I must say Alice the front desk agent has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Always smiling and ALWAYS in great spirits. She and the rest of the staff are the reason why I chose to stay!!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS (three days in)The hotel staff was nice and professional on check in, specifically Pynapple (great name, btw).The hotel is clean and smells nice, in general and my room. The bed is good. I finally used the fitness center and its fine.Im only staying for 28 days until my apartment is ready, but this is nice, a fair value and functional enough that I wouldnt mind just living here.I only tried once to connect to the internet, but the connection failed. Probably just my brain.

Has utmost patience and affection.Alice - Hard worker, always bubbly and cheerful. New here, but filled in here very quickly.GREAT TEAM !!

The ladies at the front desk are so sweet! Housekeeping: 10/10, they always make sure our rooms are clean and that we have fresh towels! The only thing I wish they had was a pool!

I really enjoyed my stay there. There was some confusion the first couple of weeks concerning weekly cleaning of the room, but it was resolved.

Buyer Beware!!!This place was a horrible nightmare from the beginning! It doesnt recognize emotional support animals as service animals, so dont even try. We called to make sure that both of our small support dogs could come & customer service said they would be fine, so we made a 4 week reservation. But we had to pay & get doggie daycare for one pup because you can only have one. However, we paid a month ahead & it was supposed to be our temporary home for 4 weeks.But the worst was when my uncle died & we ahead to drive to his funeral, not gone two days (with over a week left on the reservationand we came back to our room card not working, someone else in our room, & all our stuff gone!!!! Our family was shocked & at a loss.It is the manager in charge 100 %. She is terrible and rude to customers, yells and we watched her throw out families for being too messy or too loud or because she didnt like the way they looked. Ive never seen anything like it, even traveling for over twenty years! We are contacting BBB & an attorney, but it looks like the bad guy always wins at this resort. Buyer Beware!!!

Awful. Not pet friendly and the manager has absolutely zero understanding for the simple term hospitality. She wouldnt even come talk to me at the desk. She just yelled from her chair in the back office. Our room was given awayand our stuff was "put in a closet." For safe keeping? If you want to come back to your room and not have your belongings, this will be an excellent place to stay!

The hotel was clean, and the staff members were awesome. Very enjoyable stay.

Dont expect to see anyone at the front desk. Theres laundry on site, work space, kitchenette, and room is spacious. The customer service however, sucks. Make all the noise you want. Manager and staff dont care, except the one guy that works at night.

Decent rooms for the most part. I know its an extended stay but front desk service was non existent.

Clean room, loved the kitchenette. Everyone was so welcoming the hotel is in a great location oo and antwon was great, as well as all the other workers.. 👍

Beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious, everything was super clean it looked like nobody ever stayed there before.

The room is comfortable, enough space and desk to work from home and its mini kitchen is perfect for my needs, enough parking spaces, good internet. But the customer service is lousy (awful), local managers cant make decisions, and sometimes rude, and dont expect a response to your emails to corporate or local managers; also do not expect housekeeping every week, there are weeks that skip your room.

No access to the restroom in the main lobby for male, female, disabled, or other. The bathroom has a clear public sign displayed indicating male/female/disabled use. However, it must be that my disability or gender are not clear to the staff as I was denied access to use the facilities last night in what i considered an emergency. Instead, the unfriendly woman behind the desk sent me to the 4th floor with an invalid key in addition to denying use of the public restroom.

Just Love it, the staff is very friendly and the rooms very clean... I was extremely comfortable the entire time.

Horrible internet, chrome cast does not work at all, coffee maker gos out on Friday night cant get a different one until Monday they offer nothing for there services other then it is what it is, no comparation or that they really give 2 fs about what is going on and the lady that runs the front lobby has the worst attitude every time I encounter her and the side door only work half the time if not you walk to the front and then all the way back

I had reserved a room two months in advance . It was advertised as a pet friendly hotel. I arrived was checked in and paid the pet deposit. I was in my room for about 10 minutes when the front desk called and said they had made a mistake . They had put me in a non-pet room and that they were out of pet rooms and that I would be refunded my money but needed to leave immediately. When I questioned whether there were any other options to front desk person got rude . She tried to blame me for not calling the property ahead of time to let them know I had a pet . I ask to speak to a manager and was told she was out until tomorrow. I asked for a corporate customer service number and she refused and told me to look it up online . FYI there is no corporate customer service number. Worst customer service ever !! Head the reviews!

