Beautiful scenery with great service. The cocktails might be expensive but they make sure to put enough alcohol in there to compensate.

Wow, if you like inventive gastronomy and a great view with very enthusiastic service this is heaven for you!I had a great meal with my colleagues and the staff were adorable. A very competent chef in the kitchen made the whole experience just sublime. Pick your day to visit, if the weather is good, the sunsets finish of a perfect evening

We arrived on a Thursday evening, first taking in a view from the skybar and then for an extensive five-course meal. The staff were amazingly friendly, accommodation for and awareness of allergy (nutwas top-notch, and most importantly, the food was stunningly delicious and well presented. A must visit again restaurant.

Vane Skybar is a fantastic rooftop bar in Eindhoven and on top of that, one with some great cocktails and bar bites. While the bar area is fairly small, it opens up with a deck and terraces that wrap the bar. The cocktail menu is modern, with different categories based on a flavor profile. There was a Vesper martini though and it was fantastic! For two nights, Claudio was a great host and bartender and suggested other things on the menu, such as Anjo, a Japanese Whiskey that is only available in the NL. There is a small food menu with some decent poke bowls as well as a few entrees and Dutch bar bites like bitterballen. Definitely a great place for drinks and the views!

Arrived at around 10pm. No table available even being a hotel resident. Went for a drink and it seemed pretty empty. So not sure if was related to staffing rather actual space availabilityTried the risotto with mushrooms as a room service and it was a let down.3 stars for the views only

It has been the best rooftop bar in Eindhoven since I arrived. Vane never disappoints with its sunset views! Hospitable and cheerful staff! Laura and Claudio were specially wonderful with their drinks suggestions and taking care of us.

Delicious food and wine with nice service

Superb restaurant with a fantastic view on the city centre.Our experience started with a warm and super professional reception. The restaurant vibe is very stylish and most tables have a direct view on the city skyline.Lotte, the sommelier, is one of the best we ever had: charming, professional and very knowledgeable and experienced on wine (evidently).The menu is worth every penny: fantastic flavours, wonderfull presentation, attention to detail and a cook with an absolute passion for his profession (and a very friendly guywith clearly a great kitchen team.The courses followed on a very good pace and the service was excellent during the entire experience.An absolute ‘must do’. We’ll come again soon.

We only visited the skybar but all the staff were super friendly and helpful, great service with quick ordering and helpful when choosing drinks. Fairly priced given it is part of a hotel. Nice music, great atmosphere.The one negative is that the place is tiny, 20 people fill it but you cant have everything 😁

Really quiet, was expecting it to be full on a Sunday-afternoon. Employee told me it varies. So we had a free pick of all spots to sit down. Nice (localbeers. Nice view.

You book a table at the Skybar to enjoy the sun and the views. We were shoveled into some obscure table, completely shaded, next to some plastic covers. I’m happy to pay premium if I get the views and the sun, but today my disappointment was just immeasurable! As usual, the cocktails and food were good.

Major disappointment. Made reservations a week before. When we arrived,we were parked somewhere at the back side of the building, no panoramic view over the city or sun. I do not mind paying 18 euro for a drink, but I do expect than to have the experience that’s goes along with it. At least tell me on forehand that you gonna park me at the back of the bus.Should score 0 stars, but the drinks were good, so one star it is. All and all a nice place, if they give you a proper seat.

