Great food

Everything was delicious! The ribs were perfectly cooked super tender. The Mac and cheese was really tasty. The potatoes were made fresh. And the pull pork also delicious. Will definitely be coming here soon. Its great to have a good alternative to BBQ in the metro area.

Pedimos churrasco y papas con cilantrillo y limón. A otro nivel. El churrasco blandito y sabe rico de verdad. Las papas saben muy diferente a lo que uno prueba por ahí. Vale la pena. También pedimos costillas y mac and cheese con queso, almendras, amarillos y chorizo. Las costillas super blanditas y los macarrones buenos. Mi familia y yo recomendamos este lugar. Es una guagua en Hato Rey y los lunes esta cerrado. El muchacho que nos atendió muy amable.

One word - wow! Amazing food and great atmosphere. We had the chicken quesadilla, papas al limón, the riblets and the sliders and it was all delicious. Situated amongst 3 other food trucks, the shared space concept is great and makes for a fun time. Chef Luis is wonderful in the kitchen and his dishes represent the passion he has for serving really flavorful food with a modern twist. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is great and the beer and drinks are cold! Dont miss this great spot in San Juan. Loved it!

Pretty much just an average piece of pork rib. Not really sure why call it smoked, just because its cooked in a smoker. I maybe particular about what smoked is since I lived in the south for years. Smoking meats requires time and the proper wood with controlled heat. The sauce left a lot to be desired, wish they had more varieties. The sides are also unremarkable. The food was edible at least, will not return and do not recommend.

Ask for The Willy Nelson Ribs..... U wont regret it.

Exelente la comida tiene un gustito bien distingtivo comida estilo (Southern Foodnos trataron muy bien un ambiente casual hay parking y se sentia todo moderno aunque era al aire libre. Tienen Que probar el Mac andCheese 👍

The best part of this place are the beef briskets. However, they dont have them all of the time. Their riblets and ribs and lemon flavored potatoes are really good!

La atencion excelente.Variedad de menu muy buena alternativa.Recomiendo el rissotto con chuleton, con churrasco o chuletas.Los sliders de res, las papas al limon, y las quesadillas de pollo.Las costillas como salgan.

Ordené un churrasco con papas en una salsa de limón exquisita. La carne fue extraordinariamente jugosa y muy bien sazonada. En cada mordisco se disfruta una curiosa combinación de carne ahumada, chimichurri con tomates y cebollas frescas. Las papas con la salsa de limón contrarresta el sabor de la carne de una forma inexplicable (l salsa la puedes pedir sobre las papa o aparte Se me hace agua la boca de solo recordarlo. Si quiere disfrutar de una buena carne, este es el lugar. ¡Ah! casi lo olvido hacen un humus para chuparse los dedos.

Best joint in Hato Rey. Try their smoked ribs. They melt in your mouth. Their squared fries are amazing too and every daily special is exquisite. They cook like gods and the price is great.
