet street, but you can take a short walk to almost every point of interest. There are also tuktuks waiting in front of hotel of course :although Phnom Penh wasnt our most favourite city, we would visit this Hotel again.

When I stepped in at 8am - the guy at reception asked me "Are you here to check in?" and told me that I could leave my stuff there whilst I explored the city before coming back at 12. I went to Central Market and came back around 10am to dump my shopping and the guy was more than happy to look after it for me.The room itself (I had Mekongwas big and spacious. I did not need so much room as I was travelling solo but families will greatly appreciate the amount of space.Water and bananas (and longans, I think, I didnt eat themare provided, which is nice seeing how I didnt know where else to get fruits.The location is quite good - about a 15 minute walk to either the National Museum or Central Market or the Royal Palace. I did not use their tuktuk services, but booked a cruise at night. Receptionist was happy to help even though they dont usually take solo travellers.Breakfast was really yummy too! You could choose between a few sets and I chose the Asian one - consisting of beef noodles, a croissant, some fruit, Apple juice and coffee. It filled me well for a day of travels.Overall I had a very good experience in this hotel. Was quite sad I had to leave :(

Nice hotel and great staffs!! One of them s able to speak Thai! And nice breakfast!

Modern and clean. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant but it was good. Staff spoke good English and was helpful with arranging tuktuk drivers. Pool was small but fine. Pretty good location. A little away from riverfront, but walkable. Good hotel overall.

오후 리셉션 직원분 정말 친절, 사장님도 엄청 친절함. 우버기사와 문제가 생겼는데 호텔 체크아웃 후에도 전직원이 나와서 문제를 해결해줌. 대충 우리가 해결하고 갈 수도 있었지만 굳이 다시 호텔에 가서 도와달라고 했더니 다들 나와서 해결해줌. 정말 고마웠음.동남아 치고 객실이 습하지 않았음. 습한거 엄청 민감해서 4성도 고민하고 찾아다니는데 여긴 날씨가 안좋은 날도 들어가서 에어컨 몇분 틀면 괜찮았음. 청결하고 매트리스도 편안함. 디스크 환자도 문제없음. 수압도 쎄고 변기도 괜찮음. 조명고 어두컴컴하지 않음.냉장고, 냉동실 있음. 객실 넓어서 속시원함. 개미 없음. 풀은 작지만 아담하고 예쁨. 정원도 잘 꾸며놓았음.동남아식 건물이지만 부티크 호텔이라 시끄러운 사람들이 없어서 묵는 내내 조용히 잘 보내다 왔음. 우리가 묵은 2층방에서는 뷰는 크게없었지만 (나무들이 막 보이는데였음)외부 도로 소음은 없었음. 방이 워낙 널찍해 뷰가 크게 영향을 주진 않음.조식은 주문형, 주스가 착즙임. 진짜 핵존맛. 다른 메뉴는 평범함. 아메리칸에 크로아상 맛있었음. 과일도 정성껏 한 접시 가져다줌. 매일 죽 먹었는데 한국인에게는 좀 짜니까 싱겁게 해달라고 하면 좋음.벙껭꽁이랑 거리는 있는데 오히려 조용하고 좋았음. 그 주변은 밤에 시끄러울거 같았음.저녁 비행기라 짐도 맡아주고 체크아웃도 2시에 해줘서 점심먹고 들어와 샤워하고 공항왔음. 여튼 고마왔음!근데 호텔 택시가 8불로 정해져 있는데 택시기사가 공항 샌딩해주더니 15불 요구. 고마운 일이 있어서 걍 주고 말았음.

가격, 시설, 친절 어느것 하나 부족함 없는 호텔. 조식은 살짝 아쉽지만 나머지가 충분히 커버함. 우버 택시기사와 요금때문에 문제가 생겼는데 직원들이 다 나와서 도와줘 무사히 해결할 수 있었음.

good hotel, but pricey for the extras

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location in Phnom Penh. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are very nice! The hotel also has a restaurant and a pool (both are small but really nice.)

A cozy hotel you can find in town

Small, intimate hotel amid the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean (ask for pool view). Hotel offers good range of tours. Would highly recommend.

For the price, its a great hotel. Clean, modern and decent size rooms. Staff spoke English well and service was excellent. I paid US$100/night for a family room which has 3 beds and includes breakfast (decent food).