The people there at the front desk did not know what they were doing I went to renew my room for another week and they told me that I had to be out because they were booked up and couldnt do it and the manger is nasty I have a service dog that I needed to keep in the room and she told me that I couldnt leave him in the room and then they charged me for two nights when I checked out when they told me to so I will never go to uptown suites in centennial Colorado again the room was not even cleaned right there was a red stain from a drink on top of the fridge it looked like the did not even try to wipe it up to get it off it was there scince I moved into the room

It was horrible! 😡 We made a reservation online a week prior for a month of stay at this extended stay, it asked what our dog is and what weight. Check in time at 3pm, we went there and front desk said they don’t have available room that allows a dog so they had to cancel our reservation!!! Freak*n Seriously? So now we had to find a place real quick or were sleeping in the car, with a baby and a dog. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate 🤬 and don’t bother to talk to the manager, he obviously doesn’t care about anybody but himself

I am beyond livid! Booked a month stay for today. When I arrived the young lady at the front desk informed me she didn’t have anything for my stay. After showing her the confirmation information she went in the back; when she came back she told us our room was due to lack of payment. I do not believe this to be true as they money was in my account and never once were there an attempt to retrieve the funds. I asked the young lady why didn’t anyone contact us she said her manager called us. My wife or myself have no missed calls, no emails nothing. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

Great rooms and even better staff. If this was an apartment complex Id live here forever. Truth

Pynapple made me feel like family for the past year that I have stayed here!!! She is always friendly, kind and helpful!!!

I wouldn’t stay here again if my life depended on it me and my daughter are traveling nurses and was paid till Sunday I have the documents to prove it and the desk said we had to pay more money or leave so basically we got kicked out in the middle of the night that’s just not how you do business with peopleWe tried to call about it to the manager but of course got no answer and no return call so I feel hat tells me they know what they did and I’m sure we are far from the only ones this has happened to to me that’s theft of service but I’m sure no one in that company care one bit as long as they get there money

Pynapple and Ashley were great host .The room was clean and had a full fridge and a cooktop .Definitely will stay again anytime I’m in Centennial

I have been staying at Uptown Suites since December and I have loved my stay. The staff is friendly and my room has been cozy. The housekeeping staff always makes sure you have the essentials you need. I would definitely recommend Uptown Suites for anyone who is looking for a place like home!!!!!

I felt like I was always well taken care of. Any time I needed anything Ashley took care of it. The room was very comfortable and convenient being that it had a full sized fridge and 2 burner stove! Thanks again Ashley!

The hotel was so nice and clean and all of the staff is so nice and friendly and very helpful with anything you need the room is very clean and comfortable I would stay here every time I need a hotel you have some great employees here they all deserve a raise

Cancelled our reservation without letting us know. We arrived and no room. Not cool. Call and make sure you have a reservation before traveling to the hotel.

The employees at this hotel check us in knowing we had an emotional support animal and then when finding out she was a Staffordshire terrier theyre having us leave and charging not only for one night but for two nights so it is $170 for a single night which is nearly half of the one week that I prepaid for... State of Colorado law says that support animals and service animals are not able to be discriminated against and yet here we are based solely on the breed not on the manner or behavior of the dog THIS PLACE DISCRIMINATES AGAINST BREEDS OF DOG WHERE THERE IS NO LAW IN PLACE!!!

I wish I could give no stars so basically I came into do was told I couldnt be rented to because last time I stayed in the room. It was dirty. But I record almost everything and I took pictures of my room and video of me when I checked out. They lied kicked us out and toke our money Im suing

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were good. When we checked in we were given two room keys, nothing else. After two days we were given the special code to get our wifi. Not sure why it wasnt given on day one or day two when we said we were having problems. "Super fast wifi" was about 4-15 Mbps depending on time of day. This is not super fast! We were put in a handicapp accessible room. Not requested. The shower was AWFUL. WATER EVERYWHERE. The two towels provided were just enough to clean up all the water. Didnt know we had to bring them up front to get new ones. Found that out on day 5. Again....it was clean, comfortable and cheap. Had the check in process been more informative and if we hadnt been placed in a handicapped room, Im guessing our experience would have been much better. Doubt I will return. Customer service matters at this level of hotel and we didnt receive good enough service to over come the mediocre accomodations.

Beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious, everything was super clean it looked like nobody ever stayed there before. They do weekly housekeeping but you can tell them you dont want it as well like I did. The walls are thick you cant hear anything from the rooms next door. Service was very nice and understanding and patience. 10/10 highly recommend

The hotel is very clean and the staff was splendid! Tanika checked us in and was so hospitable, courteous, and helpful! She was really a stand out! The rooms are clean, modern, and has a lot of nice features! The only negative was the Keurig in our room didn’t work.

Wow, worst hotel experience ever. Dirty rooms, towels were stained and the bath tub had mold. The front desk staff left me speechless. Antwon, Pineapple and one other lady with blond hair are the rudest people I have ever met. Im not sure who provided them with customer service training. They are very unprofessional.

Safety is a major concern at this hotel. The front desk clerk Antwon is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He is hostile and extremely confrontational. Antwon will scream at customers and is very argumentative. Please beware of this hotel.

Great area. The room was spacious and clean. Jordan at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! So glad you have people like her working for you guys. Would highly recommend.

Uptown suite was a wonderful experience. The workers greet you with a smile and that receptions Tanikca, shows professionalism. She had very good people skills.

This was a great place, prices were extremely reasonable and I got a lot for what I paid, comfy bed, and a nice suite, the best thing about this place is the staff, the night auditor Antwon was very kind when I came "home" from work late night. He always went the extra mile and went out his way for me. Would recommend to everyone 👍 👌 😀

Power went out and was not updated on the problem, and manger could not be found until night shift came on at 9. Computer system error occurred and facility blamed me for not paying, and attempted to charge fees and refused my tax refund after staying over 30 days. Would not recommend this hotel. Management is incompetent!

This is one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed in. The ac barely worked, you cant open the windows. The power went out one day and all my food went bad and I tried to talk and email their corporate office about compensation and didnt even get a reply. The three people that work the front desk are incredibly rude, lazy, and half the time there is no one even there. I would highly suggest you go to the other extended stay just down the road.

Where should I even begin. The manger is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you leave anything in your room I promise you they will look through it. Nothing is safe. They will post a notice on your door that your room is unreasonably dirty and unsanitary for literally two cups in the sink and some dirty clothes in trash bags to go to the laundry mat. March 3rd I went 8 hours without power and was told to get over it with a toddler in the room. Mind you the manger was present when the power went out and left to go home without a care in the world about the people staying in this hotel. I’ve had a housekeeper try to shove herself in my room demanding to clean when I asked them not to due to being half dressed and was given attitude when I told them to come back simply to allow me time to put a shirt on. Mind you this was 3 o’clock in the afternoon when my son was trying to nap the day after they were supposed to clean the room. Don’t waste your time or money. Where there is smoke there is fire.

The rooms and employees have been okay. Housekeeping never came by to clean the room in the 2 weeks weve been here. The wifi is the worst Ive ever found at a hotel after being on the road for years. The lady at the desk gave me a phone number and I spent the last day trying to call and get it fixed, I had limited access before they "fixed" it. And now I have no internet access. My roomie has good internet via the hotel, itseems hit or miss. Basically bring an unlimited Hotspot or something expensive specific for internet if you plan on staying here long term and want to play video games/use your computer for work.Update from 2 stars to 1 stars. The front desk people are the worst. We routinely avoid renewing our room keys because the front desk threatens to charge us 10 dollars for a new one. The house keepers came in my friends room, didnt clean it, and sent them a letter saying it was dirty and they needed to clean it.This morning we went out to go to work, same friends car was stolen at 11pm last night. No breakfast. These rooms are not suites they are roadside motel rooms. Had the pleasure of meeting a neighbor, he had just gotten out of jail a day prior. I believe most of the tenants are homeless here after jail.

I definitely appreciate the customer service from this friendly staff.I especially appreciate Pynapple for going out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable and safe. The staff here is very helpful and kind.The amenities at this hotel are very convenient and absolutely amazing.There are shopping centers in close proximity as well as great restaurants.I would definitely refer this place to all my friends and family.Thanks again Uptown Suites for making your hotel my home away from home.

Elevator was not working 8 out of 9 days I was booked. Nobody had an update and my family had to climb 4 flights of stairs just to get to our room. I have a disabled child that was stuck in the room the entire stay because we could not lift her up 4 floors, coming or going. I tried to complain during my stay but there was hardly nobody at the front desk and when there was it didn’t matter to them that guests were stuck up on 4th floor. Don’t book here! Elevator still down as I write this making it over 2 weeks down.

