Le personnel était particulièrement sympathique et le restaurant propose de la cuisine simple mais soignée. L’hôtel est juste à côté du port pour naoshima. Il est également situé non loin d’un bel hôtelOù se trouve le plus beau onsen que nous avons fait durant notre voyage, et d’un des meilleurs restaurants que nous avons fait.La chambre était propre et calme quoi que mal isolée.Cet hôtel a été la halte idéale pour visiter naoshima.

宇野駅、宇野港から近くコンビニも近くにあるので立地最高です。金額も2人で1万円を切りかなりリーズナブルでよかったです。テレビと冷蔵庫がないのが残念でしたが、テレビは相談したらポータブルTVをかしてよらえました。しかし電波が悪くついたり消えたりする状態でした。リフォームされたのか、トイレとお風呂は綺麗で良かったですが部屋から出ないといけないです。部屋は清潔感はありましたが、飾ってある写真が少し独特で一人で泊まったら怖くなりそうでした。ウォーターサーバー等備えられていたのは嬉しかったです。ホテルの方の接客もよかったです。Wi-Fiもありました！

This place was amazing! On top of being in a really great location near the ferry, the rooms were nice (though you sleep on a mattress on the floor)! Also, you have a whole bathroom to yourself! The breakfast was really good, they were very accommodating to dietary restrictions. The staff was really nice, and I’d 100% go back. Also, they had really good bagels!

We went for breakfast near the ferry port. They have really good (Westernbreakfasts - egg and cheese sandwiches with bacon, bagels, scones, granola and yogurt. The breads etc are all baked in-house and are really good. The staff spoke English and the menu was in English as well.

My personal experience there couldn’t be beat by any other hotel in the area. With its clean rooms, pristine bathrooms, incredibly service, astounding food and drink, and absolutely perfect location, this makes it a true 5-star experience.

Great option to stay if you are going to Naoshima island, rooms are very clean same as bathrooms, we got a really good night sleep in there. The breakfast was great too, people that works there very friendly and helpfull...you are also very close from the port and from a supermarket where you should go and try local snacks/food.

Location is fantastic with mere steps to ferry terminals and train station and bus stops plus lots of local art around. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The coffee is remarkable and the breakfast was very nice. Was just a quick one-night getaway (we live rather nearbybut made for a fun time. The rooms are rather small but functional and clean.

We were not expecting great coffee in the port of Uno, but we got it here near the ferry terminal....just across the road. Cappuccino and scones near the ferry terminal were fantastic. Love the unexpected!

Budget accommodation with excellent service. What stands out even more is the fact that the staff speaks English fluently. Thats way beyond expectation for such a budget, traditional-yet-cozy-style inn. If youre travelling to Naoshima, Teshima or any other nearby islands and looking for a hotel that wont break your bank account, this hotel is what youre looking for.

Have stayed here twice now. Once to visit Naoshima and once to visit Teshima. Both times were great. The staff was incredibly kind and tolerant of my terrible Japanese and the location is also convenient for catching the ferry.

Just stopped for the perfect lunch before taking the train back. Lovely staff, delicious fresh food, perfect English spoken.

A great spot for breakfast before the ferry.They feature house smoked bacon and rich espresso drinks. There are a number of healthy options on their menu - yogurt, granola and fruit for example.Menu is available in English and the staff was quite helpful.The view from the large patio is quite lovely.

Excellent breakfast and local draft beer. Very friendly staff. It’s right opposite the ferry to Naoshima so it’s worth coming here for a quick breakfast before heading over. You can change your sandwich to a bagel with cream cheese if you wish. And you can add bacon.

Fantastic little hotel with perfectly appointed Japanese-style rooms, fantastic English-speaking and very sweet staff, with an amazing breakfast too boot! 3 minutes from the train station and across the street from the ferry for Naoshima, you really can’t ask for any better.

Great little hotel right next to the ferry terminal and the train station! The staff was great and spoke English very well. The food and coffee was delicious! If you are visiting naoshima and need a place to stay close by that wont break the bank I highly recommend uno port inn! They also serve beer and sake!

Super nice, convenient and good food! If youre heading out to Naoshima/Teshima/Inujima you cant go better than this place. Great coffee, nice rooms and the people who run it will make sure you know which ferries to take.

Amazing cup of coffee, best we’ve had so far in Japan. The breakfast sandwich with house cured bacon was a perfect compliment to it. The owner was really nice. Hope to come back to it on our way back through.

Simple but great accomodations in a perfect location; two minutes walk from both the JR Station and the ferries to the islands in the Seto Inland Sea, notably Naoshima and Teshima. The host, Max, along with the rest of the staff are friendly, effective, and speak great English.

Super convenient to get to the islands. Definitely recommend a couple of nights here. Friendly and helpful hosts, good facilities and good breakfast before a day out to the art islands.

Great coffee - barista really knows whats hes doing. Had an excellent cortado and cappuccino with properly texturised milk!

One of the better places we stayed in Japan. Staff were amazing! 50m stroll to the ferry across the road for Naoshima. Plenty of cool little places to eat at nearby and a few art joints. Big classy onsen nearby too.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and we enjoyed it very much. The staff is very kind, the room are very cleaned. This is the perfect place for staying few nights.

Great location opposite to the ferry port. Rooms are small and basic, but clean and comfortable with separate bathrooms across a hall. Staff all lovely, helpful and very good English spoken. Breakfast was great too.

Very good value (basic but very clean rooms, and far cheaper than staying on the art islands themselves). Its geared towards international travellers on a budget that want to visit the art-islands (theres not much to see and do in Uno itself; the hotel is just over the road from the ferry port). The staff were incredibly welcoming with excellent English and able to provide lots of advice on places to eat within Uno, and about the art-islands. Very tasty breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Best coffee in Japan and they have a really good gluten free muffin! In between Uno station and the ferry to Naoshima.

This place is incredibly well located, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and able to communicate in English; the sandwiches and salads are satisfying; the rooms and (separatebathrooms are spotless; and the coffee is good. The main drawbacks are that the rooms are small, dark and a bit musty, and the beds are not the most comfortable. Id say the rooms are overpriced at ¥12000 per night...youre really paying for the service and location here.

We were unable to get accommodation on the islands but found this hotel opposite the port.Best thing that ever happened.Accommodation was more than adequate, clean and comfortable Japanese style, at an affordable great price.Food was fresh and tasty for a quick get up and go.Best double espresso in Japan.Beer was local and cold.Sake, lots of it.Staff were fabulous , helpful, courteous and interesting.The bonus of not staying on the island was all of the above and then finding the local restaurants that in some cases serve some of the best local foods in the area. Stay in this hotel and catch the ferry this way youre not locked in to island life and prices.Thanks Max and your great staff.We will return.Joe and Sandra

Great vegetarian options - Amazing green smoothie, and salad bowl was very filling - the wholewheat breAd was delicious - staff friendly and helpful.

Urban feel at the coast. Nice cosy place with healthy food that they make themselves. Of course the place is mainly visited by ferry passengers during operating hours, and they ask you what boat or train you have and might advise you to have a take away. The bagel is very good. It is a place youd also visit without having to kill time waiting!

Went there for breakfast. The cream cheese and bacon bagel is delicious and their coffee is the best Ive had in Japan.

Good location, all Perfect English speakers and they have an amazing breakfast together with local beers. Perfect hotel to visit Teshima and Naoshima. They have all the information for the ferries etc. Friendly staff and we made some friends there.
