Ushna Maza in Sharjah

Absolutely not to miss!! I have been going many years to this restaurant in Sharjah Al majaz waterfront. Over the years the quality of food has remained high. This restaurant in al majaz park is even refreshing views with waterfront. The food, atmosphere, and nice efficient staff make this my favorite restaurant for gathering and family visit.

The food was good, until I found a curly hair in my mouth while chewing I took it out with disgust and placed it on the plate, I waited and spoke to a manager about it and he gave only a removed one of the dishes from the bill. I’m completely disappointed because I had just began eating and that happened. My hair is straight so I’m pretty sure it did not come from me and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience( especially miss sunaina, I found her very hospitable). The food is absolutely amazing 👏 . Absolutely the best meal we had while in UR. Highly recommend!

Have been to this place for a lunch with my family visitors while we were taking them around to show the country. It’s a great and we got an EXCELLENT service from THARINDU! He was just amazing and we have been treated so nicely. He recommended their best Biriyani and we enjoying their prawns, mutton and chicken Biriyani. Everything was just amazing. Nice ambiance and great service. You must look Tharindu when you are there and he will make sure that you visit a best Indian restaurant in UAE.

I visited for dinner with family last night. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We had a mix of meat and veg dishes and all were very tasty. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. We cant wait for our next visit.

The food was amazing. We ordered veg food and Mr. thara was assisting us to order. The staff is wonderful, and the ambience of the restaurant is cool. The best part of the restaurant is there food presentation. We enjoyed our time.

This cozy authentic Indian restaurant is located right by the waterfront. Went with a party of 10 and had great time. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly, prompt and attentive. Big thanks to Thara for making our dinner such a pleasant and memorable experience. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.Do try out one of their mocktails if you do visit!

The hotel is located near a part of the coastline which makes a perfect location for your first date. There is an open and closed space to choose from, fountains right next to your table. The staff and waiters are extremely polite and vibrant. I do not remember their names but they looked like they loved their jobs. The food is good enough for you to explore from an Indian cuisine. It definitely is up to the mark. It was my first date with someone I was longing to go out with, everything was magical and I felt like I was in a fairly tale.

We had a delicious dinner at Ushna restaurant in Sharjah. Ambiance was nice and clean. Food was delicious each bite was mouth watering. I like the presentation. Staffs are very friendly specially Mr. Tahrandu and Sunaina. Come again to all our friends.

The food was beyond expectations, Indian food as a whole is flavorful but this restaurant did more than give you flavorful and a variety of spices, they cooked the food to perfection, turning fresh raw materials into succulent morsels of prawn, tender chicken with hints of spice through out the entire piece, fall off the bone mutton roganJosh and the vegetarian food was sublime. Service is excellent and wait time is not much. The watermelon juice was good and refreshing. Will be visiting again soon !

Such a nice place to visit. Beautiful view, lovely ambience, food is tasty too. The mix grill plater is really good. Our attendant Mr Thara was also very professional and nice man.Overall it was a nice experience.The only drawback is its little bit expensive. May be because of its beautiful location.

I am a regular customer at Ushna. Having said that, they need to improve and extend their Appetizers and BBQ menu as there arent too many options. I am not too fond of curries and rice indeed.Please look into it this matter and would appreciate more varieties indeed.

Excellent ambience, had a wonderful lunch here and absolutely enjoyed everything I ate. Absolutely delectable to the senses.The service is impeccable and our waiter Nithin was so helpful and so efficient. The service was unrivalled and the food is awesome. Coming to this restaurant wasn’t planned, the whole experience was amazing. More than that the service provided by Mr Tara, was commendable and will be coming back because of his lovely service. Food was 10/10 and a complete justice to indian cuisine.I recommend it to all, must visit.And also ask for Mr Tara, he will guide you with everything thats the best.

Its a very good restaurant with a very warm and welcoming staff. The ambience is really nice. Food quality is also good. Price wise - It is little higher than economical but lower than over pricey. Its worth a try.