Sky bar was one of worst experiences. Our group came for drinks and some bites. We booked table 3 weeks before! First we were told that we can sit in one place then barmen asked us to move next to the toilet as this table will be used for another larger group (well fine, sometimes it happens and it does makes sense). We were seated and eventually bigger group was same size as ours, we just didn’t got that table because of some magical reason (ok never mind).We ordered cocktails, they were pricey and very very small (I am talking here about 50/70ml- well sometimes that is expected from high end places (however never experienced that even in 3 Michelin star restaurants, shard sky bar etc, never mind let’s continue). But then we ordered oysters and we actually understood that place is just very bad. Oysters in this Sky bar was one of worst experiences. Oysters were brought by somebody from the kitchen to our table (looked like chef but hard to say for sure). I did asked is it possible to order something from the restaurant and got a reply “you should plan better next time if you want to eat, you are in the bar”. (Seriously ? I never had such a reply from staff, he could have said “no, sorry”). Well back to Oysters, oysters are priced 4 euros per peace, you expect GILLARDEAU oysters or at least in the same level, NO they use the cheapest gigantic oysters during months without “R”, when they mate ! It was the milkiest most discussing oysters I ever tried. That is not it, it came with Mayo and huge shell peace’s inside (picture attached), no vinegar or lemon juice!!! which is essential. We went to another restaurant in the city to kill horrible aftertaste of oysters in our mouth and have decent size drinks. Basically place is just hugely overpriced and very very very very very BAD. Nobody from our group is coming there ever again.

This was an amazing food experience. We were welcomed and taken care of by an amazing staff. The details that were taken with every course and wine was to perfection. My wife and I are vegetarian and we felt like we were in a dream with what Cas and his team prepared for us. If youre in Eindhoven and want a special food experience, this is the place!!!

Spotless service and atmosphere. Unique within Eindhoven. I was there with my family for a biethday dinner some months ago and the attitude of the staff was the best I’ve seen in restaurants in the whole of the Netherlands. There was always someone ready to fill up your glasses if there was even a suspicion of you running out of drinks, but they also manages to do so in the most discrete and non-obtrusive way; it never felt like they were waiting on you or that they were just idle. You just got the impression that before you even realized you’d need them, they had solved your problem.The multi-dish arrangement was actually quite tasty and diverse, and it felt like it was never really ending.Overall we got a very good vibe of this place and would definitely recommend to anyone who would like a good celebratory event with incomparable city views

Amazing view, great food, really good wine and knowledgeable and friendly staff. The oenologist was particularly nice and really helpful, the wine choice was perfect to go with the amazing food. I loved the experience! They were super nice and made a 4 course meal all vegan and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

The bar staff were horribleHe wasn’t listening to any of our requests (indirect racism because of our skin colour is black).The food came and we asked for well-cooked and we got something that wasn’t even rare!We asked for the food either to be recooked or be discounted as it was completely INEDIBLE.For the first time, he actually interacted! Though, he said neither could be done. This is just sheer and utter laziness.I will NOT be coming back to the bar, and I will NOT be coming back to this hotel EVER- the service at the bar was utterly disgusting, so don’t think of sending unnecessary ads or giving me a voucher to come for a discount, as I will NOT accept it! 😠

Visited the cocktail bar, wanted to have a friend taste a real Mexican drink so ordered a mescal from the menu. We got a tequila which is absolutely not the sameThe bartenders acted like it its the same, if you know mescals you know its not. Too pricey, too liberal with naming drinks on the menu

I have heard friends recommend this place with fantastic cocktails, however, we have tried to go 2 times and one time is even during week days. The reception didn’t even check anything just directly told us that skybar is full!!! They didnt make any suggestions such as makings reservation or try later. But simply in a bad attitude and couldnt wait to kick us out. I would never recommend my friends or family to stay in this hotel when they visit, you can tell the hotel is not hospitalization at all which really shocked me.

Ive been here several times and have told many of my friends and colleagues about this place. So decided to go last night with out of town family and friends. We were rudely turned away!! We had guests from the US and we felt a great amount of hostility from the staff. Wondering if they dont like Americans but that would be really out of policy as a hotel bar servicing international guests. We had a large group but there were clearly 8 seats available at the Skybar. The young lady at the bar looked at us up and down as if we were vagrants off the street and said it wasnt possible for our large group. I said there are clearly seats available and we would be fine sitting apart. She told us it was not possible but I see you have too many people. Two of from our party were leaving anyways. I have a background in client services and you would never ever speak to a guest this way. I was with out of town guests to show them the best of Eindhoven. What a rude rude awakening. The lady at the bar was basically trying to find any excuse not to service us. We were with family trying to show them our new home in this city - horrid. She didnt apologize about her rudeness, did not offer a sorry about the situation or offer to welcome us back next time - she didnt even say goodbye or good evening!! Is this a hospitality group? At least be courteous and this wasnt the case. This is a Friday night, the place was not full. The restaurant had only one table with people. We considered getting drinks and food there but were already disgusted by the lack of professionalism and hospitality. Eindhoven was their last stop after visiting Milan, Barcelona and Paris. Keep their less than stellar amount of hospitality in mind if you are an English speaker and dont look like a local.

