The staff are super friendly, the rooms are very well equipped, modern and spacious! It feels like a second home ! Not to mention the central location of the hotel!

I was here 3 years ago, and i had a good experience, so i‘ ve decided to Book here again. I call them they say no Problem come to is. The Price is 800k. When i was there they say 1500k because i am no libanese people. When i whent to another Hotel they Even don‘t have heard about such a practise

I was promised that the internet connection is very stable as I needed one for my trainings. However, I was let down. I did end up consuming all of my data on my phone as hotspot. The internet connection was HORRIBLE, that is if the signal isn’t lost 😅. The room was very clean.A big shoutout to Ghinwa and Elie who were absolutely amazing! They were very receptive and cooperative.

I would never stay at this hotel again!!!! One day before my arrival they decided to change the pice on me even though I paid for a whole two weeks in advance!!!! They asked for %50 increase in rate just because the dollar was going up compared to local currency. It was very unprofessional the way they handled it. I pay for two weeks in advance and have a receipt and yet they think the can increase the rate on me. They didn’t even try to negotiate or give us a better room for the rate increase. Not to mention most of the amenities were not available to us! This has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced in my life.

My loyalties to this place is unbreakable the best choice i ever took and i highly recommend it to everyone !! The staff are like my brothers and sisters while the manager is simply a class act. Its my 6th visit to this heaven on earth and it never fails to amaze me ... UCS is my Home ❤️

Hi I love this hotel coz the price comparing to quality is very very good and location in the middle of everything, and also Rod was very friendly and always ready to service me , he made the stay even better

I arrived at the hotel at 4AM, even still I was welcomed with open arms. My girl, who booked for me, made some special requests for the room to give me a warm welcome, with balloons and other decorations on the bed. It was truly a great experience even though it was a super short stay for me. Spacious and clean room with a balcony. Located in the pleasant Sin el Fil area. Highly recommended when visiting Beirut!

I went there in July with my family and the rooms were really good. The service was amazing and staff really friendly and hospitable. It is close to taxis and services so easy to get around from there too.

This is my first visit to the hotel, the rooms are always clean, the view from top roof is super amazing, service is great and all the staff in the hotel are friendly especially Mr.Adam, Ms.Nisrine, Mr.Charbel, If you are looking for a hotel then this is the right place ;)

The roof top bar was perfect for a cocktail before a night out in Beirut!A special mention to Charbel, Elie and Eliott for going above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience! very convenient for me, location was perfect,almost 10 min away from downtown and hamra street and 20 min from rawsha ,staff were friendly, rooms are spacious, spent 3 days and it was good experience

Fantastic! I stayed here for 5 weeks and it was great! The reception staff were really welcoming, the room clean and modern (good wifi), the food by Adib (chefespecially the pizza and crepes were incredible and the waiters Sharbel, Mohammad, and Eli made it feel like home! Would definitely stay here again!

The best part of my holiday. The room is specious and had been cleaned in the highest standard.The staff are professional and helpful, they have made my day in Beirut much easier and stress free. The food is also amazing, that chef is a hidden gem! Overall, Im very happy with my staying in this hotel as its too good to be missed!

It’s our first night here out of three and the lovely lady at the front desk greeted us with a wonderful smile and the modern room is great. Our dinner in the restaurant was perfect and Charbel was a wonderful help all around. He not only showed us to our room but he was also our server and bartender. Bravo to the chef all our food had great flavour and presentation. It looks like a nice rooftop from the website but we will need to adventure up there tomorrow.The Chef Adib truly made this a great experience. If we could bring him home and open a restaurant we would.This hotel was by far our favourite.

Beautiful interior architecture, modern and very clean rooms! Good value for money... Nice location in the middle of the new city surrounded by new buildings and towers, restaurants & shops around this hotel . Easy access to the center of beirut. I recommend this hotel for all.

