United Club Terminal E - Lounge in Euless, United States
No food, no drink, no service...Pretty much as disappointing as it could be
Comfortable and good working space
Rude front desk associate. Doesn’t want to listen and will just show she knows it all. Can be polite and calm. Never flying and going with United airlines
Very nice relaxing environment to spend some time. Also they had a very good selection of food.
Not too comfortable , limited services.
Absolutely awful service and cleanliness. Its a shame to see a once good location and airline be represented as such
Little disappointing. I have the United Explorer Visa card and they give you free passes to the United Club with it. Two free passes per year. Relaying through DFW today while flying American Airlines for work (not my requestI figured I’d use one, no go. Turns out the fine print says the passes are only good when you have a valid United boarding pass with you as well. I get it, it’s incentive to stay 100% United but still. Seems like splitting hairs when you already got the pass as a perk of the card. So got denied and couldn’t use the perk ultimately. From the entrance though it looked nice. Someday my peasant status will get elevated and I’ll be able to check it out.
Super clean and well stocked.
Working here was so bad. Manager get mad and take her anger outta work equipment and break stuffs not only the work equipment also on co-workers that she hires. Will never work there again And so unprofessional. I feel like if you can’t handle being a boss don’t be the boss for the company.
This was a nice break from the airport. Just what I needed.
Good snacks and dervice here
The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this United Club lounge.
Everything was okay about it. Just one thing would make it better for meDuring lunch time nobody picks up used dishes. So though there were empty chairs, I didnt feel like sitting on them since there were so many used dishes around them.
Rude personnel working at lounge in Dallas. Gate E7Catherine the most rude of all the staff that suppose to help you.United should use more professional workers for their customer care.
Relatively light on the breakfast items as compared to other United Clubs.
no outside food, must fly with united or the one time pass that comes with my mileageplus is meaningless to themfine I renounce my mileageplus membership
Like the upgrade since my last visit. Better food and service as well
Very minimal. Needs some renovation. Variet of food is minimal as well
Buffet was pretty empty.Big crowd today
Wow, the new United club in terminal "C" is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. There is a barista at the bar now and they serve actual food now, they had carnitas last time I was there. There are showers now and plenty of comfortable seating. All United clubs should be this nice.
Nice new lounge and improved food offerings. They should add foot signage on the floor to cue up for the buffet.
They need to stop spending so much on the Polaris lounges and update the regular United Clubs.....
It’s nice! Lot of food. A nice bar. Lot of beverages. WiFi. Clean. Great customer service. It’s a nice lounge.
The customer service agent was amazing. So nice and very helpful
Way oversubscribed and meager offerings. The cost-benefit is going negative. Staff was fine.
Marginal at best these days. They have cut so far back on what they serve/offer for food in all United clubs. Im not so sure Ill continue to pay all that annual money for this even though I fly more than 100,000 miles a year.
Absolutely ashamed. They denied entry even if you have the $600 membership. Only allowing those only flying United. Go with AMEX for the centurion lounge.
The clubs are generally clean and stocked well, staff is nice and polite. Its more about the guests that are self serving, high maintenance, loud mouth and rude. Otherwise I give 5 stars.
One of the finer clubs scattered around the nation. Always seem to have elevated food options. Clean and of course a great staff.
Nice selection of snacks and drinks. A good place to hang out between flights.
Freshly prepared food in small portions and a wide variety of drinks including soft drinks, coffee and liquor. The place is constantly cleaned by the waiters and thus it always looks good. The wifi service is fast and reliable and you can work from here without issues. Restrooms available on site. Mind that the regular cost is over $50 per person
Almost post-pandemic conditions here. The good food and snacks are back! The staff made me feel very welcome while I waited for my delayed flight to depart. Will come again.
The club is clean, and great comfort and a bar. I feel the most significant opportunity they have would be the food offering is lacking.
Much better food and drink offerings than I expected. Both hot and cold food available. Many complimentary drink options. Puts the United Clubs in DIA to shame.
United Lounges are okay , when compared to Delta and American. Delta is the best for variety of food and drinks including hot meals. American is good because of space and how large the lounges are. American also has a small warm meal section. But United has no warm meals currently , just pre packaged items.Thats why they are 3rd in regards to Airline lounges .
