Very poor service. Waited for long time to give the order and after that Waiter comes to us and tell us that there is too much rush and it will take long time to prepare the food. Same thing he could have told us before rather then kept us waiting. Although only 3 tables were occupied

Ridiculously expensive, easily 700+ SDGs per person. But the food is great though. The "Hot" pizza is amazing and the white sauce pasta is great as well.They dont accept credit card payments, only cash.The food takes about 40-50 mins to prepare.Make sure to sit under one of the umbrellas they have to avoid birds doing their business on your menu/food lol.

They dont accept card so you are expected to pay in cash.. Ive been a regular customer for 12 years now and they have maintained quality through the years.. I love the food the most authentic Italian restaurant in town.. the owner is the chief and he is working alone ( such a nice gentlemanso expect your service to take a bit longer than usual.. but worth it

Have been to Universal Cafe several times over the past 6 months and can enthusiastically say that the whole set up is wonderful. They have a great outdoor dining area, covered by lots of trees and interspersed with gardens. I was told that it is Italian-managed and that authentic ingredients are brought in from Italy... and it shows! Everything we have had there has been delicious - pizza, pasta, you name it. Its a bit more expensive than other pizza establishments, but youre paying for the quality. Highly recommended.

We had to wait 40minutes while everybody around us was served, even guests that came after us, just to be told the owner is busy and we need to wait some more. After complaining and waiting another 15’ he told us they have no ice coffee Only hot coffee l.. but others were drinking cold drinks.. WITH ICE. But they were foreigners so... complete disrespect.
