I love hanging out here for work after gym...but to be honest, I always feel like the service here is slightly below par compared to the other art caffe/ urban burger locations .Another complaint I have is their habit of moping up while there are still clients inside.its like youre being told to leave. Kinda unprofessional and borderline rude. On the site it says they close at 12 but they start moping up even before 10.Otherwise good coffee, good happy hour deals, nice place to work or catch a polite drink.

Great place but be careful when paying for the bill. Calculate and check. Ive noticed They increase the amount of what youve bought especially during happy hour. My guess is they think if you are tipsy, then you wouldnt know the price. Happened to me twice both of which they apologized and refunded me after complaining.

I visited this place yesterday with my family for dinner.After eating I was given a bill that was not mine amounting to sh6610.00, which showed that I had been served by Velma.However, I was told to pay sh7430.00.When I inquired, the staff insisted that I pay sh7,430 against a bill of sh6,610.00.Could be that somebody pocketed the difference?

Also they have weekly offers where you can get two burgers for the price of one. If you are on Thika Road near TRM then treat yourself or your friends and family at this amazing restaurant. Like the decor and ambience, good service, quite a diversity of menu options for both food and drink, quite affordable too.

My absolute Sunday afternoon will get me catching up with my friends over pasta especially the Prawns Tagliatelle or the Meatball Sandwich.The ambiance and the whole set up is just relaxing and perfect to end my weekend!

Great place offering a sidewalk coffee shop feel. It has two sides, one thats more like a sports bar, and more ideal for light drinking, and the other provides the Café feel.

The Monday offer about 2 weeks ago was horribleThe waiters did not serve us till after 15minutes when we had to call them and yet they were just standing around plus they even served another group that came in way after us.The burger was substandard also.

I have always enjoyed the burger and passion juice in the past. However todays passion juice is more dilute and has an aftertaste of stabilizers!

Certainly would not recommend this Urban Gourmet, for those of you who are patrons of the restaurant. For one the service is wanting: the waiters do not seem as focused with the guests as they are with standing around and socializing with each other, though the food is served on time which I have to commend, it seems hurriedly prepared and it shows in the presentation once brought to the table. The servers do not do check backs after they have served you, its done later as an after thought once you are done with your meal.I will say that Urban Gourmet serves the best Burgers in town but they are being let down by the service at TRM.

I like this place coz of the cozy ambiance and cool music plus chill lighting. The burgers never disappoint... and whats more, the sports lovers can catch different games on decent size projector screens all while enjoying a beer and fast wifi. Service is swift and staff is always happy to help out whenever needed... This is one of the only reasons this days to visit Thika Road Mall as Garden City is a more convenient location, but their burgers are totally worth your while...Good work guys!!!
