Utopia Suite and Apartment in Enugu

Its a great suite for every one around the world with great customer experience and wonderful environment with great pools and bars. They have a high level of service towards their guess from the staffs and has been my best so far.

There services are great. Most things work like the AC, water heater, lighting etc.... The location is private, secure and nice.

Its OK for the price. Basic services. Took a while to clean the rooms. Over 2 hours cos we went out to eat, shop, came back and rooms were still not cleaned. Comfy beds. The bar was ok. They have a pool. Didnt indulge. Food ok but expensive. It cost N1500 for 2 indomie and eggs. Indomie was made into jollof and had too much onion. I dont like onion. Should have told them my personal preference, my fault. The location however is dope. Tranquil

Very horrible experience as the super executive room was a shadow of its name/description.No intercom, water rationed, mosquitoes infestation, poor internet service and poor service marked our 1 night stay in the facility.

Not bad. The restaurant was really slow anyway, but could be momentary. Intercoms were working, but no one responded.Overall, not a bad place. Good parking space, pool, and the food wasnt bad. Only I had to make my coffee myself. 😂

Currently undergoing slight renovations at the back of the premises, Utopia Hotels is really an utopia in the coal city.Located in a serene environment with an amazingly blue pool and a picture perfect environment, this hotel is definitely one of my favourite spots to visit in Enugu.

It is okay, it is serene and the service was okay. It is only that the meals are a bit expensive for the standard, and the WiFi is poor. I think the pool is also a shallow one. But if you looking for quietness, it is a place to be.

Its a nice hotel.. with good interior(loved the baby pink colour; tho maintenance should be looked at). A section should be created for snacks instead of it being in the receptionist space,makes it look clustered..

Located in a serene environment.Constant power supply.All facilities functional.Quick and efficient services.Tasty meals too.Only problem was the wi-fi was being rationed.Not much one can do with 250MB🤣

Nice. But de take light more than 15× a day and takes 2-3mins to switch on to Nepa or Gen. The wifi goes off once light goes off, so u need to keep on putting passwords

One of the good hotel Ive used, the rooms where well arranged and the A.c was on point,swimming pool was also okay, with a good reception hall.

Seemed unkept and poorly maintained. The attitude/capacity of their staff can be improved. Cracked walls, dirty environment. Located in a secure part of Enugu town.

Nice place. The customer service is very good and effective. The rooms are in good condition. I was particularly impressed with the state of the rest rooms. There is hot water available. The is DStv available and the air conditioning works fine.Its quiet at night, so expect quality sleep hours.For breakfast I had tea and toasted bread. It took less that 30 minutes to prepare and believe me, was very tasty. I loved it.

An okay place.The customer service people try their best to be friendly and helpful. My window had an issue and they promptly came to fix it. The external design is great and the rooms are okay. As I only spent a night here due to flight cancellation, I cannot say more about other services.I tried one meal and it was okay. They should however help their staff to be more modern in operations and overall demeanor. Also some rooms on the ground floor seem to be very sound-transparent. Walking along the passageway, everything happening behind the doors can almost be heard.

Friendly customer service, good looking and affordable room and service. Great for a getaway because of its serene atmosphere. And it has a poolside.

Good service given wasnt consistent (this is me putting it mildlybut I gave this 2 starts for 1. The constant supply of rude service desk agents and 2. Second hand smoke sharing the air with you as youre sure to have chronic bronchitis if you stay long enough 😉

Customer service is Excellent and very responsive. Food is great and maintenance too. The cleaners are always on time to clean the rooms, change sheets and towel. They have a good Wi-Fi too and pool. The rooms are quite small I expected the 10k room to be quite bigger than what I got aside that, its a great place to spend the night.

Serene environment, homely staff, cool pool, nice bar, electricity is on point. Room service is a bomb. Responses are quiçk. No delay in food preparation. Easy to access. Well dressed staff, shuttle services available including town site seeing. It is situated at an environment where there is less noise. Well, you may have to walk for about 2 minute to get to where you can pick a vehicle. There security measures too have to be improved as you can see people walk in and walk out without being questioned at the gate. They should also improve there utopia grill as its was not functioning while I was there. There point and kill fish too was not sited at the moment of visit. The house keepers too needs to be delegeint, there rooms are nice and welcoming. The silver room is small will very big bed and soft, one chair beside the bed but no table. Silver room bathroom is petite, it has a fridge in it and a TV set. Two side drawer and a telephone and menu stand. The AC in the room chills very well, no need of fans in the rooms as power supply comes from generator and EEDP.

Utopia Suite And Apartment is the first hotel I ever used in the east that does not offer anything complementary except tissue and a septol soap. The environment is serene but the majority of guests does not make it sane for corporate persons to consider.Their food is neither there nor here but the front desk staff is amazing. The hotel is only blessed with young and friendly staff. My two night is difficult to explain without affecting business for the owner. You can try a night, anyway.

My experience at Utopia is hard to describe due to the fact that I have used many nice hotels across the country. It is not a place for serious minded corporate people because of the way young men and women use the facility and what they do there. Nothing is complementary here and the gym is not working. You would have thought it is a low-budget hotel but no, it costs about the same like others around town who provide better services. Unfortunately, the owners reaction when I asked for a sachet of coffee indicates that he thinks so highly of his facility. I am being modest, anyway. I cant lodge here another time.

Decent hotel, staff are polite and well culture the executive luxury rooms are basic not thing out of this world, hot water runs and the bedside refrigerator works, the beds are comfortable with 6 pillows.

Because i liked the pool and the food so much Ill give it 3 stars. Room could be better for the price. Remote control for the TV didnt work. Staff were however very friendly..
