Urban Gourmet Burger in Thika

You guys need to update your prices both here on your website and those available physically in your restaurants. For instance burgers here on the website are @990 yet we dined in @ 1290

The chicken breast was extremely rubbery and impossible to eat around the edges. The manager claimed that thats how chicken should be cooked. Would not recommend at all!

Came here late night for some biting. I will say that I didn’t taste much of the menu aside from chips as it was a bit late so this review is for the service. Upon entering we were immediately greeted graciously. Our order was taken quickly and the waitress was very nice and polite. Although we didn’t each much the service will bring me back here for the food.Allergy: I could not tell whether the fries were safe for celiac. I assume not though as the onion rings are likely fried in the same frier.

No fresh juice on a Sunday. Both waiting staff and chefs didnt know one of our dishes was unavailable, and told is 15 minutes after we ordered. All this with. Carrefour supermarket downstairs.Wont rush back here

Hands down the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. Each burger has its uniqueness . I’d recommend trying out all of them. They have 2 burgers for 990/= on Mondays, best offer yet because even with the offer you still get quality burgers.Overall the service is usually great on most of the branches apart from the Two Rivers Branch which seemed to be understaffed when I visited. Only one waiter was on ground, there was a lot of confusion and the service was slow.

great food but they are slow as hell, always promising they would serve you in 10-15 min, but in fact servibg takes 45min

The place sells what it advertises. The food is good and it is a laid back place to meet any day of the week. Would recommend to get there a bit early before rush hour as it is very popular

I dont know about other Urban Burger joints. But this one just has to kill it 💯 💯. The food was awesome, especially the grilled beef. And ooh my word, the craft beer 🍻. Cheers to that.

Went there during Nairobi burger week. Most places had their burger quality compromised because of the discounts. Not these guys, their burgers were as good as they always are! The staff are friendly and the ambience is awesome.

If you’re coming here, it better be just for burgers.. and shakes. Do not get the beef ribs (tastes like boiled, oven dried ribs soaked in bbq sauceor roasted chicken chips (tastes like a doctors meal recommendation to a patient with stomach ulcers).Yes I might have been a little dramatic with the descriptions but I honestly expected better taste for the amount I paid. The portions are enough to satisfy a 10 year old child with a normal appetite.Quite disappointing!

One of the tastiest burgers i have Eaten. Urban Gourmet Burgers Are juicy and tasty and come in a variety of Chicken burger, beef burger.. You can request for extra cheese. They Have Offers where you buy 1 and get one free but on specific days. You can get Urban Gourmet at two Rivers mall, Garden City mall, and Galleria Mall just to mention afew. They have accomodative prices and Their breads are freshly baked.Their packaging is also good.

I used to have to troop across town to their Westgate branch..not any more!! There is now a branch at Capital center with the same amazing burgers, onion rings, fries and shakes. As well as a humongous screen (havent seen a screen that big in Nairobifor the football lovers. The wait staff is amazing too. I have loved every single experience at this establishment.

I cant stress enough how polite the staff was! Im still shook by the fact that they attendes to us as if we were the only ones there. Décor is fantastic and visually appealing because it has this cool sports bar look. If you love hot sauce, switch it up by asking for their house chili (freshly madeinstead of going for the bottled one (sriracha). Id give it 5 stars, but the only downside is most of the spotlights are too bright and they point directly down, towards the eyes. Can be overwhelming and tiring.

The best burgers Ive tasted,excellent service from the workers,its a nice place to have fun over the weekend especially with kids,located at a nice vicinity inside Two Rivers Mall with great views also good for evening dates.

I had a wonderful time at Urban Gourmet Burger. Beautiful space and very warm staff. We were shown the 2 for 1 special and given beer tasters so that we could make a choice. I had the Santa Fe burger - it was perfectly cooked and all the accompaniments worked beautifully. Really great experience!

I loved my experience here because the burgers were delicious and the serving was generous. The presentation too on the wooden plate was pleasing to the eyes.I must recognise our waiter, Mr. Abel, who was attentive, friendly and prompt. He is definitely passionate about his work.

Great service and delicious milkshakes. They have some unique menu options including their coffee rub burger and chocolate fudge milkshake. There is indoor and outdoor seating on the promenade. You can also watch sports and grab a coffee from ArtCafe next door.

Urban Burgers are my favorite burgers...They make it just the way I like it,that is, when i take a bite, I want the juices to run,i want to feel the tenderness of the patty,and the bun to be just perfect and a tingly sensation from the sweet chili...Urban gourmet just does that for me...I especially like the one with jalapeno and guacamole and my beef well done,It never dissapoints.

The burgers were alright. My wife and I went for the movie and a burger night on Wednesday for 900. We grabbed the tickets and took the burger into the theatre with us. Both burgers were supposed to be medium but one came out rare/cold and the other was more medium rare. So we had to wait to eat the first one until after the movie. Kind of ruined it.The beer was terrible. Flat and very tasteless. Would suggest you stay away from the Urban Draughts