We stayed here the night after our wedding (about 18 months ago, Im really late at writing this review!and before going off on our honeymoon. The hotel was clean, the room spacious, the bed mega comfortable after a night of partying, and the bathroom just perfect. We were provided a small complimentary gesture upon arrival (I dont remember exactly if it was just roses, or roses and a few pieces of chocolate).We had booked the room with breakfast but asked if we could have breakfast in the room, given the circumstance - had to pay separately for that. Honestly, its not the clerks fault, but there should be an exemption for special cases. We had already paid for breakfast and it was our wedding night, Im sure it could have been offered as a perk.Either way, Id come here again if I wanted a hotel with good accessibility to both Beirut and Dbaye/Jounieh.

very nice place neat and tidy. rooms are modern. there is a mini kitchinette in the rooms and free wifi. the only problem is there are no rooms for more than 2 persons and the extra beds are not confortable

Very good hotel. Good bed, nice balcony with mosquito door. NO BATH SHOWER, but a walk-in , yeah. And a relax area for drink and Shisha. Good service.

We were really happy staying here for the night and would come again. Good location in Beirut - Id suggest arranging a shuttle service directly with the hotel if youre coming from the airport.Lovely hotel manager and barman on the rooftop terrace - staff were so helpful at the front desk and during breakfast too. They couldnt do more to make our stay more relaxing. The only one thing I would suggest is to have non-smoking rooms that people must adhere to. We had to keep our patio door open to help.

Conveniente place, easy to reach from main road Dekwaneh. Very welcoming staff. Good knowlege of plate ingredients. Attentivness and cleanliness. Delicious and variety of appetizers and main course. Good ambiance and astmosphere in restaurant for a football match with projection. Good AC. You can also feel yourself in a garden surrounded by plants. I definitley recommend that restaurant for family and friends gathering

An awesome stay in the heart of beirut.I went to spend some quality time in beirut at night and part of it was picking the right hotel. The hotel is excellent for both leisure and business guests it overlooks one of the nicest and quiet street and area in dekwaneh and in the heart of beirut city , few time away from the most active area(malls), The room was very clean and nicely setup with enough space for comfort. The staff were very nice and professional , they would answer all your needs and demands in no time and not to forget how smily they are. I would highly recommend this hotel for my friends and contacts for you easily find there your peace of mind. Thank you for your efforts for making this hotel on the top of my destinations.

Brand new hotel located just outside Beirut.Rooms are clean, helpful staff.Youd need to take a cab to go to any other location as not much to do in the surrounding area

Good location near my work in the central of the city with city and mountain view. The kitchen facilities very good ,the room is comfortable and clean. Great staff and good service. Breakfast was perfect and I enjoy my stay. I will come back to urban central suites in my next stay.

An absolutely wonderful new hotel in the heart of Dekwaneh with easy access to every part of Beirut by just a 5 minute Uber ride. The hotel is new and so everything from the furnishing to the molding is fresh, clean, and impeccable. I have stayed here twice, the second time after leaving Suite Hotel Jal al Dib in misery and coming to Urban Central Suites because of the pleasurable experience I had the first time around.The staff is wonderful. Rakan, Anna, Rawad, Tarek, Saad, Hisham, and Rony heightened the experience by providing such genuine hospitality and support through my stays. The conversations we had were a delight and I thank them so much for making sure all my needs were met.If you had any doubts about a hotel, rest assured that this one is clean and convenient at a great rate. For the price there is no other hotel that can offer the level of amenities provided by this 4 Star location with a design that doesnt make you scream from exposed wiring or mold like at some other places which are advertised as 4 Stars but deserve only one.Coffee was provided daily with water on request and the suite had everything you needed in the kitchen without having to feel cheap and ashamed by leaving a deposit like at places such as Suite Hotel. Breakfast was not the spread youd expect at Royal but was good enough for the morning and cooked eggs were available on request. The cheese was much better than most other hotel offerings and if you ever want a change there is a Wooden Bakery right by.Given the location, staff professionalism, and the warm feeling of knowing youre in a room that is clean and hypoallergenic, this is one hotel that should be on everyones radar. With never a dull moment at the Urban Central Suites, my personal advice would be to take a room with the view of the side alley such as rooms 101-103 as it will come with a very unique visual experience of an industrial garage followed by a few acres of pine trees growing towards the mountains. At night the view of a mountainous Beirut is just stunning.
