Cute place with great atmosphere, tasty food and a varied menu including veggie options. Prices are very reasonable for the area, and they do great happy hour deals too. The staff is kind but a lot of servers seem new or inexperienced. Its not an issue though as theyre nice and will find a way to help. In the summer there are tables outside which are lovely. It seems theyre trying to ramp up with events too - although I havent been able to make one yet, they seem really fun!

Very expensive for a local deli store in Sheen. They now price their product in store like eating in a restaurant. The deli bar for tiny to-go portions literally now costs like a starter at a restaurant. (the cheese, antipasti di mare, etcThe price tag is shocking given that there are so many stores in London that import identical produce. Really disappointing, I used to be a regular but will have to go to Barnes now

Very friendly. Good menu. But had clams with spaghetti.clams were soooo small. But was tasty. Drinks were pricey.

Got pleasantly surprised today on my way to Waitrose to discover that we have this new deli in the neighbourhood 💫The shelves are stocked with some of the nicest European artisan delicacies are including Brindisa ibérico prosciutto ham!Greeted and served by very nice team of shop assistants - Thank you!Reasonably priced considering the high quality food they sell.Bit disappointing that such nice shop doesn’t sell specialty Belgium hot chocolate, Matcha tea, Matcha latte, or sandwiches with rye, sourdough or other specialty bread. Hence four stars.Meal deal was very tasty 👌🏻

Visited twice last week with the family. Pizzas were amazing. Good service, friendly staff. Great traditional Italian desserts. Good value and we’ll be back.

Great food! Pasta tasted amazing! We ordered many seafood dishes and all tasted fresh. The cannolis were so good - a loyal customer recommended us to order all their desserts at their display and check out their grocery down the road near waitrose. Service was really friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is spacious and a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy the evening. Prices are a little steep, but we are paying for quality after all. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the take away flat white coffee was not good- a flat white the same size as a latte, lukewarm and tasteless; threw away, sadly as bad as Starbucks

Been there couple of times food always great but service very slow. We waited for over 15min and was ready to order. All the staff kept looking over but did not come to serve us at all. We got fed up and decided to just leave. They didn’t even offer any drinks at all.

Have amazing lunch today , served but authentic family Bussines , I had Calamaris , Pizza and very cold beer served in a frozen glass . Amazing Experience as I had for long time since I visit them and they are getting better and better and better .

Consistently underwhelmed by this place. First few times Ive allowed, now fed up so reviewing.Staff are rude, mainly the men.Always find ways to inflate the bill meaning you have to awkwardly go back and ask why it is more than it should be.Today I was charged £6.95 for an item that was £3.75.After I was refunded I worked out I was still over charged and paid for the dine in cost despite having as take out.Small change I know but time and again its a deliberate act to squeeze more money.£10 for a simple pepperoni pizza that was cold, cheese hadnt even melted.This place should be so good but it is so shabby.

I booked for the first time and since it was mine and my partner’s first experience, it was great. The service was responsive and friendly with constant welcoming and smiling faces. We ordered few starters to try, aranchini, meatballs, calamari fritters and focaccia bread with mozeralla. Out of 4, top were aranchini(1stand 2nd meatballs 3rd focaccia. Calamari fritters were not upto our expectations. Later, Lasagna was the most fresh, it was cooked well and great flavors, melting in our mouths. And lastly, pizza, which was wooden fire, the aroma of roasted bread was wonderful and the buratta- amazing cheese. Overall amazing experience, and we enjoyed our special little date with a rose flower and two Prosecco glass of drink as complimentary. Thankyou 😋

Visited from First time as it was recommendation from a local , Ambient 5, food 5, service 5 , noice moderate, price are ok , clinical clean , tasty food and good portion , nice bar area at the from of the restaurant with a variety selection of gin , I had the opportunity to see the kitchen in my way to the toilet , full Italian Chefs in there , clean and safe environment too. I cant wait to visit them again .

my place in the world , love my seat in the sofa under the skylight, even if is raining or in a bright day , being in this restaurant for many years and never disappointed me. Enzo the chef always looking at my dishes, for years , the new look of the shop is fresh, cozzy and clean.

I’m sorry to say it, but after buying salsiccia Toscana in Valentina (the one next to Waitrosemy partner and I were feeling very bad. We cooked it according to instructions straight afyer we returned form the store, it was the only thing we ate that evening along with some home cooked rice and carrots so no doubt that was the reason we both got sick. I’m sorry to leave it here but I’d like to make responsible people aware and to ask them they make sure products are stored in a correct way so they don’t go bad or maybe to investigate it?

Very disappointing. Two pizzas with uncooked toppings so raw(!garlic slices on one and very soggy bottoms on both. Not what I hoped for at all and expensive at over £20. Never again.

Had dinner there recently for the first time. Surprised with the portion size for the price, but the food was relatively tasty - nothing extra special. General lack of attentiveness from the staff - even though it was only us and 2 other tables in the restaurant.Staff were friendly enough, but little more training on small things (eg. clearing plates when everyone wasnt finished- expected that level of detail in such a restaurant.Think we were expecting that little bit more from the restaurant so views might have been skewed through expectation...

Best Italian restaurant in the SW14 area, Ive been 3 times since it reopened.Simply first class!

Only went in for their happy hour special, sitting outside on the bench in the sun. Service was good, graciously accepting that we would not order any food for this time. The menu looked very interesting, and the dishes served to the other tables were very appealing, so we will follow up with a full meal at some time.

