Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent meals.

I was very much impressed by how they have redifined their achiectural art with a mix of morden touch. The environment was very natural and refreshing. I like how it makes you feel like youre out the world, yet still be able to feel the warmth of the city.

This is a very beautiful place and they have got the best service and view.

A bit disapointed. Could have been better : bathroom were not enough clean, some hair standing in the shower. The facilities suffer from a lack of renovation. Swimming pool is not clean at all. The breakfast was weak and coffee was too much diluted in water and tasted really bad. Otherwize the staff is really nice.

Best value for your money. Brilliant rooms amenities and restaurants. Excellent WiFi and all round comfort. Certainly situated. Will definitely be back.

Lovely place to stay with spacious and comfortable suite room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner was delicious although service was slow. You will need to get a taxi into Windhoek rather than walk. I recommend it for a bit of end-of-holiday luxury!

We have really enjoyed our stay. The luxury rooms are beautifully furnished & well equipped (shower has a fabulous rain shower head with good water pressure and the bath is large & gorgeous looking too), staff are friendly, WiFi has been excellent almost all the time. Tranquil gardens, the tame mongooses are really cute. Theres a great play area for kiddies and the conference venue is beautiful. Secure parking, good sized safe in each room comfortably fits your laptop & other electronics. Situated close to a number of great restaurants, but their own Fresh n Wild restauranton the premises is also great. Highly recommend this place.

All the rooms are a little different, so if you travel here often for work then it at least it doesnt feel monotonous.Food is good, dont seem to get tired of it. Two very nice pools, staff are always friendly and accommodating, beds are all super comfy.

The service is a 11/10The food is absolutely mouth watering and potions are great too!!The shooters and cocktails were so nice. I loved loved it!!Id definitely recommend this spot.Plus our host Jennifer was a ball of great energy 😉

Nice stay for bussiness restaurant on site.

Clean, great location and very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast and lunch was good . The room was small yet comfortable and the swimming pool was refreshing in the heat.

Very beautiful place, just a shame its managed and owned by such inconsiderate people.The guards freeze during the night, resorting to building a fire in the nearby river bed, risking the lives of all who live in the area. Not to mention the smoke that floods the neighborhood. Clearly a big health and safety Hazzard being blatantly ignored.Shameful.

I like the food and service they provide

Nice and cozy place to stay and nice "shops" close to the city and Joes Beerhouse. The inclusive Restaurant for Breakfast is OK but the public one is even better, you have 130N$ of free consumption for breakfast and the menu is like an extract from the best dishes in the world for breakfast. the juices and coffee are great and rooms have all they need. Staff is nice and helpful

Electric plugs seem problematic. Aircon could be stronger. Other than that, really pleasant and a nice setting.
