Amazing ferry service, lovely staff at a reasonable price. Captain slowed down so we could watch the whales for a while, and pointed out lots of other marine life as we went through the islands. Some of my favourite views from my 2 week holiday around BC/Seattle

I highly recommend this service. The staff was friendly and professional, the food and beverages were good and well-priced. Downtown Vancouver to downtown Victoria is convenient and the scenery is spectacular!

We saw a humpback!Been on this ferry 3 times. Everytime has been a great ride. Dont think i will use any other way to do the crossing.We have seen a variety of wildlife on our trips, a humpback breaching out of the water is definitely the highlight. Captain went out of his way to make sure we got a good view.Great service, comfy ride, good food and drink options.Thanks

This is such a great option to get to and from Victoria. I really wish I had used them before. The service onboard is very good, love that they served beer. Much better and more convenient than BC ferries!

The overnight package that includes a round trip and a stay at the Hotel Grand Pacific was excellent. V2V staff gave us a warm welcome. My daughters enjoyed the front row seats, complementary foods,drinks, wi-fi, USB/power outlets of the Royal Class. Thanks for making it a memorable coastal journey for my teen and tween daughters. We certainly book our next trip to Victoria through V2V.

Fast and comfortable. Had a cappuccino and it was made just right. A little difficult to find.

Summer time trip so Inside temp on the ferry was over 80 meanwhile its 65 outside and they say the air conditioning takes awhile to work. Sweating the entire trip. More like didnt work at all. Food was very limited but decent and service was good. Offered to move us down to the cheaper seats to avoid Sweating but no refund or discount. seats dont recline at all as advertised. Overall bad experience besides beautiful natural landscapes and enjoying family time. Clipper from Seattle was much better service, a more enjoyable ride and had air conditioning and accurate advertisement.

Great round trip to Victoria. Service is exceptional as is the food. Trip is 3.5 hours with spectacular views on the way.

Great service and an unforgettable experience during the sailing. The summer schedule is convenient to take a day trip to Downtown Victoria from Vancouver. Hopefully V2V service expands with a larger fleet and more sailings in the future!

Excellent! Very attentive & obliging staff, always with a smile. Very comfortable experience, & would recommend using their "Royal" offerings! Its well worth the extra being in the comfort of their upper deck service with elevated views as you travel across to Victoria!

Excellent service, comfortable vessel and friendly staff - I especially loved how they stopped the boat for a few minutes when we were lucky enough to see an orca whale off the starboard side, allowing everyone ample time to get some amazing photos. Will definitely be using this to go to Victoria whenever possible.

All I can say is wow. The customer service here is amazing, you can really tell the staff love their job. I was impressed with every staff member but particularly want to make a shout out to our server Adam. Ive had the pleasure of riding the boat while he is on shift three times and am always so impressed at his prompt service and ability to personally connect with his guests.This boat is such a necessary amenity when living on the island!! It is cheaper than flying and well worth the price upgrade from the ferries. It is so convenient that it goes from downtown Victoria to downtown Vancouver and you dont even have to bring your car! Some people are turned off at the amount of time it takes but I would way rather spend 3 hours to get right downtown than have to drive to Sidney plus after getting off the ferry have to work about making your way downtown.Keep up the good work guys!! Hoping by next summer you can add a second sailing per day

Terrible experience for my life

Convenient, civilized, scenic. Lovely boat, lovely people, lovely views. It’s going to be very difficult to go back to BC Ferries...Alas, it’s a bit on the pricey side for me to take every time I go to from Vancouver to Victoria, as I make the trip fairly often. But I will certainly sprinkle the luxury in every few trips!Highly recommended, if you can swing the $.

We had an INCREDIBLE time on this trip from Victoria to Vancouver. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly throughout the entire time. The breakfast was delicious and the boat was in new and immaculate looking condition. Would highly recommend this over the traditional ferry options (if you don’t have a vehicle).

This is a really classy operation. Me and six friends took the V2V this weekend and we had a great experience from beginning to end. We had purchased first class tickets a few months ago and were unable to use them because the ship was not yet ready. They were very apologetic and accommodating and gave us a long window to use the tickets. Service was impeccable. The crew stood on deck and welcomed us onto the ship. We had a delicious meal that was included in the first class price, as well as a few complementary drinks. There was a good selection of drinks and we enjoyed a delicious Rose from the Pender Island Sea Star winery. The captain saw us poking about curiously and welcomed us onto the bridge and showed us the ships control panel and various other things. When we passed a BC Ferries, one of the stewards came and let us know that it would throw quite a wake and so we would need to be prepared for a few bumps. He sat with us as we held our drinks and enjoyed the fun of the waves. Arriving right into downtown Vancouver is absolutely breathtaking. Through and through this was a very pleasant experience. Every one of us looked forward to our trip back home and wished that the ride was longer so that we could keep enjoying the drinks, the view, and the attentive service. We look forward to our next trip!

Super friendly crew! I actually found the least expensive middle seats more comfortable than the more expensive seats near the windows. (I dont know about the most expensive Royal Class.)

My experience was beyond my expectations. The staff was very friendly, attentive and made sure that I got the best experience possible! And the view, unbelievable. I highy recommend !!

Great customer service. The boat was very clean and new, fairly empty and quiet. Amazingly convenient, across the street from both our hotels in Victoria and Vancouver. We priced it out for two people and the cost of taking taxis and the ferry was about $40 less than v2v, so with our baby the convenience, time saving, and less hassle of changing modes of transport was well worth it. Plus, the views were beautiful!

Overall not good: I would give it one star but the crew is amazing.PRO- outstanding crew, clean ship, slightly convenient (if fixed)CON- schedule is horrible, so its not that convenient. Overall it takes the same amount of time as anything else, the only advantage is that you only have to deal with one ship. The class system makes no sense... economy class is packed together just like any other ship, and theres minimal advantage for other classes. Lastly, prices for the trip are completely unreasonable.If you really want to save time just take a flight from the harbor.

We took our grandchildren for a quick get away to Victoria. The staff on the V2V are very attentive and care that you enjoy your travel experience. Very comfortable seats and our area had wonderful tables with 3D map of the Islands to follow along as your glide across the waters. Very smooth ride and a bonus of sightings of whales! The most we counted at one time was 13! The ship stopped and we got a really good long time to watch and take a million pictures from the upper deck.Visitors from around the word were in awe, as were we who live in Beautiful BC. Active Pass is truly spectacular in its beauty.

Great experience taking V2V express from Vancouver to Vancouver Island Victoria. The ride was very smooth, sitting area was spacious, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed walking outside to enjoy the views around us. Unfortunately no whale spotting but if they do see whales they will slow down for you to see and enjoy. I definitely recommend this method of travel to any cities they service.

Really nice way to travel to Vancouver, especially if you dont have a car. We got kinda turned around and David (a staff membertotally helped us out - above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly! Beautiful ferry, the art on the outside is beautiful as well. Congrats on opening!
