Overprice nowadays ...not really worth to stay

Price was affordable, but the stay was not worth it. Wall full with dirty stains. Room full with dusty smell. Even after informing this to receptionist, the didnt make any changes.

Try to maintain and upgrade, eventhough still in good condition. Price still affordable. Keep it up

Good hotel and have big bathroom but the internet is slow.

Not happy and not satisfied at all! The room wall is very dirty (coffee splash mark). The bed cover is dirty. Water is dripping nonstop in the bathroom. The whole night cant sleep due to the noise.

Clean and tidy enough for this price. But it has no lift, which makes a huge difference because most of the fellow visitors that Ive bumped into are elderly and families.

This hotel is located at strategic place, they have Watsons, Cmart, Nagoya near them.

Wish it could be cleaner. The wall is quite dirty with a lot of stains. I wonder why it happened tho. Also found some long hairs under the pillow. We struggled to sleep as we were so itchy and kept scratching throughout the night. Unsure whether the bedsheet and pillows are clean 🫣 And TV only got TV1, TV2 and 8TV, no other channels. Other than that, okay la. Not bad for a hotel to crash out.

2 star for clean only . Room without windows . No lift . Booking 2 rooms (1 twin single bed , 1 queen size bed when check in give me 2 x twin single bed . Booking paid and no refundable . No choice . Dont understand this hostel got so high star rating ?????????

Starting from earlier they opening its really good until 2 years until now really bad service at front desk the guy its not suit there. Just put 5star for girl front desk they can help my old folk to climb at 2nd floor. This week i check in there i already informed i will bring my old folk so they should stay in 1st floor already informed 2weeks before and call up few days before check in that guy said okay about twice he handle that reservation and the bad things happen i go check in then he put me on 2nd floor cuz Urban doesnt have lift just stairs. They made the reservation on 2nd floor so 2nd day i check out to another hotel. I was 3years with them but sadly its turn up so bad. Even the pillow getting so soft like you doesnt need it. #JanjiDapatUntung.

Clean and new small hotel rooms. The only - point would be no window for all rooms. No lift too. So be prepare to climb the stairs.

The receptionist is moody (during check in and check out), I dont feel welcomed by both of themBut I was given the level of room that I requested earlier while booking, which is goodThe room however makes me slightly disappointed. The door lock is not functioning well (I ring the receptionist to tell them and immediately they sent people to look at it and solve it well). Other things that i hope the owner will look upon is the dirty wall and the stained bed sheet.I wish i can rate 3.5 stars.

Rooms are snall although clean. Getting a parking space and accessing the hotel could be troublesome during working hours.

Very good location as it surrounded with shops and restaurants. The hotel is nicely decorated according to festive seasons..I stay in December so the deco theme is Christmas..The hotel room is clean and basic facilities such as free wifi, iron and water station are provided at common area.Hotel service is good and staff are courteous. Staying here worth ur money, I recommend.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall its worth it for the price, RM55 for 1 room per night. I booked for superior twin bed. Imo, its not convenient if u wanna stay for more than 2 person as the room is small as it is just nice for 2 person. The place of the hotel is quite strategic as it is near to Tesco, pizza hut, 7e and supermarket. If u wanna stay for too long, i recommend you to bring hanger 😅. However, iron room and coway is provided tho. Selamat Hari Malaysia 🇲🇾!

A good hotel for budget traveller who wants to explore a small town of Jitra. Good rate, easy check-in, convenient. Hotel location probably the best of amenities. For food hunter, you can try out Restoran Tok Keramat not so far from the hotel.

Located in the center of Jitra Town. Easy access to everything you need - market, mart, foods, restaurants, etc. The only problem is to find a parking lot for your car near to the hotel, especially during day time. Nonetheless, its a very good and clean hotel albeit the room is a little bit small, but good enough for 2 person.

The pros:Hotel is brand new and spectacularly clean. Our check in was also smooth as butter.Love the fact that the hotel is somehow inside a mini tiny mall and everything is within reach. You could buy everything here.The cons:The building is still under renovation. So you can expect to be listening to the tunes of hammering and drilling right beside your room. The front desk could only tell us that they are not aware of any construction work going on.Go for a shower and in less than 5 minutes youll be able to swim happily in a pool of clogged shower drain. I guess thats why the toilet & shower area is big.Youll also be able to sleep on a brand new bed with the extra feeling of hard spring bumping you up and down.You also will be getting instant coffee packs that will leave you wondering how are you going to mix a hot coffee without an electric kettle. I guess you could use the water from the hot shower, oh wait, it became a pool.In short, Ill be coming here again because of the promo price and location. And just that.