First off the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. First off the room was very dirty and looked like it was not cleaned the white round table had sticky stains on it and dirty marks that came off once we wiped it down. Second when we were turning in for bed the sheets were visibly dirty and had not been changed and the comforter had cigarette burns in it. We called the front desk and were told that there was no housekeeping there at that time but she would get us new sheets or change rooms but we said no because we had already unpacked. We waited for about 30 min then I went down stairs to see what was taking so long and the young lady said she had the sheets in the dryer. So I took the sheets to the room and we made the bed so we could get to sleep. So far for our $$ we spent on the room we had to clean it and change the bed. The last issue was when we got up in the morning to take a shower and I turned the water on it only came out the shower head about an inch and half there was literally no pressure and to top it off one bath towel for two adults in the room. this was room 222 if wondering. This goes down as the worst hotel stay of my 51 years of life I cant believe I paid money to clean make a hotel bed and not even able to take a shower I guess I should have just brought a tent and gone camping for the night. I would have thought I would have received a call from someone on this, since the front desk girl said she was making a report on this. If I dont it would not surprise me. If I dont get a call I will make sure I tell everyone I know about my stay at this hotel. What a waste of $94.00.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made a reservation for this hotel and planned to stay for a month. The first thing the front desk person named “pynapple” asked if I had a pet and I replied I have a service animal with documentation. She asked why he wasn’t with me at the time of check in, because he was outside using the restroom after being in the car. She said because he wasn’t with me she couldn’t check me in. Then asked me what service I needed him for - which you’re not allowed to ask. And on top of that this being a pet friendly hotel. I’ve never once had an issue with this and I travel for work. Then she REFUSED to check me in. For someone being in the hospitality business this was far from hospitable.

Do not stay here. The place smells horrible They have constant dog fur in the washers and dryers daily. Got put on the do not rent list with no explanation and for no reason. The entire month we stayed and paid in advanced and left a week early without getting a refund or receipt. The management and operation is incompetent. Even gave gifts to two of the front desk employees before check out. Never had an issue the whole time we stayed. Also do not expect room cleaning. They never have enough staff. One day all the temps and maintenence quit. My woman kept up the cleaning and left the room better than we received it.

Staff was super friendly, and very helpful. I didnt have a long stay here but the room was nice. Very comfortable feel to it. If youre only staying for a few days remember to bring your own cooking utensils dishes and silverware. Lots of hanger space and a few cabinets for clothes. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible place to stay! We travel a lot and this was by far our worst experience ever in a hotel!Staying at Uptown Suites Centennial was a complete nightmare! No cleaning service, noisy, uncomfortable rooms, terrible beds… they fail in all the essentials to guarantee a good quality service to the client!!To start, we booked a 3-adults studio with two queen size beds and they put us in a double room with only one bed. We immediately complained, showing to the front desk staff our reservation for 3 adults. We were traveling with our 6 ft tall daughter and the lady in reception immediately realized the mistake and brought a child rolling bed to the room, saying they could not change the room because they were sold out. We had to wait 3 days (until Mondayto talk to the General Manager, who only blamed Booking for the mistake on the reservation!Another thing that surprised us is that they didn’t have daily cleaning service. We were told that we would had a weekly cleaning, being Friday the day scheduled. We never got our room cleaned, nor Friday, neither Saturday (when we let the front desk know that we didn’t have our room cleaned the day before as scheduled, and other clients were complaining about that too), not Sunday, never! When we came back Saturday night there were lots of garbage bags in the common areas of the hotel and a disgusting smell everywhere! Same on Sunday, no cleaning service at all and clients were blaming everywhere, specially at the side doors, where the garbage was building up. See pictures.Below the bedside tables we found food of previous clients. So disgusting!Besides, the hotel says it’s a non-smoking facility but people smoked, we could feel the smell (see picture showing cigarette butts on the floor).As we told to the General Manager, the rooms were terrible noisy, they had kitchen but no kitchenware, ironing table but no iron… it was a complete nonsense but for us the most important things were the non-existent cleaning, the bed and the comfort… these are the essentials in a inn!!!! If they cannot understand this, these people should not be in this business. My daughter didn’t stay all the days we paid since she could not stand the pain on her back due to the spring mattress from the folding bed! Don’t go there if you don’t want to go through this!