Amazing experience last night , it was good to go back and see the restaurant full and good vives . I had the special menu “pasta di la nona “ ! Totally to recommend.

Really good day , amazing people and dishes , specially the risotto , hole-y in pizza a great invention ! I love it - totally recommended and I will back as I did for the last 10 years .

Hugely disappointing lunch.Seafood risotto: cooked Al dente, which is good, but mostly like plain boiled rice. No seasoning, no wine, no Parmesan. Very bland. Some cherry tomatoes. Some clams and mussels. One prawn. Quite sad.Tuna hole-y pizza: I had a conversation with my server while making the order which concluded that if the pizza did not come with cheese, I’d like to add some please. She wrote it down. Pizza came without. Also, while dough is great, zero effort in tomato sauce (polpa out of a tinor seasoning (no salt, pepper or oregano. Bland. Nicoise salad in the middle was fine but no dressing. Just the flavour of anchovies. Green beans cooked perfectly though.Fried calamari: tasteless. Even the “garlic mayo sauce” was mayo from a jar with some garlic. Very disappointing.We were Valentina customers many years ago in Putney and Sheen. I don’t think we’re coming back.

God where do I even begin! The food was amazing, absolutely devoured the arancini and thoroughly enjoyed the meatballs! Amazing! Would rate 10 stars if I could!

Always great authentic fresh Italiano produce and advice!! Where else can you easily acquire guanciale? Their canolli is fantastico and the spicy pesto is also supremo!!

Great authentic Italian delivery service. Fabulous vegetarian pizza, and the spinach and ricotta stuffed pasta in basil butter is a favourite.

Been coming here since we moved to Sheen 9 years ago - was always a favourite for a lazy lunch, now since covid is a go to as a Deli and particularly for takeaway pizza, definitely the best locally! Friendly, knowledgeable service, good authentic food and great coffee too. Cant resist their cannoli and arrogastini either...

A real taste of Italy. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome and a feel of Italy. The guys at the deli are so knowledgeable and helped me with a great cheese, charcuterie and wine pairing. I couldnt leave without a takeaway pizza to enjoy at home everything was perfect

A gem! Every time I step into Valentina is like I am back at home chatting away while having a coffee, getting some unmatchable quality Italian produce or ordering a take away pizza (nduja pizza is highly recommended for those who like spicy food). This is a truly Italian place serving/selling the best quality Italian food you can find (amongst many other things).

Love this place. Friendly, prompt service and the best, juiciest, fresh pizzas I have had outside of Naples. I wish I lived nearer to Sheen and Id go everyday, but Im in Dorset!

I put 2 stars because the bad quality of the customer service was trying really hard to overcome the excellent quality of food. I ordered 2 baguettes, 2 sicilian cannoli and 2 lobster and it took 20/25 minutes because the two men at the counter wanted to do ten thousands tasks all together while in the meantime trying to remember what we asked. They didnt even mention a "sorry" for the waiting especially because one of the two was really into a conversation with another customer, maybe a friend maybe not. Nevertheless, food was amazing so go but have in mind that the people who work there could be very slow.

I ordered a range of goodies for local delivery from Valentina in East Sheen online, having chatted to the staff beforehand. Ordering was easy and once they had the order, they delivered it to the very happy recipient within the hour! Really good service and a great place to buy lovely Italian products for a little indulgence.

Tried their pizza several times and always had a good and fast service. The food tastes good and made from quality ingredients. Ordered to my house a couple of times and can tell only the same - fast service, warm food and good customer service. Recommended.

Unfortunatly I had a bad experience. The pizza is has no taste, similar to the ones we find in children menu in some pubs. We can find much better ones in supermarkets. Ive order some pasta to my kid and that wasnt any great either. I believe most of their stuff is frozen, not fresh and they charge too much for what they deliver.Coming from a place very pround of its Italian roots, I was expecting more. Perhaps I should try the canelones.

Pizza was edible although felt like it was doused in olive oil and pesto. It was really hot and i asked if they could put the AC on. Waiter smiled said yes and ignored me. I asked again 15 minutes later. Another smile. Ignored again. I would have appreciated a more direct no.

Good food and atmosphere. Staff were very friendly. They /we went for a George Micheal tribute act. Overall brilliant evening!

Great Italian eatery! A large range of Italian food and drink. If your looking for a Italian experience in London this is the place.

Used to love this place years ago - the breakfasts were divine! Unfortunately, they no longer serve cooked breakfast so we opted to eat at lunch instead. Pizza was delicious, however basic. The place is lovely and feels authentic, however I feel it has lost its touch and is not the wonderful little hub it once was.

A restaurant within an italian food supply shop. Great service, great food, great prices!! Cant recommend enough. (Just keep your head down on the way out to avoid spending a fortune on fine italian meats, cheeses, sweeties lol)

We love Valentinas! Whenever we are having a catch up in Sheen this is always our place of choice. Authentic Italian food with the best ingredients. Delightful and attentive service, a varied menu and well selected wine list. Not forgetting an outstanding Italian deli. If you dont visit Valentinas then you are missing out! Book it!

The cooked breakfast options on weekends shouldnt be overlooked. Especially Campioni is a delicious breakfast dish for meat lovers! Due to its location on the road, almost all day the outdoor seating gets the sunlight. Service is always good, very welcoming and polite.

The perfect experience. You step into the deli and feel like you have come to friends for a very tasty lunch. My red wine was full of flavour and yet so, so smooth. After starter and main sadly no more room for the delicious looking pastries. I guess I have to come back again very soon.