This is one of my... no wait, this is my favorite place to get a drink in Eindhoven. The ambiance is just great when youre at VANE Skybar. The inside feels very cosy and the menu is good and reasonably priced compared to other skybars. When youre outside in the summer, you get great views of the city of Eindhoven. The staff is always very attentive and its great that they serve complimentary water and a variety of nuts.

The bar is super tiny with bad ventilation. Nice view only if you sit outside. We couldnt stay there because of no space. When we asked if we could have a drink in an empty restaurant below the bar, the answer was that we cannot. If we dont eat, we cannot be served. And it doesnt matter if out of 30 tables in the restaurant there was only ONE table taken. And its by the way 7 pm on Saturday.

Good selection of hand made cocktails, classy atmosphere and good service. If the weather is nice you can enjoy a great view of Eindhoven

Nice staff, nice view, nice drinks. But the interior design of the bar leaves something to be desired. Its a fully functional hotel bar, not a place to go if you are looking for a romantic or cosy environment. The restaurant part is very good and affordable. Not allways open by the way. So check opening hours on the internet first.

Excellent food, and very good explanation of the courses and the accompanying wines served. Point of criticism: bar quite cramped, and it took too long for the first drinks to be served to a group there.

The best part in my opinion is the bar.It’s a cozy place, the staff is very friendly and they serve great cocktails (best in Eindhoven).The view over Eindhoven is also very nice. I come here often and it never disappoints.Too bad the are no longer service the duck samosas (they were very delicious)

Excellent cocktails but expensive. Which I get, for a "bar with a view". However, as much as I love Eindhoven, the view just isnt that nice. Also, make sure you sit at one of the high tables - if you sit at a normal table, you wont see anything, as the balcony walls are not transparent.

Pricey but excellent value for money. Quality cocktails, great location and view and a nice atmosphere.Small point for improvement: make sure all the staff are enthusiastic, open and know what they are selling. Premium price for a premium cocktail works best with a premium sell

Staff is absolutely not trainened to serve. They are good kids, but they have not even idea what theyre selling. They dont even know if the local telephone connection in the building is available for customers (which it should be). The kids(all the staffthemselves are good.. Its the manager who clearly doesnt do his/her job!The view is amazing! The intention is good.

Excellent! We had a three course meal with the matching wine arrangement. Every bite was a pleasant surprise. Sensational flavour combinations. The wine complimented every course. The staff was very friendly and of course the view was amazing.

Great food, awesome views, nice and attentive staff. The only thing it lacks is a true restaurant atmosphere. You are eating at the buffet area of a hotel.

On top of the NH Hotel with great views over Eindhoven.The service/ server we had was fantastic. Funny, friendly and attentive.The place has a modern interior and was busy but not packed. Great place to go if youre staying at the hotel... Or just for drinks.

Great view, both from the restaurant and sky bar. The food is very good, although the waiters still had to get used to the new menu. The cheese platter could be a lot better with a different sequence. Wine pairing was excellent.

Very nice and cozy bar. It is much smaller than the restaurant because it has a terrace and feels a little crammed.

Opened late 2017 and already very, very fine food. We ate on a Tuesday night with a five course surprise menu. Great flavours, from Spanish to Asian to French oriented. But all freshness and lightness with them. Combined with fitting wines this evening will be one of many in this great restaurant.

Lovely dinner, wine and cocktails! Enjoyed every bite of the refined dishes. Chef is capable of making special flavour combinations.

The best view in town. The cocktails arent the cheapest around but they are made with competence and skill. The guys behind the bar are friendly, know their cocktails and are more than happy to listen to your specific cocktail requests