We had a wonderful experience I had planned a surprise for my husband’s birthday and it was well organised. The Preparation of Dishes and taste is perfect. Its an Indian Up scale Restaurant and they have maintained it by choosing correct Menu. All the dishes we tried were having Authentic taste. There are equal Veg & Non-Vegetarian options are available. Mr. Thara service was excellent. He not only helped us choosing the Menu but explained it properly as well. Certainly we will come back again to try different dishes which were left out last time.Highly recommend this dining experience if you’d like to experience different kinds of Indian flavors.Thank you guys for the surprise and making my husband’s birthday memorable

We were at ushna for a colleagues birthday lunch. The ushna staff were so fantastic especially sunaina. She ensured we were taken care. She did not mind when we switched places from outdoors to indoors in between courses. She also accommodated the last minute proxy birthday cake. An amazing restaurant, great staff, fabulous view. A must return.

Had a quick stop for a light meal. Though we dont order their varieties, we loved their cusines and the dishes were very tastey. Also liked their service. The staff was very friendly and conversational. They have outdoor seating as well and a lovely ambience.

Had a quiet dinner at Ushna today. We ordered the Aloo Tikki Ragda, Paneer Achari Tikka, Tandoori Murg, Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. We really enjoyed the food and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

It was a pleasant experience, welcoming vibe, our hostess Ms. Sunaina was very sweet. She made us soo comfortable andalso suggested us few delicious dishes to order. We ordered achari paneer Tikka, butter Naan, M&M Mango mint(mocktail), paneer makhani and makai cheese kurkure, butter Naan and paneer butter masala. The food was tasty. A great place for a peaceful dinner. Staff Sabir also made sure that we had a nice time. I would go here if I want a nice quiet meal with my loved ones,very peaceful and calm ambience and views are also great.

It was the best biryani in Indian cuisine in Sharjah.One of the best I have tasted ever.Mr. Mohamed Saber was vey friendly and treated us as his family.Excellent location near the fountains and Khaled lake.Great team with fast service.

Ushna has a nicely done decor, and the staff are extremely polite and attentive. Between the three of us, we had 2 appetizers, 2 curry and 3 breads, and were stuffed.Makai Cheese Kurkure - I LOVED this (although my friends thought it was nice but not great). Extremely crunchy rolls stuffed with a slightly cheesy and spicy corn filling, accompanied by the creamiest, garlicy sauce.Achari Paneer Tikka - the paneer was super soft and the marination itself was nice with a food flavour.Prawn Masala - this was the highlight of our meal, and probably the best prawn curry Ive eaten. Spicy, delicious and bursting with flavour - this was fabulous!Garlic Naan - we requested them to add some chopped chillies to the naan for some extra flavour, and oh man, the bread was super fresh and went so well with the curry.Along with Zomato Pro, we paid about 145 DHS for our meal, and it was absolutely worth it for the quality. Will definitely visit them again, at least for the Prawns and Kurkure.

Ushna, which literally means fire is actually 🔥 in all senses!! Loved my experience here a lot. From the breathtaking views to the beautiful ambiance to every single detailing inside the restaurant the customer service was impeccable.We went for the Iftar set menu which serves generous portions BTW!For starters we had three beautifully crafted appetizers and fresh fruits along with refreshing drinks to start the meal.My fave was the spinach chaat and rose lassi.For mains we had chicken mandi, daal, butter chicken, Shahi Haleem and roti. I particularly lived thr Mandi and butter chicken. The daal was a little salty to my taste.Finished this beautiful iftar with some kulfi and left with happy faces❤️❤️❤️❤️

This brilliant Indian restaurant is a feast for the eyes and the senses! Classics such as Rogan Josh, palak paneer, dal makhni, etc., are elevated to greater levels by the clever use of ingredients. The chaat available here is very noteworthy, as they are big in size and flavor. The grills are moist and succulent and the rice dishes very fragrant and delicious. The drinks are not to be missed at all! You will enjoy every minute of your meal

It serves classic Indian cuisine with a contemporary style having spacious outdoor seating overlooking Al Majaz waterfront & cozy indoor seating! We loved from Appetizers to the mains and from interesting drinks to desserts!

A very good Indian restaurant located @Al majaz Sharjah, they serve very delicious Indian foods, I love their Dhal Makhin which one must taste. Even I like Tikka kababs. They even serve amazing coffees.The service provided by waiter Asif was excellent.