Glad to see the club at DFW open again.Place was clean with a good variety of snacks and drinks. There was hot food and some delicious spicy chicken salad with pita bread. I hope they keep that on the menu.Volume was low with a few people on calls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were constantly moving around the club restocking and checking on folks. I like the paper boarding pass, my seat changed and they printed a new one for me.Pretty good experience. Was there for around 2 hours and got some work done.
Glad to have them open again. Everyone is very nice and the breakfast food selection was better than most clubs.
I got the smoked turkey wrap and double margarita. Spent $50 after leaving $7 tip. The wrap was very good, and I asked for my double shot to be "extra" and she hooked it up for me. Nice atmosphere.
United have been a rough deal over the years with customer service but they were cool. I would like it if you could make your flyers wear masks though. One guy was an idiot and they did try.
This was a nice lounge. It was quiet, the bar was attended, bathrooms and general area were clean. Management went out of their way to clear your table for you, and were friendly. The food and snacks actually tasted decent. Would revisit next time I go to Texas.
Not bad but one of my favorite United Clubs either. It’s small, has no semi-private desk spots, and the food service is limited. There’s not even a toaster there for breakfast. What is very nice is there’s a Chick-fil-A right across the hall, but United doesn’t want you to bring food in.
After a very long flight from the Middle East I was really looking forward to refreshing and relaxing in the lounge before my next flight. The lounge had no showers, no space other than a general public restroom to refresh. The food was sparse and they ran out of most items and said they wouldnt be making more since it was about 6PM and they were hoping to close at 8PM (which they didnt). The best thing in the lounge were the Mike and Ikes which is pretty sad.
The lady made sure I knew they closed at 8 and that soon I could only use my United club if I was on a United flight. The location had little in the way of food and as always good beer/liquor costs extra. Im starting to think this lounge subscription isnt worth it.
Always love the views at the clubs. This one has the normal seating with electrical like the other one and has a bar.
Not really much of a spread food-wise so that was disappointing. The bartender Leon was not very friendly or helpful with drink recommendations. When I asked for a drink it seemed like I was putting him out. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Love this united club!!! It’s quiet but well equipped and always clean. But, what I love the most is the amazing staff!!! Gloria and the barkeep Mark are exceptional. Gloria works diligently and is absolutely the best!!! This is my second visit to this location and I love the quality of service I have gotten! Kudos to the team here for running an excellent United club and more importantly, for always making me feel welcome!!!
Everything is good for me. Cleanliness same as escape lounge in MNP or Centurion Lounge.Haven’t been back with United after they beat the poor Asian doctor. The front desk was always kind to Asians. Two stars less because the service staff are rude to Asians. My colleagues and I said morning to them. And they just walked away without looking at you. They just need some professionals to train them as professionals.
Nice club, with very nice staff inside. The food is a little limited compared to other LARGER United clubs, but quite satisfactory. Great building for a salad, a good assortment of cheeses, hot soup, and the usual array of bread, crackers, and nuts. There is a cappuccino maker, both regular and decaffeinated coffee. There is also a soda machine witg many choices. The bathrooms are immaculate and well lit. The folks behind the desk are really helpful. This is a very good club.
You can take shower here in i dividual room and you can eat... drink....with many different menu...even they serve asian noodle...attractive desserts. I like this place so much.....
Could have been five stars, except the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was not tuned properly. The non-sparkling beverages were fine, but anything requiring carbonation tasted flat. Unfortunately, canned Coke is not available at the bar either.Check in at the front desk was quick, friendly and professional. We used complimentary one time passes issued with my United Explorer Card. You must have a boarding pass for a departing flight. (Any airline).Snacks were typical for a US based lounge. Breakfast had hot oatmeal with different toppings, assorted pastries and cut fruit. Lunch time cheese cubes, and salad fixings were brought out. The soup changes daily. Coffee service is by Illy. The attendant was always busy cleaning up soiled plates and cups, and wiping down counters.Plenty of floor to ceiling windows kept this lounge bright and attractive.
