Pasta with meat tasted scampi, when I tell this on the desk, the behavior was like I was lying, even though I tell this after I pay the bill. I did not eat that meal at all.

One of my favorite place. Whenever I go to IKEA, I stop by and order their amazing spaghetti bolognese. Elegant but comfortable atmosphere, good prices and delicious food, plus parking area for your car. What do you need more 😁

Good ambience, Play Area for kids.. so perfect place to go with kids. Food is also good. But on weekends one has to wait long which can be annoying. Would always love to go on normal days. Trimassu is amazing.

Food is good. Not amazing, but good and not expensive. However, the concept of waiting in line is not very fun. They should give numbers or pagers while you wait so people can go wait and talk on their table.

Good variety of Italian dishes- the waiting time can however be quite high

The restaurant is conveniently located at the A73, exit Poppenreuth. They have free parking in front of the restaurant.The Vapiano concept is a bit strange: you need to order your food at the food stations and wait for it. Last time we waited for 30 min, because there were so many customers.Seating was good, but not very comfortable.Staff was friendly, but they really should introduce a service where they bring you your food to the table. Some fast food places, like McDonald’s have that by now. No reason Vapiano shouldn’t be able to do that as well.I had a reef and beef salad, with double beef for around 12 euro. It was good, but a bit pricey for what I got.

Cozy and stylish atmosphere. Nice concept of an Italian "fast-food", but I think its sometimes necessary to take the time for preparing meals - wasnt always happy with my pasta. Wine and desserts are also really good..

Lovely place with great food, the upper part of the restaurant tends to be drafty in winter though.

Went on a Mother’s Day lunch.. the food was tasty and fresh! You do have to wait in line to order and see your food getting prepared in front of you. So if you’re really hungry, then avoid rush hours

Great food oncebut the atmosphere be co es more and more fastfoodish. Not because of the interior and concept but staff from welcoming to ordering to leaving was stressed and jaded.

Is okay. The food is fresh. Dont expect atmosphere or romantic. Its good food, some times you have to wait on line. My wife loves the franchise.

The food was fantastic and reasonably priced, 33 euro for three adult meals and two drinks. While the staff on the day we went were not fluent in English they spoke enough that we were able to get what wanted. The atmosphere was very nice and they had a good selection of food for children. We were a bit confused on ordering, they give you a card when you come in that you take to a counter to order but they dont give you a card for children. Each person needs to use their own card to order and children go on an adult card. If you want pasta you go to one part of the counter and another for pizza. Still I would definitely go again.

I was in the city for a day. I was searching for vapiano because I knew how good it is. Didnt let me down at all. Amazing pizza once again.

Kind people, very fast service. There is not much variety on the menu but there is quality.I strongly recommend.

Self-served style. Ordered food with one of the chefs, watched while he cooked, picked up the food, picked a table, and enjoyed the food. The food was great!

I loved the place especially summer time because you can sit outside.

Normally is a 5 stars for us but the last 3 times the service was a lot lower quality and messed up our order. New staff needs to pay more attention to the customer requests Nd a lot less time playing with the supervisors.

I must admit I went here three times before I started liking the food. Now that I like it I think its rather good even if sometimes the service takes a long time, I feel like there are way more customers than theres staff so the lines tend to be long but on a good day its enjoyable.

Excellent food. But too long a wait in the queue for pasta. Hence a star reduced. Make sure you go there before you are too hungry 😁😁😁

Italian restaurant.i recommend pasta in this restaurant.and the cake ...they call" die with chocolate" ...you can eat it.

The place promises to be different- where you are given a charge card which gets loaded on the basis of what you drink or eat, and when you check out you pass on this to the billing desk for payment. While the food is good and the people are nice - I do not like the idea of having to order for a wine and then keep it on some table and then queue up almost 30 minutes to have your food. In the end the promised hi-tech check out did not happen as they could not trace my credit card payment to take a print out of the receipt. then I literally repeated my order and got the bill made... May be costs are saved on manpower- but for the crowd I saw at the place and knowing the efficiency or waiters in Europe , they could do away with the self service

Good place, good people, very tasty food. Unfortunately, when it gets even remotely busy it is a very long time waiting. The ordering system is not the most efficient. Although understandable why they are doing this.

Not recommended for a dinner with friends. We spent most of our time queueing rather than sitting and relaxing together. Seperate queues to order, pizza, pasta and drinks. Food was ok but nothing special.

Dont order pizza, unless you want to wait hours, i think they haveto milk the cow and produce the cheese fresh before making the pizza, or they build new brick ovens with every pizza order.... Get it right.

It took 1 hour to get the pizza ready when they told me that the waiting time was 15 minutes, and i lost time on my lunch break.I spent 6.90 euro for a REALLY SMALL "pizza margerita" I think its too expensive

Nice new venue - however perhaps as they also offer takeout here, the pizza took a long time to be prepared - be aware!

Viapiano è una certazza per mangiare bene. Questo locale offre un parcheggio molto comodo. Purtroppo quando siamo andati noi era appena finita una grande festa, quindi mancavano diversi piatti, ingredienti per le pizze e birre. PEccato!!! // Viapiano is a certainty to eat well. This venue offers a very convenient parking. Unfortunately when we went they had just finished a big party, so they missed several dishes, ingredients for pizzas and beers. Sin!!!

I just love Italian food and the fact that it is made in front of you just makes it so much better. The place is new and looks really nice.

This is an amazing place.. I had dinner couple of times here this week. Very tendy place for authentic Italian food. You feel connected the moment you step in. Staff is so helpful and always ready to help and suggest options