I book Urban Inn Alor Setar. 2 times I called them mentioning I will be late. When I reach there with the whole family they alrady gave my 2 rooms to other people. They said they call me but I didnt pick up the phone. I was driving in a heavy rain. Thats why I notified them 2 times insisting I will be late. This cheap hotel with cheap mentality.

Very budget good hotel in Jitra, clean, near to food point, mini market, farmacy store but far enough from masjid. I need 18 min to go to closed masjid (masjid alfatehon foot....

Loved the concept... Cheap and clean accommodation for a short or last minute stay ~rm80/night. Would recommend to have "half day" add on price 🤣... But thats just my preference, i usually opt to check out late. Urban Inn charges rm20 for every hour after 12pm

Small pillow and too soft. No lift only stairs. Big bathroom. Overall okay with good price.

Affordable and clean budget hotel in Jitra! The location was very strategic nearby Jitra Mall, Tesco, and C Mart. Clean room and toilet and they even have Coway watercooler at every floor. Nice!

Beautiful and neat hotel. The utilities are complete and friendly staff. Even the price is not very expensive. Recommended for a budget and comfortable stay.

Good for budget but very clean hotel. Theres Pizza Hut, and theres Maybank ATM, 7-Eleven, a Convenient Shop at the other end. Theres a nice Malay Restaurant just after the corner near bike shop too.

It locates just in the center of Jitra Town, very convenient. And water server is set on the each floor and so drinking water can be got at free of charge at any time. Wifi and a/c is OK enough.

Good location and clean rooms. Those are the only good things about this place. The walls were thin so everything that went on outside could be heard. At 2 am, the religious authorities conducted a raid. Noisy knocking on rooms doors nearby, shouting for occupants to open the door. That went on for more than 1/2 hour. Hardly slept a wink!

Cleaning 6/10.. No alternative channel ( astro or Android box only normal channels tv1- tv9..have WiFi but sometimes cannot connect with Internet..near to bank, gas station dan food area...Friendly receptionist..

Was quite ok. Friendly staff. Value for money. Room was fairly nice. Just that my room Aircon was quite noisy. And the windows was about dirty.

Its in heart tof town, in front the high ways, 7 eleven, pizza, Jitra Mall, same building, with Clothing material, Hotel only have staircase, quite annoying in the night, cos most of the time the other rooms slam the door, maybe they dont wanted, its because the door was heavy, if you not hold it, then will slamp. The Hotel was Clean, bath room was clean and nice.

Comfy bed, working internet (not fast sometimes, not many channels for tv tho.As for shopping, well uh nothing much. Just some small supermarkets. Also mobile coverage is quite dodgy (depending on your provider)Friendly staff. Good service for a cheap price. All in all very pleased.

Clean. Simple. Decent for the price. Bring ear plugs because there are alarms that go off at night, probably from people leaving their doors open.

A very comfortable and clean budget hotel. Good basic amenities and new furniture. Has ironing room as well as water dispenser on each floor. Tea and coffee making facilities, hot and cold rain shower and LCD tv in each room.Walking distance to food, pharmacy and supermarket to get your basic needs. Bank and 7-Eleven is just a few meters away.

Nice place, good price and friendly staff. Very recommended as it located at the city, tesco, jitra mall, pizza hut, 24hrs laundry (self-serviced), food court are near to you. dont forget to try roti jala telur at medan selera pj2 if im not mistaken. roti jala telur sedappppppp!! Only RM2! Medan selera located 5-10mins driving.

A cozy yet chic place for a budget hotel. Clean towels, clean pillows & sheets, standard cozy hotel bed & RM 50 price for a room for two. (Try the family room for 4 RM118 coz its spacious!Plus splendid display of industrial themed kitchenette at the lobby with handpainted drawings. WHAT MORE CAN I ASK FOR ? ;But room for improvement is always there I.e soundproof walls ( I can hear the next door person using the toilet; plumbing issues. Heads up to those bringing their elderly relatives, there are no elevators, & theres a two-step or one-step stairs to the toilet so be careful when they want to go use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Otherwise, will repeat my stay here whenever I go to kedah again (this is my 2nd time).

Very good location, you can get things like foods, groceries, entertainment in walking distance. Room is clean completed with hair dryer, water boiler, aircon, flat screen tv, and also water heater. Staff is friendly and helpful.
