Excellent hotel for visiting Trabzon!Stayed here with my family for 10 days and had a lovely time. The hotel is perfectly placed right at the centre of the meydan and around the corner to a great coffee shop (“the coffee shop company”).Breakfast was nice, very quiet and simple 7-10amThe best part was the service. Muhammad Hafiz at the front desk was extremely helpful, respectful and well-mannered. The cleaners were also so sweet.I recommend it!

We had a classic double room with street view, the room was spacious, bigger than most rooms in Turkish hotels. On the other hand the closet was relatively small, due to the presence of the mini-bar within the closet, this resulted in the fridge being malfunctioned for few days!The breakfast buffet was on of the best in Turkey as well, versatile menue, changes on daily basis, they hardly repeat some of the dishes in one week, but some dishes are fixed on daily basis (omelet, cold cuts & jams)The staff are super friendly with kids, unfortunately they dont speak English well, so the communication is not always easy, one employee speak Arabic and he was of great help.Again super friendly staff especially cleaning ladies & valet parking staff.The location is great, near Trabzon meydan, most of the facilities are within walking distance.My only comment is regarding the building maintenance, it was manifested with mold everywhere, the bathroom has no ventilation outlet & the kittle in the room smelled of burned milk!

Location 9/10 right in Trabzon Meydan (square), Excellent and helpful staff, Good size rooms and Bathrooms, shower bit inferior, so are towels AC not cooling enough, Safe in room pretty complicated not user friendly, did not work on first day but management changed it. Breakfast 3/10 hopeless, overall comfortable but few glitches

A good location just in the trabzon meydan...easy to get out from the neighborhood to the highways and easy to get in ...clean from the inside and the service was good as well with the staff...the breakfast can be a bit improved but it is also fine comparing to the good price the hotel has...

Well, it is a not bad hotel in Trabzon. The best thing is its location very close to Trabzon Meydan and that it is on the border of the city very close to the highway. Other than that, I was not satisfied. We had several problems during our 4 days stay. Even though the staff were trying to help us but their low knowledge of English did not help. First, the room did not have enough surfaces to put our things. Second the wifi was very slow in the room we could not benefit from it most of the time. Third, we had a problem in the shower where the water would not go in the drain and the bathroom flooded when I took my first shower. The next morning before we leave, I ask for it to be fixed. I was surprised to find out that it was not fixed when we came back in the afternoon and we had to wait for the maintenance to fix it. The safe was so hard to deal with. There was only one towel hanger in the bathroom which was not enough. The breakfast is barely OK with not many options available.

I gave them 3 star, their rooms are small and sometimes you can smell cigars through the air vent

Doesn’t worth the money. I prefer to spend the same amount of money of five stars resort and not waste it on this hotel. Bad air conditioners in most of the rooms. Breakfast doesn’t worth the extra charges. The key for the room always needs to be refreshed by the reception desk in every day I stayed there.On other hand, it’s in the middle of the city, not close to the shopping mall though. and parking for rented cars is provided by the hotel

Central location Housekeeping high fives. Breakfast spread nice, We stayed with Family for six nights in March 2019 last week. Located at central location Meydan area.very near to Trabzon Airport Enjoyed breakfast spread on 7th floor with nice black sea views . Nice location for shopping walkable distance from the hotel. Cheap eats available around the hotel. Currency exchange very near. Children liked the place. English speaking staff at the reception. Quick checkin. Next time we visit Trabzon we would like to stay at Usta Park.MoinuddinDoha-Qatar

Nice hotel .. clean and quiet.. the staff are very friendly.. and the food is delicious.. specially the traditional plates.. it’s in trabzon city center.. in maydan .. near to everything airport famous square in the city and a lot of historical places and natural places as well.

I stayed just one night in this Hotel, located near the central square of Trabzon, in full city centre. The room was clean and had all the necessary, a comfortable location.

Below average service. Staff is helpless. We forgot a raincoat there and they could not find it. It was even hard to get them to understand what the situation was like. If I were you, Id go to Zorlu Hotel.
